So friendly and inviting and super helpful, and she quickly let me know that anything she didnt have she would order it specially for me. As a black woman myself I felt like she catered to me specifically and made me feel confident that the products I purchased are perfect for me and my hair. She made me feel welcome and appreciated as a consumer spending my money. No more Asian Beauty Supply stores for me this is my new beauty supply store! Please check her out guys!!!! Shes the real deal!!!!!

This was my first time stopping by this establishment after hearing about it. Upon arrival,I was immediately greeted by the owner! This is a big thing for me because in other big box stores your dont get that! She was also very knowledgeable and helpful.The atmosphere was very hospitable and I didnt feel that I was rushed to make my purchase. What I will say to first time shoppers: 1) THIS IS A NEW SMALL BUSINESS. I read a review that seemed to bash this business, failing to realize this! Come in with an open mind. No this isnt the beauty world, and we should shop here because of that! 2) IF YOU KNOW OF PRODUCTS THAT YOU DONT SEE THERE, LET THE OWNER KNOW! We all know, that products seem to come out everyday so its hard to keep up with the trends! 3) Support this women like you all do other businesses. People complain about the mistreatment of OUR PEOPLE FROM OTHERS , but want stop the vicious cycle to try new places like this one. 4) The prices here are also a bit cheaper! I would highly recommend this store, because we need more people who arent afraid to go for it. If you dont like what you see going on in the other stores, YOU make the switch to HER CROWN!!!! Kudos to the owner, keep it up!

Ive been meaning to stop by and support this B.O.B especially since its owned by a woman. I could tell that I may not get all I wanted because it was small but I went in anyway. She was very polite and apologetic for not having all the products I was looking for and explained that she was getting more products soon. The items I did find were at a reasonable price. Ill definitely be coming back!

I love this store! They had everything I needed. Even though they don’t deliver me and my husband we’re going out for valentine. The owner made an exception and delivered for me . Thanks Capri very friendly, clean environment so many choices to choose from. Customer was great I will take all my business to this convenient store. I am so glad our black women are doing there thing!!!

I saw something on Facebook then a friend reached out to all of her friends to make sure we drop by to help support your business. It took me a minute to get there, but I was determined. I was glad I did. The service was great and what was recommended for my hair, I cant rave enough about the products. I love them and my hair loves them better. Great customer service, has everything you need! Black owned hair store in Durham, NC. The human hair line -Her Crown Collection is great quality and worth EVERY penny. Store is also conveniently right down the street from NCCU campus.

Great customer service with a nice little set up not too overwhelming with products and her prices were very reasonable! Definitely will be shopping there again.

Nice appearance but not a lot to choose from meaning there are hardly and items in the store to purchase,idk maybe it was time for restock..I’m all for supporting black business if they know how to do business. The owner could use some Better customer service skills as well. I would stick to Sally’s etc though for a wider range and quality of products.oh and in this area I would becareful. Blessings
