I could not be more pleased with the service I receive every time I visit Hendrick’s Subaru in Durham! The entire staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. I was greeted by Cory and he was very nice, made me feel like family. The entire dealership is clean and comfortable. My service was done fast, and my car was washed and vacuumed before being returned to me.Also at each visit I am greeted by Taylor, who sold me my Subaru, and he always asks me if he can be of any help in any way!Hendrick Subaru is a top notch dealership with the best staff members, and mechanics I have ever dealt with over my many years of being a car owner. Hendricks Subaru was great - amazing service - above and beyond! Not only took care of what I needed but looked at other things that are covered under warranty. Jessica kept me updated on my car and made me feel like my questions were okay, even though I don’t know anything about cars!The whole experience was pleasant - none of it felt like a hassle. Cory in the service department was very professional and knowledgeable. He even looked over my car’s service history and spotted the fact that they mistakenly charged me for an oil change a few months prior, even though it was covered by my service plan. Good eye Cory! I would have given this review five stars if it wasn’t for the previous mistaken charge, but that wasn’t Cory’s fault as it was another attendant who mistakenly charged me. Cory himself I would give five stars!

Repairs done in a reasonable amount of time. They had the needed parts in stock! Snacks, water, coffee available. And a kids play area. Fast WIFI. Service people kept me updated. Quick check in & out. Will come again if I need service here.

I made an appointment to have my state inspection conducted and was very pleased with the service and attention that Cory gave to me. I was seen on time, I told him I was in a bit of a hurry, and he said he would keep me informed of the progress. I waited in the lobby for a short time, and Cory came to check with me to see if I had time for their complimentary car wash. Even with the free wash, I was out of there in under 30 minutes, with all my state paperwork in hand and a smile on my face.

Ive been bringing my car here since I bought my Subaru 3 years ago. Ive always had a great experience with their service department. Everyone is professional, friendly and not pushy when it comes to the recommended maintenance for my car.

The scheduled appointment was fast and easy. Shuttle back to my house and back at pick up time. It may have taken a little longer than ordering stated but the work was great, that is why I use Performance Subaru

I always have a good experience here. The attendant I deal with is very professional and the work always turns out perfect. My car is always freshly washed when I get it back as well.

I had to bring car in for a service bulletin (air bag) and then 2 other minor things on separate trips. Service Advisor Ralph was so kind and considerate. He remembered me and the background story of my car which is being shipped out to USVI. I really appreciated the personal service Ralph provided.

I was in for 24k routine service...oil change and rotate service. Cory was my service advisor, an energetic and super friendly person in a very crowded and busy service department...he somehow threaded us thru all the steps smoothly and quickly. We were done in about an hour, and even found coffee (Cory helped with that too) and snacks and bottles of water. Cory explained the car inspection very clearly and knowledgeably. He was a young and courteous multitasker. Really good experience at Hendricks Subaru. Thanks you.

This place was so awful I now drive to Cary for service. NO communication to customers about what is going on with car, I had to call to check in multiple times with the run around. No loaners were available and I took off of work to have my car serviced and it was no where near fixed at the end of the day. Would NOT recommend and will not be returning. Cary has much nicer and more helpful staff .

The Performance Subaru Parts Department at South Point has been wonderful to work with. Their prices are on-par with popular online retailers. Thus far ,I have purchased, oil+filters, transmission fluid, replacement keys, replacement drain plugs and alll other various knick-knacks for simple repair. All prices have been more than fair and the knowledge of parts has been overall really good.Also, when I needed a part on a Friday right before close, they suggested a methodology to order online with the part number and dropped the part off, paid at the front desk. This allowed me to do the work I needed before an event that night!If you include the new service department that has helped me with VERY REASONABLE prices for a transmission flush (bolt was seized/mangeled), wheel stud replacement (softer metal nowadays), and a re-replacement of a *very squeaky* clutch pedal (known design failure). I have no complaints. The car always comes back super clean (without swirls) in a very nice interior experience that feels special.I have always disliked the dealership experience. However, the updated and new-attitude Performance at South Point has changed my mind.They might even convince me to buy a car there one-day instead of traveling around the country to get a more reasonable price!Thank you, Performance Subaru at South Point! I cant wait for my next quality service or parts appointment.
