Horrible customer service - out right rude. I will never go to this location again, and will make sure I tell everyone I know to never patronize this business. I was stunned by the way I was treated.

Great service and friendly employees

If no stars was possible, that is what they would get. We have built/remodeled several homes and used Dahl in Denver and Scottsdale - both are outstanding dealers. The Durango store is absolutely terrible. The personal have a who cares attitude, do not know their product line, do not place orders timely, do not track orders, cannot advise when merchandise will arrive and do no investigation when items do not arrive. Do business with another Dahl store and pay for overnight shipping to Durango - you will be much happier.

I had a really good experience here. I had a problem with a urinal in my store that started leaking. I did my research for parts before going into the store. When I got there glyde? (Like clyde but with a G) helped me right away. He didnt carry what I needed, but he was able to find the parts, and ultimately help me find a suitable replacement part. He really went above and beyond to help me with my project. Ferguson (another plumbing supply house) gave me the brushoff. Dahl is my go to place for my plumbing needs now. Good work guys.

Sold me the wrong valve and refused to return the unused product the same day even with a receipt The staff is very rude and told me to get the hell out of the store. They lack any kind of customer service. Our company will never go here for parts again. And will make sure none of our clients or business associates go here either.
