Jacob Mendoza, where to start with this guy. I placed a photo order around 11-12 for wall tiles. Email states an estimated time of 3:45, give or take. Now im not going to hold anyone to this time, as its just an estimate. So I call at almost 5, since Ive heard nothing back to this point. Jacob answers and tells me he has to wait until 5:30 for another coworker to come in so he can verify the amount of wall tiles in stock. No problem, almost 6:00pm before I receive a call back from him, and Im given the answer, Well we dont have any in stock, so your best bet is to call another store and see if they have them. First, why did it take me calling in order to get an answer, and second, why was this not figured out until 6pm?? I asked to speak to a manager, and Jacob tells me hes the manager. Somehow, the manager managed to wait 7 hours before realizing he doesnt have any in-stock. His response was, Well I couldnt leave the front unattended. Thats funny to me, because Ive been to numerous CVS Pharmacys that never have anyone at photo unless needed..and if youre not checking on inventory and completed orders,, what exactly are you dping for 7 hours?? After asking for a refund, Im told he needs to call another manager to verify how to do that. YOURE A MANAGER. What do you mean you need to verify??? Calls me back after 10 mins and tells me I need to call customer service to get my refund. No problem, ill do just that. What a joke.

I have an upcoming trip in a state that requires vaccination to enter certain venues and restaurants so I called to schedule an appointment. I was told I can come in at 2, arrived at 1:50 and ten minutes later I was told they don’t have anymore vials today because they have 3 other appointments today. The pharmacist suggested going to a different CVS location. I asked if she could schedule an appointment tomorrow and she said I have to do it online. Very rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. If it’s first come first served basis ,why was I turned down at 2 pm with 3 other expected appointments that weren’t there yet? No wonder I go to Walgreens for all my pharmaceutical needs but they don’t have the FDA approved Pfister vaccination. CVS still can’t compete with the customer satisfaction at Walgreens.

The pharmacist here is horrible. Make you dont want to take the covid vaccine. I was afaid of getting the vaccine. I was in this CVS in dyer Indiana and my friend convinced me to get the vaccine. She said come on they do walk in. I went back to the pharmacist. She was rude not helpful and her attitude was very nasty. I walk out and didnt want the vaccine. Went to the one in Munster Indiana. Very pleasant pharmacist. I got the vaccine. If you have any fear. Dont go to the one in dyer... CVS states they take walk in. This one dont. They dont follow company rules. They pick and choose who they will take. If I could give no stars I would.

Props to the CVS on 30...was in there today and didnt catch it all, but an older man was buying a gift card, and was telling the staff why he was buying them (which based on the convo was clearly someone scamming him)...they stopped the transaction to explain to him several times hes being scammed and not to send a gift card...he continued trying to buy the card, at which time they refused to sell the gift card knowing it was for fraudulent use, and again implored him not to send a card as the 3rd party requested. He may have went somewhere else and gotten one anyway, but they took their time and skipped a sale during a busy lunch hour to try and help this man who was being taken advantage of

I have my Rx insurance through CVS. It amazes me that I cannot get a Shingrex vaccination because they are out of stock. Its been a year and they still do not have a supply. They even told me to go to Walgreens. I went to Walgreens and paid $180 because I needed the vaccination. Walgreens had an ample supply. If you claim to be a pharmacy, then obtain the vaccines that the customer needs. If a national chain cant obtain their share, then something is really wrong with that chain. Will change Rx providers next enrollment period.

My wife picked up some meds for me and had prescriptions for three others. I was just discharged from the hospital and was in no position due to pain to go in myself. they just handed the prescriptions to her without saying anything. When my wife handed them the new prescriptions, all they said was that they didnt have any of the meds. Offering to order them was not in the picture as they just gave the prescriptions back and told her to go elsewhere!

Worst inconsiderate staff ever especially the manager. No care for customers or stocking unless you’re Anglo-Saxon, then they are all smiles

The most rude people especially the woman pharmacist, make sure to check the amount they give you and what they charge. I was charged for 90 but given 30 and when I asked why it was so much, I was told “because that’s how much it is” I will never come her again.

They always have a good excuse and give it in such a friendly way.Example: 1. We called the Dr.s office twice and have not gotten a reply for your refill.Example 2. We are still waiting on the Dr. to clarify the directions. Note: this prescription was 16 days old and still waiting. These are examples, there have been others.I called the Dr.s office and within 3 minutes had a refill sent electronicly and a promise to call and straighten out the new prescription directions.I did not have these problems with my last pharmacy, I wish my insurance would let me go back.

I was rushed out the door by an employee woman yesterday at 6pm.i entered the store for the extra care bucks coupons then i searched the store for the products available for the money off program. combined with this deal is the spending limit to get 10 dollars back after spending a set amount. i usually plan to get both deals on the same transaction.the cash register lady said i was in the store too long and asked that i make a selection and go.

Thought I would try the pharmacy here since it’s closer to my house. Pharmacy Tech (drive thru) was the least bit of helpful and extremely rude.Example: My first time being there and she rolled her eyes bc she had to look up my prescription code? (I thought it was on my insurance card, i could have found it no big deal) But she walks away and didn’t come back!! Didn’t tell me where she was goingExample 2: she asked when i wanted it and i said whenever you guys can get it done. She says, “so you can come inside and wait until it’s done or go home and come back” OBVIOUSLY. After her being totally rude, I just said “I’ll go somewhere else!” And she threw my insurance card and prescription back in the drawer and sent it back out and didn’t make eye contact or say anything LOL. I’ll drive the extra 2 miles and stick to Walgreens.

Been here twice and both experiences were not good. Out of stock on basic kids amoxicillin and the latest visit the drive thru was horribly long (over 20 mins). Each time the customer service was poor and staff was rude, including the pharmacist named Justin. Would not recommend, many other options available.
