Be aware!!! They sell you a car that you owe to much on to trade and when it breaks down the warranty process is a HUGE joke!!! They expect you to be without a car that you still have to make payments on for 10 days or more!! And offer you a rental reimbursement of get this 25.00 a day when you can’t get a rental cheaper than 125.00 a day!!!! And you call and all you get is well I am not sure of this and I am not sure of that!!! I have made EVERY payment since day one on TIME and also had to pay for 2 other repairs on my own because who the heck can be without a car for 10 days and pay 550 a week for a rental and STILL make a dang car payment! Complete rip off BEAWARE!!!!!!

I got my car with them on valentines day 2020. The staff was very friendly and helpful and got me into my car that day. I was very pleased. But now, a little over a year later, Im starting to think they just make sure the cars look nice on the lot but are not actually taken care of. Within the first 2 months of having my car, they had to replace my engine and my radiator because both of them broke and my car would not drive. I also had to do an oil change literally the day after I got the vehicle because it had almost no oil in it. Within the first 4 months I had to have my wheel bearings, brakes and all of my tires changed. 3 weeks ago my engine light comes on and tells me my active shutter Grille assembly needs replaced and my fan is going bad. I dont understand how my car has all these problems and Ive only had it a little over a year and Im paying almost $15,000 on it. I had less problems with the car I spent $2,000 on that I bought off Craigslist and it lasted me for years and I never had to change anything like this on it other than the normal maintenance. To Be honest if I could go back I probably wouldnt have gotten a car from jd Byrider.

This is the worse car buying experience I have ever had. Tire fell off while I’m driving on Hwy 85N going at least 70 miles an hour with my children in the car. WE ALL COULD HAVE DIED. We were left stranded on the side of the busy highway for over 6 hours because the road side service that is provided by ByRider DID NOT HELP me at all. Now I am getting the run around on repairs that should be made at their expense because what happened was NO fault of my own. They won’t even reimburse me for the extra expenses I incurred during this unexpected and dangerous accident we were in. I am happy my kids and I are OK but the experience I am having with this dealership is very poor. I would never shop here again!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE: I took my car in to be serviced and after waiting all day, I called at 4:00 only to be told that my car wouldnt be ready until the next day, which was a HUGE inconvenience because I had plans and NO transportation.. then I went to pick my car up the next day only to find my middle console had been taken out and my things had been rummaged through and items were taken..TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I purchased a car in December and the car had a few issues. Tried during several attempts to take it in and have them addressed they were either backed up or the service dept was hit with COVID. Now I tried to have it looked at and I’m told none of the things are covered and it was as is even with the warranty. I would never purchase here again so please beware they do not stand behind the vehicles they sale.
