I went in planning to start a simple skincare routine for myself. Having hardly any knowledge of what products to buy, the shelf layout helped me find a few products on my own before I could receive some help. After she was done assisting her current customer, Pat asked if I needed help and came over to provide me with all the information I needed to buy a simple skincare setup. she had some experience with the products herself, and gave me recommendations based on that and my own skins needs. Im confident I walked out with everything I needed and felt very satisfied to boot.

Auto refill does not work. Went in to pick up my script and was told it didnt go through on its refill date, so come back in 20-30 minutes. OK, came back an hour later and was told they only have 5, not 30, pills on hand. So, who stocks only 5 of any pill? And your auto refill system didnt kick out any notification that your inventory is short? And you didnt feel it necessary to advise your customer that you wouldnt have the medicine on its renewal date? Sam, in the pharmacy, did her best to try to resolve the situation but this is very poor management of service systems (hence the 3 stars, to reflect her efforts). I ended up having to transfer this script to a nearby CVS that regularly stocks this medication. Im going to transfer all my scripts to the same CVS because this is only one example of what has been a terrible experience for the past few months with Walgreens pharmacy in Dyer.

I love Walgreens! There is make up, toys, food, medication and more! For the photo department you can use the Walgreens app for speedier pick up and processing. They have a loyalty card that uses points to give you better deals!

Never had any problems here. Some of the managers seem a little uppity but i have to admit they are helpful. Cashiers are great. If youve been in one Walgreens then you can find what your looking for w/out any assistance. Cheers.

Wish they would required everyone shopping there to wear a mask. Checkout was ok.

Terrible customer service and absolutely no type of empathy what so ever. Went in to ask about a vaccine and was told that not only was the appointment online wasnt in their system, but they dont do vaccines. Went there once before to pick up prescriptions when the automated system said they were ready only to be told that they ran out of my medicine and to wait till tomorrow. Do not go here!!!

The pharmacy closed at 5 on some days. 5pm. My doctor just called me with a swab result for my 11 month old (it’s a Saturday) and told me to pick up antibiotics ASAP. Guess what? My stupid pharmacy is closed. It was 4:35 when she called and I raced over and got there shortly after 5.I’ve never had a pharmacy close that early.Let’s not even start on the angry red headed woman who hates her job and every patron that comes in. Forget that everything is more expensive than anything you’ll find across the street at Osco, or at Meijer or Target.All I care about is getting my sick child medicine and I can’t because they close at FIVE. NEVER AGAIN.

This Walgreens is my favorite place to shop for deals on makeup. They now sell products by Nyx, Soap and Glory, and Boots No7. For hair care, you can find items made by Redken, Nexxus, and Paul Mitchell. They also offer a variety of merchandise: food items, toys, candy, milk, frozen foods, seasonal items, as well as healthcare products.

This is a good place to shop and get what you need fast!
