This store is nice and normal; they keep everything clean and have a pretty good stock of interesting pieces. There is a specific market that this places caters to, which mainly includes the younger, hipper crowd. I fall into that category and usually love a lot of the pieces they sell and the atmosphere. Unfortunately, Urban Outfitters indulges in fast fashion and has been known to steal or copy ideas from smaller companies that I just cant stand for. So unfortunately for this store, I have to rate them lower overall.

Ugh! I felt like a hamster on a wheel working to resolve a package delivery issue with Urban Outfitters. I ordered a shirt while at the store because they did not have my size. When the package did not arrive - I telephoned their service department - who sent me to the store - who sent me back to the service department - who told me to contact the Postal Service. WHAT?! Instead, I contacted the one company I knew that provided exceptional service, MY AMERICAN EXPRESS (note the happy use of “I” and recognition that this company deserves all caps!) - whose card I had used to buy the shirt. Needless to say, American Express put an end to the madness, stopped the wheel, gave me my money back and said - “We’ll take care of it.” And they did. I suggest Urban Outfitters host a training session for their service employees.

I bought a pair of shoes off of urban outfitters website about three months ago. thinking that it was going to be a good idea because I love the style of the shoes and they were affordable. Little did I know that they were urban outfitter exclusive shoes that means only urban outfitters makes the shoes. When I ordered them it said it would take up to two weeks to get my shoes I’ve waited three months to get my shoes and they’re still not here it says they are on back order after I purchased them and went to the confirmation email that they sent me. I have chatted with urban outfitter officials and even called them I talked to two representatives on the phone and neither of them helped me out. I asked if there was some type of store credit or discount I could get for my next purchase and they gave me a 15% off coupon to their online store even though most of their stuff on their store is $50 plus and that’s being generous. I’ve waited all this time and all I get is 15% off if you put your email in when you first go on the website it will give you 15% off. I will never be buying or purchasing anything from their online store ever again.

I ordered a duvet cover that arrived with a bunch of holes in it. Then customer service told me I would receive a replacement in a month or so. I hadnt heard anything so I reached out and they refunded my money but didnt notify me that they wouldnt be sending a replacement. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the customer service employees were incredibly kind and as helpful as they could be, but I am super disappointed in the lack of communication on a $100+ purchase.

Good customer serves not to crowded and grate atmosphere. I went to this store with nothing in mind but found what I wanted. I found vinal records and they werent out of stile or outdated.

This Urban Outfitters is always neatly kept. To be fair, I only come in for the sales. I really enjoy their sale selection in the back. They usually have a wide selection.

No one greeted me or even spoke to me. One employee almost walked right into and she was looking right at me I had to stop and walk around her and she STILL didn’t say anything. Then when I went to the fitting room they made me leave my bag outside even though i was only trying on two items, which is fine but the girl said she was going to stand by my stuff - and she didn’t because I came out to look in the big mirror and she was gone and my bags were unattended. The guy doing my exchange was being trained by what I can only assume was a manager and he was okay I guess but the manager was as horrible and she didn’t even acknowledge me until I asked her a question about my gift card and she answered me with an attitude. Done shopping at this store I’ll stick to online.

A great outdoor gear store with loads of brands and styles to choose from. Super friendly employees. Whether your looking for a new pair of wool socks for your next hike or a kayak to tackle the whitewater, this is the place to find it all! I went there with the intention of finding a Purple Rain T shirt per the UO website. No Purple Rain, but I lucked up on this gem of a Nas tee. Pretty nice graphic tees in there. The workers, especially my cashier, was very kind! Great experience, even without the PR T-Shirt.

I love the different merchandise that they offer because it is not like anything in the area. However, most of the merchandise is over priced in the store. Also there is absolutely terrible customer service. The people who work there are not friendly what so ever and tend to look down on you if you dont have a certain look. The sales associates are often hard to find if you have a question and usually have a bad attitude. If there is a problem with something they mysteriously disappear. Overall I would say if youre going to buy something from this company, buy it online. They have so much more offered online. DO NOT GO INTO THE STORE. It will seriously make you leave the store bitter from coming into contact with the people who work there.

The store has amazing clothes you wont find in other stores and has different styles for everyone. Great store just wish I could afford the prices as they are a bit pricey.

I did not like the fact that when I asked a question about something and the female with the mole on her face gave me attitude the whole time I really wanted to buy something and decided to put it down because she has poor customer service. She really upset a nice person that’s not good for business.

I remember when urban outfitters used to be cool and edgy...it seems to be mostly a teenage girls clothing store now...almost no housewares...

Over priced for the quality of products

Outstanding service! I always use the online option to find items in store, but sometimes a little difficult to find. There was a employee, Donte, who was very friendly and patiently helped me find all the items on my list. As I waited at the register I saw Lexi who has helped me before and she absolutely knows my style. She helped me find another item that I am in love with! Just wanted these two to get credit with making my shopping experience easy and enjoyable! Great assets to UO!

Definitely for the hipsters and millennials. Lots of cool vintage and retro gifts and gadgets.

Decent selection of clothing, kind of a small store, but the selection of clothes for guys could be expanded.

It was clean and orderly, but laughably overpriced and the clothes styling looked like what people wore in back to the future. Like what the 80s thought people in 2020 would wear.

What began as a great experience quickly became a horrible one. I found some great clothes but left with nothing, simply because I felt insulted by management. Due to poor customer service a revisit is very unlikely.

Ive bought several things from the site before, so far so good until recently. I recently bought 3 items which were yet to be shipped after 2 days so, I emailed them 3 times and no one responded back to me. On the third day I just decided to call them and they finally manually processed my shipping. It should never take a customer 3 times to email, then call you because you havent replied to any of my emails!!. Ridiculous! Now by the time my items arrive it will have been a week since I purchased the items. I will never buy from urban outfitters again. Horrible customer service.

I just had the worst shopping experience at this establishment after dealing with this employee named Ellen, who is SO rude and unprofessional. And also, the customer service is just absolutely terrible.

Way to pricey, the music is always turned up too loud, amd it is too hot in there. Otherwise cute little store and no one bothers you.

Customer service here is just weird. Aside from one girl Ive come across once, theyre all rude and just stand around looking like you just barged into their house uninvited. ESPECIALLY management. Seems like the only qualification you need to work here is bad/no social skills.
