I love this location. Both staff members are always pleasant and really helpful. Definitely the best location in the area.

Great customer service - the nicest lady at the desk.

The lady who took care me was very rude and she needs to be educated because she doesnt know that Puerto Rico is part of US and was trying to charge me $ 793.00 to send a 14 pound box because she said it is an international flight, your employee needs to be educated. I then went to UPS and they charged me $230.00!!

Total MAYHEM on Pickup! All packages I had shipped to this Dunedin FedEx Center were REFUSED by them. Also the customer service reps were not able to correct anything. 1 delivery of 5 boxes was returned to sender. I am still trying to receive 2 other packages.

My son is 20 yrs and 9 months old and FEDEX would not let him p/u a package we sent to the office because he is not 21 years old. Hes over 18 years old and more responsible than most adults. He just moved to Florida and needed our storage key to get his stuff and he was starting University this month. Now we are out $55 and my son still cannot pick up the package to get the storage key. Will NEVER, EVER use Fedex ever again.

Staff knows how to deal with live animal (reptile) shipments and always takes care of them to ensure they arrive safely.

I do not use FedEx that much anymore, but the service has not changed. Easy in and out, great service.

Absolutely wonderful experience with the lovely woman working Wednesday evening! I had ~20 packages that were all mislabeled and she helped me relabel them in enough time to get them into tonights shipment.I cannot recommend this location enough - you can tell their people care about delivering quality customer service!!!

The gentleman at the counter (should have asked for his name) spent 30 + minutes helping me pack a dozen family valuables into a box, even staying a couple minutes after closing (which I didnt realize at the time), hand rolling each one into thick bubble wrap, positioning them all thoughtfully, etc. He was perfectly friendly and professional the entire time as well. Exactly as customer service should be!

Absolutely delightful, I wish I could remember her name but she was so friendly and helped me with a return that Walgreens nor office depot wanted to help with even though they both were fully capable, I will only use the location in Dunedin from today on!

Not sure if this is where my package is, but I ordered an item online on the 23rd of this month with two day shipping. The company that I bout this item from shipped my item the next day as stating in the delivery description. My order was never delivered on time as promised. Later that evening I received a message stating it was early and it had reached the facility where it would be delivered the next day. I called in and asked if my item was going to be delivered as promised in the message. To my disappointment the person on the phone told me that I have to wait until the beginning of the next work week. My advice is if you dont intend to or cant deliver an item than do not say you are when you cannot make it happen. Never again will I purchase an item that says the use FedEx.

Honestly don’t even know if this is the fedex for my address in Dunedin by the bowling lanes but whoever delivers the packages keeps delivering my hello fresh (a box filled with fresh food) and placing it in the direct sunlight on the sidewalk (which sits there while I’m at work) when I have a shaded long porch that the package can be easily placed. Absolute pure laziness just two more feet to be in the shade by my front door and off the sidewalk. Like seriously who can I contact to get this situated because I’ve looked all over the fedex website.

Seems to have some things set up for COVID business. They only allow 2 people in at a time. However, they could put marks on the sidewalk to space people outside. They could put racks of their shipping envelopes and boxes on the outside when the weather is nice so people are more prepared to finish their business when they get inside.

Very easy to find and staff was very friendly! Only con is parking is tight with some large pot holes.

Theres nothing worse than customer service thats trained to never admit when they did wrong it is insulting of my intelligence and they dont care that they cant even follow their own companys delivery policies not once but the second time the next day I still had to go to FedEx and pick up a package that didnt require a signature

I ordered an Apple Watch series 4 from Verizon. It was supposed ship to my house on 9/21. Sadly it was delayed to 9/22. Wasnt a big deal. We called you guys and they said that Verizon had a problem. Apparently its been sitting inside of your place since the morning of 9/22. We had a slip on our door but he never rang our doorbell or knocked. This wouldnt have been a big problem if you guys didnt have such bad hours. Im sorry but 10AM-12PM on a Saturday when your other stores are open until 8? Sorry thats a little ridiculous if you ask me. So this wasnt a problem with Verizon it was problem with your delivery man not even bothering to knock or ring the doorbell but instead just simply leave a slip that we couldnt even redeem until Monday. Would change stores if I could. They basically said sorry about your luck and went along with their day. INCREASE THE HOURS. Everyone complains its time to make a change.

Compared to USPS, their shipping/delivery protocols are ridiculous. Ordered a package for two day shipping early on a Friday. Tracking showed package arrived at the shipping center, which is ten minutes away from my house, first thing Saturday morning. However, no delivery on Saturday. Ok. Monday comes, still not scheduled for delivery. Called and was told that they wouldnt deliver, allow pick up, or even have my package separated from the rest of the freight container until Tuesday, simply because...thats the day it is scheduled for. IF THIS WAS SENT THROUGH USPS, I GUARANTEE I WOULD HAVE HAD MY PACKAGE NO LATER THAN THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER IT ARRIVED AT THE LOCAL FACILITY. SAME DAY IF IT ARRIVED IN THE MORNING. BUSINESSES...PLEASE, STOP USING FEDEX TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGE!!!

I had to ship something back which I refused. They were very helpful with the return. She made a copy for me so I had proof I gave it to them. She told me how long it will take to ship it back to them. The lobby was clean.

I paid specifically to have a package arrive between 1700-2000. Called at 2005 and they stated the package was back at this facility and they have no reason why the driver brought it back. I was then told by customer service the only way to get it today was to go pick it up but guess what, they were closed so no possible way to do that. I honestly never make reviews like this but it is just unexceptable. Poor service FedEx.

Tried to ship something today and for some reason the lady decided my box was not good enough and liquid was gonna leak out. Theres no liquid in my package. Its a solid piece of metal wrapped in bubble wrap, stuffed in 1 box with additional packing cushion, which is then inside another box.

Shipped several packages. One was damaged on delivery home. Dont know where on its trip but I did wind up filing a claim on one because of the damage. They were good at getting my money to me. They tried to charge me twice for the packages as well and finally got it taken care of.

I looked up the rates. prepared my package, paid for shipment, printed my label, dropped off and was then charges an additional $15.00. I checked pricing again...it said the same..exact dimensions, weight, etc...verydeceptive practices...think twice ...use the Post Office.
