Has a better selection than Foot Locker.

Worst store ever with worst staff. I sat there for ten minutes being completely ignored. I asked for a shoe size I was told was in stock and the manager literally walked by me, no shoes, and ignored me telling me don’t come back. Worst store, worst staff, go somewhere else! Look at her attitude that she doesnt want to go to work and dont want to sell shoes, and dont understand why she didnt take the initiative to quit the job here. By the way, the manager name Karen, she is the worst salesman.

Went to buy a pair of shoes at this store today and I was pleasantly surprised of how well organized and neat the store was. It was very easy for me to find what I was looking for. I met Karen the store manager and she was very pleasant to deal with, helped me pick out the shoes I wanted and was very patient with me. I must say, I’m impressed she can really multitask, I saw her one minute fixing shelf the other asking me how she could be of assistance, all the while helping other customers out. Her staff also showed interest in their customers. It was a very nice environment. By the way Karen supported her team i could tell that she has strong leadership qualities that makes her and asset to JImmy Jazz and for sure her customers, will definitely shop here again!👍🏻

When I walked into the store I was not greeted even though the manager was near the entrance because she was too busy on her cellphone. Any time I asked somebody to check for a size of a sneaker that I was interested in it just so happened that it was the last one of that size (this happened at least 3 times). The employees were not wearing their masks appropriately either even when approaching me. When I left I noticed that I was charged extra for them bagging the items I purchased. When I went back to ask about it they told me that it was just a mistake but when I looked at old receipts this charge appeared on all of them. They did not tell me that I would be charged extra just for them bagging the items I bought, if I knew that I would have just carried them out myself. Karen the manager has awful customer service skills and I will never shop here again.

They carry shoes up to a 13 which is great.

This place is a scam!!!!!! They do not offer refunds back, even if you haven’t even worn the shoe! They only offers store credit and they still give you a hard time to even exchange! I bought a shoe and the next day I wanted to return cause it didn’t work out for me and they refused to give me my money back forcing me to get store credit on a piece of paper that you can lose every easily. If I get give zero star I would. Do not shop here it’s truly a scam. And if you customer service it’s basically non existent they never get back to you.

They have a ton of brand new nike clothing and the staff is cool as hell
