This is Guys wife, Kit! I was over the top pleased with Andrea. Oh my goodness she and her accountant Ray helped alleviate a burden that no one else had tried to do! Ana (Karen) did a phenomenal job. She knew the product thoroughly and went above and beyond offering to send in my trades phone, applying the liquid screen protector, and helping me with the Otterbox case. She also waited until my transfer was 100 complete and made sure I did not have any questions prior to moving on to the next customer.

Getting a new phone can be stressful. It doesnt have to be with help from customer service providers such as Andrea. She went above and beyond, jumped through hoops and escalated appropriately to make sure family were taken care of. I highly recommend this Durham location for genuinely excellent customer service. When it came down to it. This store was the root of my problem. Placed an order online to pick up at this store. The item was never ready all day to find out it was back ordered. So I canceled the order. Bad move. It messed everything up. They return device dollar but not my down payment and tax. It was purchased with verizon gift card. Tell me how after 2 weeks I still dont have my money.!!? Order was never ready or even picked up? Verizon kept blaming each other. Like oh its online sales, internet, so many departments and now its come to the store. Havent process or return my money off an order that had back order item? Tell me how hard would that be to process. End of day, that is really shady and sketchy. To top it off how hard would it be to process it. You literally dont have anything to do but paperwork. My experience is that gift card funds are normally automatic. This is not a coincidence, Ive been back and forth with verizon from phone to chat. This store either deals in shady dealings, lazy, or just bad management. It now makes a lot of sense I should of called the place myself but thinking oh hey verizon would figure it out its their system their job. But now after almost 3 weeks of waiting it totally makes sense thats why I havent gotten refund because Im getting screwed by some shady person that works there. I never hear of someone having to put in a ticket to see where money has gone ? Got device dollar and the return receipt online, but no money? Seriously no excuse. Even if you did weekly sales or count you would know something is off. So this store just sat on it not doing a damn thing about it. End of day its part of the verizon network and I dont have to worry about those things. I honestly never thought such a simple station could get so complicated. Couldnt find answers anywhere, nothing makes sense, End of day verizon really doesnt know what their doing.

This place was very clean and neat and well organized. Verizons Office Manager, the Authorized Retailer selected what I needed and I can say I enjoyed the office managers approach to share business. It was awesome, very resourceful as well as helpful. Not only did she have an awesome attitude for customer service, I will not hesitate to use their service again, it helped me tremendously and forced me to forget my last discourse.. Other locations nearby have to rise up and take notice. My family, friends and those I am in contact with will hear about this Glenn School Road location off I85 North nearing Durham, leaving Creedmoor Town.

I must say I have never been so impressed. Andrea and Vince know how to make the process smooth. I came in with so many questions about my broken phone and ready to battle. Not today, I got my phone cleaned and charged, all my of my questions answered and my bill lowered to the point that I got a new phone for little to no extra charge. I am coming back with my wife to look into home phone service with these guys.

I have no service in my house unless hooked to Wi-Fi, I was told for 30.00 more I can have service do to tower congestion , hmmmm I was also told cell phones where never designed for indoor use , ok maybe 30 years ago , then was advised we encourage our customers to use wifi , so if we have no power we have no ones, we mine as well rely on the house phone , the customer service people are very unprofessional and I was quickly rushed off the phone by a rude itch, oopppss dissed a B , so after 100 years regarding my phone deleting everything in it I was told , I have to pay 30.00 more and should be ok , so is this 30 a month giving this congested tower medicine I mean I dont get it , I am so confused and feel as if we dont pay an additional 30 which brings our unlimited bill to 180.00 like wow , I am freaking done shame on me trusting this stupid company and losers of customer service , IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN DIRECT ME TO A LAWYER OR SOMEONE HIGH UP IN VERIZON , MY CALL WAS RECORDED ON MY END .

They had 2 people working. When I walked in, 1 went out the back door. I waited 10 mins and she came in, said Ill be tight with you, answered the phone and took it to the bathroom with her. She comes out and I just need a charging cable. She proceeded to give me the wrong one. I checked in the parking lot. I go back in and finally get the cable I need. Yeap, makes me late for work. Never again.

No stars. I went to upgrade my phone. The person who was upgrading had no idea what he was doing. It took him over an hour to get started on the new phone. He then told me to turn my old phone of to activate the new one. Then he was doing a software update when he told me it would be a while because their wifi was slow. He said that I should go do some shopping at Walmart then come back. He told me I couldnt take my iPhone 6 with me( the old phone) because it wouldnt work anyways so, being trusting in the person I left. I came back 40 minutes later and he showed me that my new iPhone was going to take 9 hours to update because of their wifi and instructed me on how to set up my phone when I left and found wifi. Needless to say, I was frustrated but wanted my phone to work so I left. There is a trade in for old phones through Verizon where if you turn your old phone in (my iPhone 6) you get discounts on your new phone. REALLY WEIRD how when I tried to turn my old phone back on, it does not work at all anymore. So after hours on the phone with Verizon and insurance companies, I am out 250$. Coincidence or not? Im not sure. Besides the weird service and sketchy things that happened, the other woman working there was extremely rude to the man helping me the whole time and even let the customer she was helping bad mouth him. If I could give this place negative stars I would. If I could tell everyone I know that was dumb enough to go to this store to think twice I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had not to mention loosing 250$.

Horrible store. Dont ever buy a phone here. They tried to sell me a new phone that turned out to be an used phone. It had a recent call history on it from months ago, pitcures, text and contacts.I walked in and the saleswoman said they did not have the phone I wanted but the manager said they did.The manager went into the back and took a long time to come back with a box with a phone in it.The phone had the plastic put back on the screen, but it looks like the manager forgot to hard reset the phone. I was lucky she forgot to reset the phone, otherwise I would have thought it was new.Of course I got my money back, but they never took responsibilty or apologized other than one time they said Im sorry this happened to you like it was my fault this happened.Avoid this place at all costs. Other people were listening to this situation and got up and left.

Bald face lied to me about replacing my phone saying i hafta pay to replace it even with insuramce. I did not break the phone at all or get it wet. But because i had already paid off my device, she wanted to force me to buy a new phone so she cwn make a quick dollar.
