The gentlemen at this shop are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, personable and they have a great sense of humor. They keep me apprised of my cars condition and they never push me towards repairs. I always have the facts and the situation is explained. Informed decision making, along with a team that cares about my safety has made me a customer for life.

These guys are wonderful! This was my first time using them.. Tom and Richard were so professional, communicative and reasonably priced… and friendly! I feel great about having found my new spot for maintenance on my car! They even took me to work , and checked a friends tires for her… excellent customer service!

Like driving a brand new car! Ive taken my car to Dick Carrolls twice now and the experience was precisely the same--knowledgeable, thorough, non-aggressive and expedient! My car went in this time for a bunch of maintenance items that were due. They not only met their estimate, they actually came in LESS than they originally estimated. Their mechanics are awesome and their customer service cant be beat. They treated me with respect and related to me as a customer. Not always easy for a woman to find in a auto repair shop. When I got the car back, it drove like a dream. Far better than it ever has since I bought it used two years ago. I highly recommend Dick Carroll!

Rich & the team at Dick Carrolls have always been phenomenal in customer service and repair work on both of my family vehicles. Very knowledgeable and fair! I had a repair recently done where every other place wanted to replace the whole part for $300+ and Rich was able to repair the damaged part completely for under $100. I wouldnt expect that to happen every time, but at least I know I am going to be treated fairly and not taken advantage of. Thank you for being such a great blessing to the Dunedin Community!

This is a fantastic auto repair facility. I was new to Dunedin and did not know where to turn. So I called this facility. I later asked my neighbors who they use to no surprise, nearly all I asked said this repair facility. The mechanics are professional and excellent at diagnosing the problem and repairing it promptly. I have taken my vehicles there for several repairs including an air conditioning unit problem. They are honest and great at explaining the various options. I recommend them highly.

Terrible. Had my brakes repaired here and they replaced the caliper as well. They installed a leaky caliper so when you pressed the brakes youd feel how spongey they felt. You could literally hear the piston engaging and unengaging. My wheel was soaked.How does that pass QC?

We are new to Dunedin and had a problem with our 2000 Ford Focus. The mechanics promptly found the problem, kept us informed about what repairs were needed, and were very reasonable in their rates. They were friendly and very courteous. Well definitely be back!

My parents used Dick Carroll for their cars, and I have done the same with ours whenever possible. We live in Ontario, Canada but can get reliable, trustworthy service and save with lower US prices when we take a few weeks Florida vacation and bring a vehicle in need of attention to Dick Carroll. This year they were careful to correctly diagnose the expensive sounding rattles in our Elantra and fix them for much less than expected. Two years ago they repaired our Venture van from Canada. Their excellent quality of service, fair prices and honest work have kept our business as a family for many years.

They are very friendly and helpful. Several times they have fixed minor issues at no charge, and the prices theyve quoted are very reasonable. Nice waiting area too!

Im 55 and I have owned a lot of cars. This means i have had many garages and mechanics over the years, I have no hesitation saying this shop is Top Notch from customer service to quality of work. They will show you what they did if you need this and educate you in the process. They made a life long customer out of me.

The owner reminds me of one of those great personable mechanics from TV. And he has one of the cleanest shops Ive ever peered into. Took my car to another shop in Dunedin for a brake problem. They told me I needed 900-1000 dollars in repairs! Took it to Dick Carroll and they told me what exactly it was that I needed to get my car back to work. Only 250 dollars! Big difference! They are honest and wont mark you for services you dont need, my mechanic there told it to me straight and gave me the option to choose what it was I wanted done.

My 2008 would not start and it stalled right in front of a auto repair shop. I had the guys look at it and they rand a bunch of tests and showed me some print out of those tests (none of which I understood at all). they gave me an estimate of $500 - $1000 to repair. They even told me they would set up finance terms for me. I still wanted to get a second opinion....Thats where Richard from Dick Caroll automotive came in. They fixed my Jeep within two hours..My bill was for about $100!!!Whata great feeling it is to have a auto mechanic that you can trust. Dick Caroll Automotive will always get my business and I reccomend them whenever possible!!!
