This is by far the most pleasant and helpful UPS store in this area. I have been to a couple of stores in this area but this store is by far the most competent and helpful. They always have a solution for my shipping concerns and know exactly what they are doing to provide the best shipping and pricing. They are also all so friendly and nice! Despite this store being farther than the other store right by my house, I will always make the drive. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Tony, Dane and Timothy are wonderful and professional gentleman that will help you with all your shipping needs. They even have a great selection of seasonal greeting cards in case you need to purchase one!

Ive always had a positive experience at this location, today Monique went above and beyond to help me.!.!. I was honestly having a rough day, but her genuine kindness helped turn my day around. I brought in a package, for which I needed to print a packing slip, and label. She helped me with that, then when I pulled out the tape I brought to seal it up Monique offered to take care of it for me. The young black haired gentleman at the front desk was very rude and condescending. Has been my UPS store but will be changing locations due to his lack of customer service and friendliness.

I have gone several times and they are always consistent with their customers. The staff is always personable and willingly to help regardless and in todays world is refreshing to see . i suggest this location for any of your needs , youll be glad you did .

I went into the store to print some documents with my wife. I wasnt wearing a mask she was. I forgot mine. When I walked in the door an employee wasnt wearing a mask and either was the guy right in back. I go there regularly. The young millennial employee behind the counter asked me to put a mask on. I said I didnt have one. He asked me to leave. I asked him to speak to the owner. Now Ive gone in there many times and hes taken care of me without a mask on. Never has said a word. Now because his young millennial employee gets upset, I get kicked out of the store. I run a local business here and will make sure I never go back and will tell others. Sad day when local business owners kick people out of there store for not wearing a mask. Say what you want but you lost my business and this post will reach many others who now wont go in your store.

I have had a mail box at this location for more than 4 years. The staff is great and there is not a lot of employee turnover. Because of that, the staff has become familiar with us and they always recognize my family and I. The staff makes sure to greet us and offer assistance every time we enter. I have recently moved out of the area, but have not opted to move my box to the UPS store that is just a couple blocks away from my new home because I love the customer service I receive at my current UPS location.

As a business owner, I appreciate this particular UPS Store. Everyone who works there really goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Ive been a UPS Store patron since Ive lived in Los Angeles. The guys here in Dunedin are a pleasure to work with and I have every confidence in them handling my business and personal packages.

I have no printer and the employees at The UPS Store on Keene and Main are always very glad to print a label from my phone. It is very much appreciated. There are smiles and pleasantries. Its efficient and friendly. What more could one ask!

The store was easy to locate via Google maps. Access to the store and parking was convenient and plentiful from Main Street (I arrived after 6 pm). The store was clean, organized, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The store associate was also very accommodating.

Always friendly, always helpful. Dane has unsurpassed hiring skills as his people are always top notch. Even the UPS driver that picks up there is nice and helpful, I think his name is Tim.

I drive over 8 miles to do business with this UPS Store. I have been doing business with this store for over 6 years, and I plan to continue doing all my shipping with them. I have never had a bad experience with any of the folks who work there. I would recommend this store to anyone, that needs their services, be it shipping, store products, or mailing.

I always use this store for printing color copies. They are on the ball and all I have to do is email them and pick up in store! They also use good quality of paper on the copies which makes my work look even more professional.

Have been a customer of this store for approximately 14 years. I have never been disappointed in their service, professionalism, or knowledge, they go the extra 5 miles to make sure their customers are happy. As a small business owner, I am in this store at least weekly, and refer my customers to them for shipping and packing needs. The owner has even taken time to deliver a package or printing order to me. I am not familiar with other UPS stores, but I cannot imagine one operated any better than this particular location.

Dunedin UPS store is always friendly, very helpful either checking if one has mail (we rent mailbox) or coming up with least expensive way to ship or print items per size wanted (weve had to print architectural plans).

I packed up my moms condo when she moved back to Chicago. She flew with a suitcase and I boxed up the rest of her items. I left 22 boxes in the condo and called the UPS Store and gave them all the necessary info. They met a neighbor with the key at a pre-agreed time and loaded up all the boxes and shipped them to her new place for me. Super smooth experience, very easy to work with!

Some stores are better than others service wise. This one has always impressed, and have been nice enough to not nickel and dime me when Im shipping packages.

Great place to do all your mailing, buy supplies and also receive your mail in one of their private mail boxes. Staff are very knowledgeable and most are Notaries so you can get all your documents notarized.

I have never had a bad experience here. The employees are friendly and very helpful. They carry a nice variety of shipping and mailing products, which is an added convenience.

A very reliable and efficient mail service.

They stole a package I had dropped off add a return to amazon. They have no surveillance cameras to prove I even dropped it off and I was told that I was the second person complaining of a stolen package. Do not trust them, and go to a different drop off location.Had to file a complaint against this location.

It’s Christmas time and they close at 2:30 pm on a Saturday?? Their hours are too limited at this location for shipping packages for those of us that work Mon - Fri.
