Very clean and employee were helpfulStore was very much stocked.

The staff was great especially under the circumstances that they had to work under. There was obvious water damage from the ice storm.

There is expired products on the selves. Purchased a bottle of ranch and it expired Jan. 25 2021 and it’s is March 30, 2021. Disgusting

I walked in to purchase a item and the lady in the front on the cashier with purple hair cursed me out. I felt threatened and I’ll never go again! I also have it on video for proof. Stay away from this store or you might get threaten as well.

Store was neat and clean and the workers were friendly and availabe.

11/26/2018 13:20My auntie ask to see if these aluminum tray came with 2 for $1.00 or is it 1 for $1.00. Since they were tape together on one end my auntie wanted to make sure she was just asking , but the cashier gave a rude remark and the cashier said what do you think use your common sense that’s what she said. All she could of said is “yes or no”.The cashier is unprofessional , cashier have attitude, no respect to customers , very rude and disrespectful.Then cashier told us to leave the store and not to come back....I ask for the cashier name the she won’t say. So I went to the manager and the manager did not do her part..The manager did not want to help us.. I have contacted the corporate and talk about the situation ...WE WILL NEVER COME TO ANY FAMILY DOLLAR STORE FOR ANY LITTLE THINGS!!!!!!!! I WILL LET ALL WHO I KNOW NOT TO COME TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!!

Worst workers ever.... Wish they had the old crew back.... Went in to buy some toilet paper today around 8 50ish.... Paid for it and ask if I could get change for a 20.... Workers where ride and said that I needed to purchase something else.... Funny part is that the register was still open when I asked... I would give it a 0 star but thats not an option

I went in to make a return. The product had written on the bottle 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and that you can return the unused product. I had also looked up the return policy on the website. The cashier, Takela, said you used it. I said yes, I used some, it didnt work and I am returning the unused portion per the label. She dismissed me and proceeded to ring up the next customer although I had additional items I wanted to purchase. I said maam I am still here and these are my items. She kept ringing up the next person and ignoring me. I asked who was the manager. She said she was. I asked for her name because she was not wearing a name tag. She said Takela. I told her I was going to file a complaint and she said call corporate but would not provide a number. I went to another family dollar and returned the product with no problem. I will never shop here again. She was so unprofessional and disrespectful.

I stopped at this Family Dollar yesterday after i gathered my items and made my way to the cashier she was conversating with a fellow co-worker that wasnt on shift. The cashier never stopped the conversation to acknowledge me and after ringing up my items I wasnt allowed to pay with my card because she forgot to press a button next she reached out to bag my items IN A GARBAGE BAG and I ended up leaving the store.

Great service 10/10 would eat again 😂

There is a woman there i believe she is the manager always on her phone rude to the customers me especially it bordlines harrassment my mother is a witness to the event that occured today. All would be well with that storre if i didnt have to see her everytime. this location is closest to where i live down the street but if i see her again im walking out and taking my business to the other ones in the area. I will get her name tommorow and will seeking out who i need to talk to to right an official complaint with ALL of the offensive gestures she bestowed upon me and other family dollar shoppers

This store is horribleNO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICEI went there Saturday,February 20 at 9:40 the (store dont close till 10)It had a sign on the door saying if u dont see no one in the front of the store knock on the door so i was out there since 9:40 thru 10 knocking on the door he finally saw me at 10 and REFUSED MAY SERVICE all he said was no store close i did try to tell him i been there since 940 and he just said no..... i was sick all i was trying to do is get medicine and i am a manager and i know that not how u treat customers cause the customer always rightTHIS STORE IS BAD AND HAVE NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE🙅
