Always delivering our packages to the wrong place (across the street) getting really annoying. Not to mention the most recent was dropped over the fence in that house across the street, there’s absolutely no way it was gently placed down unless they jumped the fence or gate.

Poor attention to delivery address!!Our address is on a Court. There is also a Street of the same name in our town. Yes, that can be confusing, but when the package clearly says Court, that should make it obvious. We have repeatedly had packages delivered to the wrong house. Fortunately, the people who live there are nice enough to deliver to us, but I am sure that is frustrating for them too.Calling the 800 number to complain does nothing. Very frustrating when we dont receive our orders.

Schedule a redelivery for today but find out that they just didnt do it. Had I not called again, I would never have known the package was still being held. They cant follow simple instructions and now Ive been waiting at the store for 10 minutes because staffing people for pick-up after people get off work is hard. Ship somewhere else and stop using this poor excuse of a delivery company - best be called a package holding facility.

The employees at this Fed Ex are fantastic. They have consistently saved my behind by helping get packages, letters etc off on time. Not only that but they do it all with a smile - making me feel slightly less of a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants procrastinator that I am. You cant ask for more than that. Thanks guys!

Probably would have given a higher rating but the customer service at my Dubuque location especially the woman I deal with every morning I go is horrendous. Ive had much better dealings with USPS as I am shipping and receiving live animals. She is going as far as to tell me I am not allowed to keep live animals there for pickup I need to have them sent directly to my house even though Im waiting there when they open at 9 instead they should ride around in the cold and jostling of a FedEx truck more than they need to it has even asked me what is in these packages Im sorry but if you dont want to do your job dont have it!

FedEx is clearly struggling with there services across the country. The Dubuque office the people are quite pleasant. I have been treated EXTREMELY RUDE by people on the phone trying to resolve damage issues and also at other FedEx locations. Not sure why but the culture changed from one of reasonable value and customer service for the money to what looks to be poor management and direction. I do EVERYTHING I can now to avoid FedEx THE USPS IS GOLDEN IN COMPARISON. Hope they figure it out

Every single package that comes through this center ends up with a delivery exception and takes an additional 5 days to be delivered. EVERY SINGLE one. I will NEVER use fedex again.

Its a FedEx. The only negative about this location is the fact that there is only typically one person manning the counter, and that during rush hours the line can get backed up. Other than that, service is efficient.

I ordered with two day shipping, it has been four days. I was home when they finally dropped off my package. Didnt even hear a knock at the door. I called to see if my roommate could pick up the package if I signed the slip, as I would be at work at 5 and unable to pick it up. They wouldnt let her pick it up, now my two day shipment will be running on five. Very disappointed with their service.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. First bad experience is i ordered speakers and frozen food on separate days from separate companies. By coincidence they were delivered the same day but the speakers required a signature. Driver refused to leave frozen food on door step as he believed the packages were together... kept it for the weekend. got it ruined and fedex refused to refund any money even though it was completely their fault. 2ND example: sent speedometer from my car to be repaired. insured the speedo and placed in padding. Fedex smashed it so badly it was almost unrecognizable. Of course they refused to pay a single dime to me as they state it was all my fault as I didnt pad it enough! and even though i paid extra to insure it for more i was just out everything. google their customer service, you will see nothing but the same stories about this company.THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS, AS PREVIOUSLY STATED THEY MAKE THE USPS LOOK LIKE ANGELS. STAY FAR AWAY

Fed ex is terrible I havent had my car because of a rebuilt shock I requested before it got to Dubuque to have it stay at store n they confirmed but put it on a truck anyway I work third shift n that would have been way more convenient for me but they put it on a delivery truck anyway

How fed ex can take twice as long as any other shipper (even USPS) is crazy. The fact that they have multiple divisions (Ground, home, freight ect..) and non of them can communicate between each other, its no wonder packages get lost and no at fed ex even seems to care. I will walk on my hands and knees across this country on broken glass before I ever have have anything shipped by fail ex again!

I choose a three..not sure...had package returned to shipper before it got to me because of damage.....i have over 200 dollars in this order and now im in limbo as what the hell is going on...will they ship another ....dealing with a company that is computerized without a phone number...Rock Auto.... scratching my head for a few days and see what happens...not sure who is at fault
