This place is HORRIBLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND MANAGER CASANDRA IS PLAIN RUDE AND JUST AWFUL. THEY GAVE MY HUSBAND THE WRONG PHONE AND NOW WILL NOT LET US EXCHANGE IT FOR THE CORRECT PHONE. THEY SAID IT WAS FINAL SALE BUT NECER EXPLAINED IT TO HIM.

The customer service is horrible. It seems like no one wants to take an extra step to help the customer out.The return policy and warranty are also a scam. I had a phone under warranty and it was a 3 day wait period to get it replaced. So basically you are crippled for 3 days if your phone needs replacement and is still under warranty.Even when you buy a new phone and wont replace the one under warranty! The warranty is a scam!They didnt take the time to transfer my information either. Just horrible service. I dont think Ill be back... thinking of changing providers altogether.

I was going to switch over 4 lines this morning. Very poor customer service. Owner needs to send the manger and sales rep for training on customer service.Would not recommend!

The service was good. The young lady who helped me was very professional. She took care of my purchase initiated migration of my data and had me out the door quickly.

I dont understand why almost none of the authorized dealers nor the CORPORATE office will accept cash for insurance deductible. But on a positive note the 2 young ladies were extremely helpful in finding a dealer that would take cash

Poor customer service. The employees are rude. My 25 year old son bought a phone there, they told him it came with a case, then they changed him for it. He returned the phone 4 days later because it wasnt working and shutting down. He was told by the sales lady you get what you pay for! Nevertheless, my son walked out and left the phone there. I called to let them know I would be coming to pick it up tomorrow. Lets see if its still there or did someone there keep it. Wouldnt surprise me. Very mean people.

They tried fraud me for that promotional of iPhone 7 49.99 and the other is free. Worst store ever

I love Metros inexpensive phone plan

I put in an official complaint with Metro by T-Mobile when I dialed *611. I put in a complaint for the Metro by T-Mobile Store located at 365 Convery Blvd, Perth Amboy, NJ. I went into Perth Amboy location looking for help, but instead they cheated and robbed me. Pearl, the wonderful customer service rep on *611 was so appalled by the treatmenet I was given, that she suggested I visit the corporate store that covers the Perth Amboy Branch. She insisted that I go there right away. I went yesterday, and explained the disgusting treatment I recevied at the Perth Amboy location. They too were horrified, and called the district manager immediately. Eric and Paula, at 282 NJ-18 are awesome. They listened to my rant and supported my utter disgust. They also enlightened me to the steps the other branch should have taken, that would have helped me tremendously. Paula and Eric were kind, showed the right amount of support and concern, and assured me that my problem will not go unaddressed. They promised me a phone call from the district manager on the steps that will be taken to fix the problems they have with their manager and staff and the Perth Amboy location. Committing robbery from loyal customers cannot be tolerated. Since this is the corporate office, they are more privy to the rules and regulations. I can 100% guarantee the most efficient and professional service at this location, that also happens to be a corporate office. You know will receive amazing service.

Metropcs has competitive data plans, but draconian equipment return policies. I bought the phone that doesnt work for my needs and they wont take it back. Generally, the star is polite but dishonest. They will tell you all kind of things that wont happen and then you will be stuck. Needed to speak with the manager and was put on hold for an hour. She is polite and will promise things but those promises most likely wont come true whatever the reason is.Shoulda stayed away from them.

This place is garbage when it comes to customer service.. Freddy and Erik are the worst. They sat there and insinuated that a DIFFERENT Metro PCS store I had just came from hacked my account. Accusing what are basically Co workers of hacking someones phone? Wth is wrong with this store and Metro PCS in general for allowing a store like this to operate the way it does. IT WAS NOT THE OTHER STORE THAT HACKED MY ACCOUNT. Ive had the same number for 4+ years. Longer than they worked there... Someones using my phone with another Sim and they wouldnt help because all of a sudden after 4+ years I need a password which I never set up back then... Showed me papers I never filled out due to having a phone line longer than they had their jobs. Apparently the managers name is Selina or something... Well multiple people should be fired here. How can they not help me when Im standing right there ignoring everything I say being silent because they were clearly lazy and put the blame on another store that was accutally polite to me. And I can see the lie in their eyes. Offensive and disrespectful people that seem to wanna lounge around all day because I was the only customer there. I will be terminating my phone lines with Metro if I have to deal with these people again. Being a corporate store I have to go back and if this is still an issue bye bye Metro.

They suck. Their employees are ignorant. We just showed up at 8pm when the website clearly says 10pm. They lock the dorrs on us and tell us we are wrong its 8. I show him the website times thru the glass and he shrugs his shoulders and walks away.

BEWARE of this location. I dont recommend this metropcs they lie to customers about rebates refunds. I bought a phone with the ad saying free phone. Purchased it in February under the rebate you pay for the phone then you send for ur rebate. Which was totally false. When i send for my rebate it first stated i have to wait 12wks so they can process it. Then u wait another 6wks to get a rebate of only 39.00 dollars not the amount i paid for the phone which was 79.00 dollars then when u try calling the rebate customer service line they tell you a different story that all the customer gets is 39.00 not the whole amount of the phone. So they sucker me into buy a 79.00 dollar pjone thinking im geyting my rebate of the amount i paid and that was sooo false i will never trust there ads about free phone and rebates. Metropcs are fullof crap. And when try calling the East Brunswick office they never answer the phone. They got me once but never again screw them. DONT TRUST THERE PROMOTION there full of lies to get u to spend.
