I had a drink. It was a caribou drink. Consistent and just enough to not hurt when I swipe a card. The staff seem happy and healthy. I hope they are. We will be back to make sure.

I actually like caribou better than starbucks, the people are just down to earth, very chill. And my drink is always the way I like it!!! And they never seem to run out of stuff.

The server was rude! When I ask about Turkey sandwich options, she brushed us off. When she was hanging our food, she didn’t even look at me. I’m not expecting too much but professional service…

Update... they did remake my drink correctly when I drove back over from work. I appreciate that.When I ask for heavy cream.... twice.... to make sure they get it right since they often dont.... and I still get half & half... when for dietary reasons I need one and not the other. Sorely disappointed in the service here and caribou in general, since this has happened to me at multiple locations. Please improve your customer service.

I came to this location yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the service. Wish I got his name, but the man helping me via drive through was extremely courteous and helpful in finding me an alternative to the cinnamon sugar bagel I wanted but they were all out of. Offered me a warm chocolate croissant instead which was amazing. Which is why I wanted to go back today.Today - not a great experience. My boyfriend is not only lactose intolerant but has a dairy allergy that results in his throat closing, hives, the whole nine yards. We’ve had the bagels here before but wanted to confirm via drive through which bagels are dairy free. According to the woman working, none of them were. (???) not sure what’s going on there, if there was a recent change or what, but that’s usually not the case so we were a little bummed. But we veered on the side of caution and asked about the maple brown sugar oatmeal instead. The woman took a moment to check and returned saying that the oatmeal was indeed dairy free. Wonderful. However, my boyfriend had a reaction because it was made with dairy milk.After our visit he checked online and it says that some bagels are indeed dairy free, and that the oatmeal is also dairy free as long as workers use non dairy milk to make it. Unless the website is outdated, it would seem the employee wasn’t aware of crucial information she should relate to customers who ask. So overall, very disappointed in the carelessness of the employees regarding allergens. It shouldn’t be something to take lightly and allergen information should be clear for the employees to communicate to customers.

I used to love the Farm House morning sandwich, and got it somewhat frequently. Today I learned that it was discontinued which was sad in itself. But the bagel sandwich I had today the Ham, Bacon, Two Eggs & Cheddar was absolutely awful. It taste like a microwaved gas station sandwich, and the bagel was hard and rubbery. I could not stomach more than 2 bites, it was atrocious. Hopefully they will refund me for this purchase.Update: My purchase was refunded. I guess they are no longer partnered with Einstein Bagels, they just did not remove the signs from the building. I give them a 5 star review for customer service. I stand by my 1 star rating for the awful sandwich.

Used to be my favorite quick breakfast stop. Went a day ago and they got rid of all of their Einsteins food and replaced it with prepackaged, frozen sandwiches. The price of the sandwich was also unacceptable, I paid the same for a fresh bagel and egg sandwich as I did for the reheated one that I couldnt change. Incredibly disappointed, will not be going back.

Such an awesome experience this morning! I did a mobile order drive thru for my drink purchase and turned the corner and saw a decent size line, it is Friday and around 7:40am so that is to be expected. I was surprised that the line was moving quite quickly but what really blew me away is after I announced I was here for a pick up order at the drive thru a barista came out and gave me my drink while I was in line waiting to go to the window.I dont know if this is what they are told to do or this lovely barista decided to do this on her own but what a way to start a morning! They went above and beyond and I will not forget this!

I stop here pretty frequently and have good breakfast sandwiches that are fresh and today my sandwich was terrible. It was a premade bagel sandwich and heated up so the bagel was hard and my bacon was gross. This is a coffee AND bagel joint... why wouldnt I get a fresh made sandwich like always? Very disappointed and will think twice now about getting food from this location. My drink was still darn good though.

Theyve swapped the delicious bagel sandwiches I used to get here for crummier premade & reheated varieties. Less flavor, squishier texture, soggier bacon, and surprisingly awful bagels for the sandwiches. No changes allowed, either.Drinks are alright but I wont be doing food from caribou/einstein again.

Says they are pet-friendly, but our well-trained and well-behaved doggy was not allowed.

I go to this caribou almost everyday, and usually they are pretty good. But it’s so hit or miss in regards to whether or not you actually get your TOPPINGS on your cooler... I essentially order the same thing every time, online, with NO WHIP and JUST TOPPINGS! And almost every time, I end up have no toppings. It’s getting old. If I order a turtle mocha cooler with no whip and just toppings... I am expecting my turtle toppings!!! Such a disappointment when really looking forward to my coffee and it’s missing things :( Just so inconsistent.

I came here the other day with my cat and ordered a pup cup. I must say that I was not let down! All the workers were sitting around the window ready to greet my animal and all were surprised saying its not even for a puppy? It made me and kitty feel special :) They gave us a pretty good-sized cup filled with whipped cream topped with a cute little bagel (not pictured because my kitty devoured it right away). I will definitely be coming back to bring my puppies! Even if you dont have a puppy or kitty, I think the pup cup would be a great little treat for the kids while youre getting a grown-up drink for yourself!

Hard to understand how this place stays open, probably because they ride the Caribou name . Im pretty sure their managment teaches poor customer service. Ive been here 6+times and they simply dont get it... e.g. acknowledge the customer, provide updates on orders, etc...Caribou Corp. You need to shop this store to understand the miss.

I used to go here all the time but it seems like recently they have gotten worse and worse. They never give you what you ask for, or it’s missing something. I got a drink that I had never tried before and ended up not liking it. Since I only took one sip I asked if I could get a different drink of the same price, because I have been able to do this at other caribou locations, but nope. The girl was very inexperienced and rude. Never once said sorry or demonstrated good costumer service. On top of all that after I ate my sandwich I got sick. I wish I could give this place less than one star. I will never be returning.

I’ve been going here for awhile now since I live near by, but this most recent experience was literally so disappointing. Went through the drive through ordering a drink and a breakfast sandwich- when I went to eat my sandwich only HALF of the bagel was on the full sandwich... I don’t know how you miss the other half of the bagel but I was super upset. I took a sip of my drink which was way to sweet and poorly made. I went through the drive through again to express my disappointment with the service, only to be turned down for another drink. The woman working was super rude and unhelpful. She did not express once that it was their mistake, let alone apologize for the poor service. You would think they would try to fix their mistakes to have you come back, they did not. And this is why I will not be back ever again.

For the 3rd time now I have not gotten what I ordered. My coffee is Great every time but my bagel that is another story. I get a blueberry bagel toasted with butter... 3 times now no butter...So I get to my office and get to eat a DRY TOASTED bagel!

This a must almost every morning before I go to work. The farmhouse sandwich is by far the best! Also the coffee is way better than Starbucks!

Every single time I come to this caribou they mess up my order. It’s extremely frustrating to pay over $20 for drinks and to have all four of them taste terrible. It continues to get worse each time and I am disappointed.

So, I bought a bagel with plain cream cheese I noticed there was pieces of bacon around the middle where the cut the bagel i took it back and showed them . Employee apologizes so again they give me another one with them same problem. As I was watching the crew members cut other customers food they were using the same knife to cut pretty much everything I was appalled I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND. its very un sanitary place.

Decided to give the coffee here another try after being underwhelmed several times prior. Waste of money! The medium size had tons of foam (more than usual and I didnt ask for it) and the cup was pretty much only half full. Plus, the coffee is always bitter here and there are limited non-dairy milk options. And as long as Im here Ill mention the cream cheese situation. If you order a bagel with cream cheese, its likely that the spreader they used on it was used on a different flavor just before that. Cant say how many times Ive ordered plain cream cheese and had a mouthful of harden vegetable flavor or whatever. Gross. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Can I just say....thee best customer service this morning. I haven’t been to a caribou or an Einstein bagels before and it was the best first impression. The girl I spoke with answered all questions knowledgeably and patiently as I had many. She suggested options based on my answers and was very pleasant. It was good all the way up to my last sip of coffee and bite of the French toast began. I wish I could give more stars.

Great location and very friendly staff. Only 3 star because of a consistent pattern of cross contamination when working with bagels and cream cheese. I have ordered sweet bagel types with honey almond cream cheese only to find garlic and seeds mixed in. Apple cinnamon or cinnamon sugar is not something I want garlic with. It wasn’t a single bite either. It was spread throughout. Coffee is great but food experience not so much. This last time I called the person on the phone did not sound concerned at all and just asked what I wanted them to do for me. Asking them to stop the cross contamination was my first request last time, this time it’s to just apply the bagel cost to my coffee and call it a day. Will never order food from them again :(

Waited in line for 10 minutes to only be told that they close at 1 PM. Would have been nice for a person to come outside and tell us while huge line was waiting. Also, have had terrible coffee at this location, but wanted to give it another try because they have good bagels.

Had a great experience, came here to study with a friend and the staff was nothing but helpful and friendly, got my coffee quickly and the WiFi was fast! No complaints.

Incompetent, simply ask for no milk and what did I get..... Milk! If I want to pay $6 for a cup of sugar milk (which isnt going to happen anywhere) Ill go to Starbucks. On my way to work every morning and new to the area overall love the location structure and the menu is ideal with many options depending on the mood your in for the morning. Only downside is the pricing is high for an average drink but other than that the quality is amazing.

I would come here everyday before I had to go to class however yesterday, I ordered my usual drink and sandwich and the drive thru associate told me they never sold that sandwich at the store before. Which made me very confused because I am a local customer and always buy for that Caribou next to the Chick Fil A. After a back and forth conversation with the associate, which claimed to be a manager, I just felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to get my drink because I had to get going buy the “manager” just continued to pester me about how I have gotten the sandwich in the past, I’m not sure if she knew but her microphone was still on when she let out a big grunt in frustration with me, which led me to never want to come back there ever again if I’m such a bother. Why does it matter now that you say you don’t have it? Anyways, I will not be coming back to this caribou because of how unprofessional the “manager” was, I wouldn’t have cared about the sandwich if they hadn’t bothered me so much about where I got it from. Horrible service all around.

I was very impressed with my last visit to this location. I was running late today, Saturday. I arrived to the store at 5:55 PM, five minutes before closing. There was not a great selection but was able to find choices that I liked. On the weekends there is a $7 deal on a tub of cream cheese and six bagels. The staff had a bit of trouble with the computer. After a few minutes of waiting the shift lead gave me the bagels and cream cheese for gratis. I would come back here if this is the service standards all day long.

First, they discontinued my favorite breakfast sandwich, the spinach, mushroom swiss. I tried a artichoke spinach on an English muffin. It was terrible, not heated all the way, cold in places... I asked for a receipt. Got no receipt and no napkins. Will not be going back

Not good, just found out they only have set sandwiches so I cant get what I normally do s well it seems to have taken 5x longer at the window but not sure why if its a standard packed sandwich they are heading up.

The place is a go to stop on my way to work. I love the food and it has a great variety. The farmhouse is by far the best bagel. The staff work incredibly hard and are always nice and ready to help. I love this restaurant.

Ive been on a bagel kick and have visited a couple times in the last week or so. Service is consistently quick and friendly.

Caribou Coffee is amazing and I think everyone knows this. The coffee was amazing. The people at this location were very helpful with explaining some drinks to a friend of mine. It took her some time to choose what she wanted but because they took their time explaining what the different drinks were she ended up with what she wanted.

Good stop for coffee and maybe a breakfast sandwich.

Usually most Caribou locations are good at being mindful of their customers. Just a heads up to other transwomen like myself or transpeople that this location did not do a good job respecting pronouns/identity. Nothing malicious but the employee said man multiple times followed by a sir at the end. I think this location needs better training or a heads up to be mindful of individuals who appear to identify in different ways. As I said, it has been great at other locations but this one was not a great experience for me and I probably wont return.

Ordered a large coffee and basically didn’t get a large. I hadn’t even taken a sip and once the foam settled it was almost halfway full. Not to mention the girl ringing me up was extremely rude!

Worker Ashley was extremely rude to a group of young girls in the store. My experience with the other workers was great (Heather took my order and was lovely) and I loved my coffee but Ashley was very rude to me and other customers.

Nice food options (Ive driven over here just for the spinach & feta sandwich). Pleasant coffee and environment. Tightly spaced and often crowded though so not necessarily the best if you need to get work done because you may not get a seat.

I love the combo of the two businesses. There are much better breakfast selections. Free refills on regular coffee. My only complaint is that the service could be a little faster. Overall great Caribou location.

Great service, gave me the last of the coffee, half cup, then made a new batch and gave me a full cup. Egg sandwich was made fast and was delicious. Everyone looked and acted happy, very clean overall. Will stop through again.

I have given this location so many tries. Because I freaking love these bagels. But it seems no matter how busy they are or are not, there is always some sort of issue. Typically, its either the staff is rude and short, or the service is painfully slow. I think the previous time I was here it took over 15 minutes to get a bagel and there was hardly anyone in here. This past time I was here the gal that rang me up didnt even say hello as I stood there for maybe a minute then shortly said Ill help you over here. Didnt even say thank you or have a good day. Then as I was waiting for my bagel she was arguing with her co worker loudly for the whole restaurant to hear. Her annoying co worker was also asking her questions while she was trying to help me. They were both very rude to any customer they encountered. I get it. Customer service jobs suck. But you have a job and you have to suck it up and do it well. I work retail so I know what its like to deal with people all day, so thats why I waited for like 5 visits to say anything about this place. I would come here a LOT more if they were more friendly and professional as well as proficient. But they just arent.

I am a die hard Caribou fan. I can’t tell you how many different locations I have been to in the last year (at least 25). Last year I had a streak that I bought caribou over 100 consecutive days in a row at various caribous across the US. With how much I spend with the Caribou brand in a year, it is safe to say I have a fairly solid understanding of what service levels at an individual location should be. This location is awful. They have yet to get my order right, smile, get me in an out in less than 20 min. I have purchased a new coffee pot and beans and refuse to go back to this location. Not only is it a waste of time, but I do not get a positive experience and it an utter waste of money and time! Their staff are rude and careless. I legitimately think they enjoy watching me try to control my frustration having me yell my perk number 3-4 times over their broken drive thru intercom. Never again.

Two days in a row they didnt get my order right. Its so frustrating especially when you tell them they got it wrong the day before so please make sure its correct today and I still left with my order wrong. The lady that took my money was not friendly or she was mad that I mentioned it was wrong yesterday either way when I got my order and saw it was wring again I was going to say something but she walked away from the window so fast and was out of sight so I just drove off. As much as I love caribou I will no longer go to this establishment. I know its just coffee and bagels but its not exactly cheap.

We are done with this location.

I have always loved Caribou & Einstein. I was so excited for both to merge.However, I have been to this location twice now. They are always out of bagels (they didnt even have plain bagels ready today) and it always takes them a good 10 minutes to get a bagel out. Maybe they should have more then 1 person working at both the cash register and bagel station?I hope they improve, and they are just getting used to having both coffee and bagels.

Lacking attention to detail.Ive gone several times...half of the time someone gets some part of my order wrong.And if you ask for more napkins they hand you a ball of them.

I am not trying to be that person, but I used to work in fast food and when you are open until 7PM, you are open and functioning until 7:00P.M. I went out to try to grab a quick treat for my mom and I and I arrived there at 6:45, a respectable amount of time and their doors were locked 15 minutes before closing and there were still customers inside the location. Very very rude and not okay. They are also very very slow, it took 10 min to get a coffee. There was one car in drive thru and no one that ordered behind me. I’m sticking to the one by Walmart.

Yum! Caribou coffee and bagels. They have new, topped bagels. Tried the Hatch chili bagel—so good! Also, (don’t hold me to it, in case it changes, but) during the week, they open at 5am.

I have had terrible service and over priced drinks every time at this location. I order a coldpress with almond milk and they always charge me for a latte? And it’s 1$ more now which brings my cost to over 5$ for what used to be a 3.65 drink. They put wayyyy too much milk in and none of the staff seem to know what they are doing.I had to repeat my order multiple times so the employee could get back to talking to a friend who came in.They are rude here - unorganized and it’s not even worth going to caribou anymore with the price increase, plus bad service, plus a disgusting drink.

Bathroom hadnt been cleaned in a week, of course Im assuming, the counters had debris from, who knows when. I brought the restroom up to the lady at the counter and she was dismissive with a polite thbak you and walked away. She was more concerned about whether I had a perks account than what I needed as a customer. Ick. Oh, yes, she sent in another employee with a spray bottle abd 1minute later, she returned. So much grime, old waste, debris, cracked on soap.... Ick.

They mis heard my order in the drive thru. I was okay with accepting it as is but they insisted on getting me the correct thing! That is some amazing customer service. Thank you!

I’m going to cancel by perks card due to inconsistency and poor services. A couple of weeks ago I had filed a complaint with Caribou regarding a drink that I had ordered -- a small ice coffee with vanilla. The barista had added extra shots of vanilla; therefore, I was not able to enjoy it since it was extremely sweet. I should have received a refund for my order. The ice coffee cost me $4.00, and till this day they has not responded to my complaint. NO MORE CARIBOU for me! Good Luck other patrons.

Ive been to this location several times and have come to learn that one needs to be very specific when ordering. If you dont want your bagel toasted MAKE SURE YOU SAY SO; if you prefer a different kind of cream cheese MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM ITS INSTEAD OF THE PLAIN; have them read back WHAT KIND OF BAGEL YOU ORDERED, Etc. The staff frequently seem confused about orders and ask you to repeat what you ordered.Most problematic: The food preparation area needs a GOOD cleaning, most especially UNDER the cabinets and counters which are in plain sight of the clientele. DIRTY!W

The place does not know how to get your order correct. The last 3 times I have been here the order is wrong. It’s an ok bagel place, but they don’t know how to serve people.

Ordered a catered delivered breakfast to go to the teachers at my childrens daycare. They seemed to enjoy the food and the delivery was done on time.

What Caribou lacks in food Einstein easily makes up for. The combination provides the yummiest breakfast and coffee around! Ive never had issue with getting the wrong order but experienced the long wait times. Whether its 5:30am Tuesday morning or 10am Saturday morning its still a struggle to get out under 15 minutes which is super frustrating! The spot is cute though and good options for coffee and food. Ill keep leaving my house a few minutes early for a stop!

Bagel sandwich was sub par. Sausage was small and not a good amount of cream cheese. Coffer was decent, Brueggers is higher quality!

Ive always received very quick, efficient, pleasant service when Ive gone thru the drive thru. Staff is friendly and engaging. Im always asked if Im a Caribou Perks member which I appreciate.

Im a huge Caribou addict and this place was such a disappointment to Caribous name. Between the slow service and unprofessional staff, its needless to say Ill be choosing a different Caribou next time.
