The most incredible experience Ive ever had in getting my car repaired. The owner Jin was so kind - constantly keeping me updated on the progress of my repairs via calls and text. He went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and understood the entire process. Not once did I feel left out in the dark about the status of my car. I dont take the time to review much, but this business had the best service. I brought my lexus after an accident and they were respectful, professional, understanding, and accomodating with high quality work. I loved their service and it exceeds all expectations. In spite of our emergency situation, they still managed to offer car rentals, insurance calls, smooth transfers, and much more. They offered to follow up and call the insurance provider for our car problems resulting to change our complicated problem into a simple drop and pick-up. I highly recommend then. This place should change there name to Madison ave Hack works. I had my 2010 black dodge Dakota repaired here after waiting for 6 months & what a nightmare. I ended up bringing the truck back 5 times to have them “repair” Allegedly newly installed parts. This place is a joke & I definitely do not recommend you bring your car here.

Came here for a simple spoiler swap (doublesided tape) and they broke my original one. Did not receive any discount or an apologize. He said have a nice day is my apology. His name is Mike he was super defensive and rude. Def would not recommend anyone going here.

After so many days of driving my car with rearbumper dented. One of the guy there his name is Mike took matters on hands and help me get my car fixed. And the job wap excellent. I recommend to all customers to trust in their devotion to meet their expectation. Great place.

It was a terrific experience working with both Jin and Mike. They are true professionals and the quality of their body work is superb. I only had to leave my car with them for 1 night before they repaired my bumper and replaced the rear spoiler. They even cleaned my car thoroughly before I took it back. I would strongly recommend them if you need any body work done on your car.

My 20 year old vehicle looked like it came off the showroom floor.

Quite awhile back I got rear ended and went to this body shop to have the other persons insurance repair my mustang that I just got to restore so it wasnt pretty looking and the first person I encountered said, you want to fix this!? Extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did they just replace the bumper cover but they didnt replace color trim to match the rear of the car or the bent damage underneath that I neglected to check and only noticed quite awhile after the incident. I will never go back here or refer them to anybody.

They have friendly, professional service, and the car looks like new. I hope I never need body work again, but they also do oil changes and brake maintenance, so I will be back.
