Dodge location over charges on shipping. Sent one item out of the kerper location and it was $27, then 2 days later sent same same package out of dodge location and it was $47. I asked the employee about why the difference was and the response was “do u want to ship it or not” Go to the main hub at Kerper And save $$$

I use this store several times a week. The service at this location has most definitely improved over the last 6 months. Seems like there was a lot of turnover since Clare left a few years back, which coincided with some less than stellar customer service. Never a problem when Clare was there. Seems like a pretty good team working there now. The area for improvement is shipping prices. They are consistently ~double the cost at the store vs. going directly to USPS, UPS or FedEx.

I typically dont have issues at this particular UPS store but today the lady who helped me was so rude! I had an Amazon return & she tried telling me I would need to buy an envelope to return my package. I pointed right to the sign & said no box or label required. She said for Drops you do and since it was a watch I needed something. I said you dont have a box?! She said boxes arent included. I wasnt about to pay for a box when Amazon has clearly made arrangements with UPS stores to take care of return packaging. This woman has ZERO customer service skills!

Great experience today, I was in and out with a oversized package in less than three minutes. As a former Jimmy Johns delivery driver this experience was freaky fast

The clerk Sebastian was excellent. Helped me pick out a box and moved my perishable shipment to the front of the line so it would go out with the last delivery. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Echoing many of the sentiments from others, this store is rude and inept. Paid for next day delivery to Racine, WI and yet it somehow took a week to get there. Other packages got to TX or Des Moines without issue so when following up with their corporate office, Im told the package can say out for delivery but not actually be on the truck. The drive may not have had room so they save for their second trip if they do one that day. If not, it sits. It did this for days until finally being delivered a week late. All of last week was nice and sunny but instead they deliver today when its pouring rain and the package is now damaged. Calling the store because corporate directed me to resulted in a claim being started. If they determine that shipping did experience errors, they cut a check which they send via USPS. They dont even trust their own service to deliver a check because they know how inept they are. What store doesnt reimburse the card used and what store doesnt use its own services to deliver a check they have to cut? Terrible customer service - they forget they are a RETIAL organization - not the USPS or other government entity so they need to act like a store. They need to realize that we, as customers, have rights and shouldnt be taken advantage of by this poor excuse for a shipping giant/store

Service was good BUT employee was not wearing a mask, the credit card reader was filthy & pens were in a dirty holder. I certainly didn’t feel safe and will not use this location until pandemic is over - or maybe I won’t ever use it.

If all you have to do is drop something off for UPS pickup, you might be able to go. People here should be smart enough to handle that. If you need labels printed or any other help, DO NOT go here. Most useless place Ive ever been. Next time Ill go to the UPS depo by the river.

The crew was super attentive and helped me print and attach shipping labels to my package even though I came through the door 10 minutes to close. Hardworking and friendly people.

Visiting in Dubuque with precious things to mail home, I was happy to find this UPS store.We were able to find a mailing tube and received such cheerful help and advice from the manager Clare Richard. The store was busy but she took the time to help us package the contents up without hurrying us.

$1400 item. The Box Mangled destroyed an opened up.Trash told me it is what it is. Wouldnt even give it a one star!

I would give no stars if possible. Very rude employees. Very snippy. Lindsay was actually yelling at me that she was not being rude. Bad when you have to go to the post office for better service and nicer employees . Will never use this location again.

In an attempt to increase customer loyalty, they are now charging $2 just to use their computer for 60 seconds to print something online, even if there is no one else in the store.I do this often at various places for my job, and no one, not even other UPS stores, do this.I asked I could just email it and have THEM print it...but now there is a fee for that, too.I will never patronize the place again if I can help it, so I hope they hold on to that $2 for a loooooong time.Copyeorks is just down the street, on the opposite side.

The employees at the UPS Store in Dubuque are the greatest. They where able to handle all of my problems in one spot and where all so friendly. I highly recommend them for all your shipping needs. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

If there was a negative star available, this place would get my vote. Inept, rude and lazy customer service. BTW they have nothing to do with UPS package delivery. Those guys work hard and do their best under challenging conditions.

So tired of ups, every time something is shipped to me via them, I never seem to get it, there are never we missed you notices on my door they get left everywhere but my front door, and twice I was home and they didnt even bother to come to my door, I was awaiting a package today, and it said it was supposed to be delivered, I look online and guess what, it said, customer not available, will deliver to store, well theres no door tag on my door and Im not in a position to go tracking things down. So sick of this lax delivery service.

Dont waste your money on special shipping, paid for 2nd air, tracking number showed it delivered and signed for by this store,didnt show up on their system til day 3, they blame ups, ups blames them...Im stuck paying for late shipment.
