My experience could not have been any better!!! The employee suggested a better idea for a phone and saved me money and I would refer them to my closest family member. And if they fix your phone and you pay for their services. If it doesnt work when you get home they will stand behind their work and WILL make it good.

Nice little upstart with skilled technicians watching them work to fix a screen you know they knew what they were doing plenty of accessories at the store and they were knowledgeable about the new technology that was coming out namely the flip phone that has a full screen.

Had a really good experience with this company, they did a quick job to fix my phone (iphone 11 pro) and nothing was broken it was a fair price would come again!!

Some people are so quick to write a bad review and the good ones get overlooked which is why I personally had to come and make a review about the service I receive not only was it the cheapest place to get a screen replacement for a XS max iPhone but the service was speedy and very professional the guy is very nice he had a good conversation and before I knew it my phone was up and running againIt has now been a few days and I have no problems with my screen even when I was leaving out a lady was coming in to get her phone fixed again because she had broke it and wanted him to fix it being that she was a return customer she asked for a discount and he said he will work with her now that is awesome customer service and I will be back

DO NOT GET SERVICE FROM HEREI got my camera fixed and then noticed that there was a black spot on my screen afterwards. I called back to let them know and they said it was probably something to do with an adhesive and told me to come back so they could fix it. When I got there (I had to drive 30 mins back and forth, so 1 hour round trip), they told me they could not fix the screen because I only paid for my camera to be fixed. So, they damaged my screen while fixing my camera and now they want to charge me to fix the screen that they damaged. They should have just told me they could not fix it so I would not have had to drive all the way there. They told me they would give me a discount to fix the screen, but the price with the discount was still higher than what other places would fix it for...plus it was THEIR mistake to begin with, so why did I need to pay more out of my pocket?TLDR: They damaged my screen while fixing my camera and tried to charge me more to fix the screen they damaged.

Dropped off Ipad for screen repairs was told $200 and it would be the next day. did not receive any updates or calls. waited 3 days and decide to call. says that it will be ready the next day. again no updates or calls. so i call again and says should be done at 1. come to pick up at 1 and it has not been worked on. save your time and money and take it down stairs to celluris. way better and faster serviceI wouldn’t have minded waiting but a good business would update their customers regardless poor customer service. still had the nerve to keep the deposit. this place is a joke

These wonderful people are the BEST! I have a fantastic cell phone that is somewhat difficult to get essential things for, such as screen protectors,gel cases, etc. They are there for me and even if they dont have what I need (a rarity) they get it quickly. Im still in awe of the skill that they have to PERFECTLY place and/or replace my screen protector. Always perfect..never ever a bubble. Stay as far away from this scam of a business as possible! If I could give less than one star, you bet I would.I brought in my phone for a simple crack on the screen so I could return it to Verizon.When I got the phone back, the phone no longer charged, the finger print button no longer worked, neither camera worked properly, the phone froze Everytime I switched from one camera to the other so I had to reset my phone Everytime I used the camera, the phone could no longer connect to the data, and the speaker on the phone no longer worked for music or phone calling. After numerous trips back, the phone is still hardly functional.We were promised the phone to be fixed on numerous occasions and each time, more problems arose. We spoke to the manager who promised an 85% refund, and when we got there, he refused and kindly pointed out the small, dark, blurry policy form regarding their non-responsibility to any further damages.Now I have a phone that is so far beyond dysfunctional that I can hardly use it and Verizon will no longer accept it (because they failed to tell us that they use GENERIC parts)!! But on the plus side, I guess my screen is no longer cracked!Thank CellFixx, for taking my money, breaking my phone, being dishonest with me, and the headache I now have.If you want to pay someone $200 to break your phone for you and not take responsibility for the damages, I highly recommend this joke of a store!

Lifesavers! Details below.I originally took my phone to another shop in South Durham (with a ton of 5-star ratings) for a busted screen. The other shop was not only unable to fix the screen, they made several errors when putting the phone back together that caused it to be borderline unusable. They later told me it was the first time theyd worked on a Pixel.Rico was not only able to fix the screen (for much less than they other shop was going to charge), he also diagnosed and fixed their mistakes. He was very knowledgeable about the details of the phone, and even correctly predicted several of the mistakes the other shop made before opening it up. Always trust people who can educate you on that level of nuance of their craft!I cant speak to the negative reviews here, but Id feel confident referring anyone to Rico specifically.

Simple screen repair ruined my phone’s camera (iPhone X). They refused to refund the cost of the repair and were not able to fix the damage. Avoid this business at all costs.

My experience with this store was awful (aside from speaking with the owner). After waiting for weeks for someone to call be back to let me know that my part had come in, I was told I had to go to a different location to have my phone fixed (not sure why that wasnt communicated from the very beginning). My phone was fixed by Patsy but my camera wasnt able to focus after I left the store. I called her to let her know and received nothing but attitude and a promise to give me a call back to work it out. She never called me back. The owner finally agreed to give me a refund and he was really great about it. Unfortunately for him, he has employees who do not know what theyre doing, seem aloof and are overall difficult to work with and unpleasant to speak to. I would steer clear of this place, they dont do good work and are incredibly difficult to get ahold of. Save your time and money and go to a different store.
