My second time using this location. Ed is very knowledgeable and quick. I had a issue with violating with hand sanitizer when the unit was first installed . I have a 0 tolerance setting. The violation was my fault. Ed tried to help me in everyway he could. Never had an issue with theyre devices. Great customer service.

If you have to deal with having to come to a place like this, its a good one to deal with. Just a money racket for the state to get more dollars, but the guy that runs it is nice and professional.

My problem is not with the service thats find. They did the training is fine. They explained stuff correctly. They answer questions. My problem is with the product. I dont understand why each month it gets sets off by something small a piece of banana, monthwash with no alcohol in it. Blowing into the device 2 mins down the road. The car already on. WHY, do have to blow into agian??? And they are so random. If they can fix these problems with the system then the product will be better.

Improperly installed. Incompetent Technicians should not even work at McDonalds. Problem after problem myself and fiance have missed countless hours of work and several time had to meet and repair the unit myself while my child and fiance were stuck in the middle of nowhere. Un safely installed as well. Countless Violations for no reason.

If you make the mistake of driving drunk and getting indicted for DUI, theres no better place to get an interlock device from. Not only is it less expensive than alternatives, the people who install the device are professional, understanding and courteous. The device itself isnt that cumbersome, either.

Faulty equipment. Unable to drive my vehicle for a week and some. Then had to come right back to have it recalibrated they also didn’t even secure the alarm to vehicle. Smh. I think they had been drinking when they did the job lol.

Excellent service and very professional. i optd for a voluntary install to be safe on weekend evenings and everything was flawless for about two months. i received a software update and that caused some finicky behavior (wouldnt register use causing a seemingly infinite loop of retesting every 30seconds). the staff were very knowledgable and friendly - i had the device removed until the Smart Start software engineers fix their patching issues, at which time i will have the device reinstalled.

Give the service team a chance to fix your problem before coming to a firm conclusion. Bad things happen in any service-based industry, and theyre doing their absolute best. These are all good people that Ive experienced, who may have to give bad news thats out of their control.

I spoke with Representatives in reference to a VioLoc 4 day code. This happened just as NC was in the mi of snow storm. I expressed my concerns about being able to avoid a lockout due to the travel issues . My concerns were understood and taken seriously by SmartStart Personal. Without hesitation or delay my account was noted that I received a free 48 hrs extention. THANKS SMARTSTART FOR YOUR CONCERNS AND TAKING CARE OF THE ISSUE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY WITHOUT QUESTIONS

Horrible customer service. Proceeds to tell you anything wrong with vehicle other than the actual device that is problem. Cant keep their lies straight. Caught technician in several lies and he did nothing but back pedal with more lies.Still did not correct the problem and neither this office or corporate care if you are stranded broke down or out of town . Sorry excuse for a business
