I’ve been going here for almost 10 years and I’m not sure why but everyone at the pharmacy is incredibly rude. They have hired new people there. I think the young girls there working are medical students or something but they are rude. They don’t even talk polite on the phone. They also hang up the phone. Have no manners at all. They are like this in person as well. I think the main pharmacist that works there her name is Katherine. She is nice. But some other girl named Cindy is just awful. Usually Publix always hire nice employees but this past year they havnt. Everyone else but Katherine at the pharmacy is horrible. It seems like they hate their job or they are easily annoyed and irritated. Which they shouldn’t be since I’m calling about filling my prescription. Hopefully the manager sees this review and does something about this and hires better employees.

I normally have a great experience at Publix but today the cashier said nothing to me. Not one word. Not how you are doing? not will this be all? or anything. The bagging lady was not very friendly either and she snapped at the cashier for not helping her bag right in front of me. While no one was rude to me directly, I definitely did not have a positive experience while I was here today.

I love Publix tiramisu. OMG!! If you havent tried it do your taste buds a favor and go get some. They only get a 4 cause I bought 1 and a half bags worth of groceries and almost paid $100 I dont know where the savings are going. 😋 In their defense they are cleaner and fresher than most other grocery stores.

I like Publix because they are customer focused. Maybe not the lowest price but higher quality total experience.

My go-to grocery store. Store is clean and well stocked. The staff have been very helpful when I couldnt find what I was looking for. I usually go early in the morning so its not very busy.

Loved the salads, pasta, fruit and greens. Makes a great healthy lunch.

This is my favorite place to get freshly cooked wings from. Be sure to place your order an hour or two before you need them or call to place your order early in the morning. The smell from the wings is soooo delightful. I apologize some pics are blurry. The Caribbean jerk flavor was absolutely tasteful. I also got the garlic Parmesan and the golden spicy flavors and they were a hit!

Great service, but it doesn’t have all the items like the Publix 5 minutes away in Johns Creek.Just an example of those items are liberwurst light, Fanta or Sunkist zero and Manchego cheese in the Deli. Hopefully you can address this issues.

The store is very clean. Great customer service with checkout. And not crowded as other stores. I love to shop there except once in a while I encounter some bad customer service. Someone who just seems not happy with working there. I always seem to notice that with the people that work in the Deli. That is why I never shop at Kroger. I hope this does not continue to happen at Publix

Love this Publix! It seems a little smaller compared to other Publix’s in the area, but they still have a great selection of produce, meats, and other products. I think what makes this Publix stand out is their customer service. The employees are always so kind whenever I make a trip here. I always feel extremely welcomed and taken care of when shopping at this Publix.

Not sure what time the deli closes but probably best to get there before 7/8 or they will likely be out of almost everything. They were out of hoagie bread until I asked if a sandwich could be made from the bread that they package to sell. And lucky for me and a couple other people I asked because they were only offering mountain bread and something else I wasnt interested in eating. But honestly honestly, they cut the loaf in half and said it was a whole. Im Not saying it wasnt, but it didnt Look like it was a whole sandwich vs a half sandwich.

Publix is really a pleasure to shop! Im always greeted by staff and offered assistance with my shopping before I even ask. Produce, cakes, deli, and seafood are always fresh!!! I take notice that management are also walking around, working to assist customers with shopping and helping employees with their work. This is very important to me. Again, shopping here is always a pleasure!! S/O to Kimberli!!This past Friday I went into the store looking for Raspberry Lipton tea, which I could not find at Kroger or Walmart. I didnt see any on the shelves. Associate Matthew asked if he could help me with anything and I told him what i was looking for. He offered to go in the back to see if there were some. He came back with a pack of the tea. Kudos to Matthew for going above and beyond!

Had to fill my RX here cuz usual publix at McGinnis crossing was out of that medicine. Pharmacist was helpful despite looking like she had no help.Only reason one less star is theres no place to sit and wait, nor any tables or seating near deli if u want to eat there. Otherwise the usual friendly and helpful staff that Publix is known for.

This store really understands the concept of customer service. I came to the store one night to get a rotisserie chicken for my daughter. She is an extremely picky eater. She had been sick for sometime and had not been eating. The only thing she wanted to eat was Publix rotisserie chicken. Needless to say for the first time ever Publix was out of rotisserie chicken. I asked to speak to a manager like a madman and raved about my disappointment at the lack of chicken. The manager Darren was so polite and explained the rotisserie chicken machine has been down. Also, instead of shrugging his shoulders, he offered to go and get me one from A neighboring store. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality. I always say that I will spend extra money on good customer service. This is exactly what that means. This interaction was priceless.

I’ve come to this Publix for 15 years now.It has always been consistently clean and well stocked. There is an intentional effort from management to engage their entire team on the customer experience.I literally can’t get they a visit without an associate asking to help me. When my kid was growing up they all loved on him and we couldn’t get out of the store without a feee balloon from the nice man in produce.Great “local” store to have.

Worst experience ever purchasing subs. Sandra was rude. Made a suggestion and she snaps at me I know what I am doing. If that were the case my sandwich fillings wouldnt be falling out everywhere while you are wrapping it up. Deli mgr was going to charge us double for Cuban sandwiches because we wanted it made on Cuban bread. Seriously UM NO. We get Cuban sandwiches at Publix in every state they are in never had a problem with getting them on Cuban bread at regular price. I was so madwe talked to the store mgr Grant told him we werent buying the sandwiches we had made in the deli. We got them at no charge. Also told him we are going to another Publix to finish our shopping and get our Cuban sandwiches.

I will not order a sandwich from here again. I placed order for pick online which was all good. However after consuming the sandwich a few hours later, I got food poisoning. Would not stop going to the bathroom and carried over a couple days afterwards. Almost ruined my thanksgiving plans.

I can always talk to Customer Service and order special items, staff are helpful, can order stuff from deli with no problems, and can use Instacart to pick up my orders, been shopping here for years..
