Cant believe the rude salesman hung up on me! I just called in looking for a certain size water filter for the ranch I work for. He asked for the exact manufacturer info and when I said it was a standard size replacement cartridge that I can easily find online he said that is what I should do and hung up on me! Unreal that this guy has a job!I also just got off the phone with 2 other suppliers in town, Winsupply and Dahl and they had no problem looking it up and finding some in stock!

The people over the phone have no clue about anything and its just better to order your stuff online just a wast of time

This is the laziest store ive ever shopped at - all the guys are disrespectful as well as treat you like dirt - as if you owe them for deciding to shop there not a fan =- i would happily recomend you take your business elsewhere and let this group of frat boys sit on their butts behind thier desks .
