The worst pharmacy. For some reason they have two accounts for me, so I always have to fight with them about what prescription needs to be refilled, and whether or not it is covered by my insurance. Theyve filled the wrong prescription, only for me to not notice until getting home, then when I went back, they didnt want to refund me/fill the right prescription at no charge because the pills had already left the pharmacy so they couldnt take them back... even though it was their mistake to begin with. No one double checked?? Its all happened one too many times.

The pharmacy takes forever everytime Im there. They never have enough help. Also, they usually dont have my prescriptions ready when they are suppose to be. Today, Ive been sitting here over a half hour now and still waiting. They were suppose to refills on automatic, Ive asked the last 3 times Ive been here, and for some reason, no one is capable of doing that. Very dissatisfied!

Why does it take 20 minutes in the drive thru pharmacy when there’s no line? Every single time. Also, why is my insurance never on file? This is the only place i have to constantly explain my insurance. Definitely switching to a different pharmacy.

I always enjoy shopping at walgreens and I also get all of my meds. At the pharmacy and even also my stamps there too! Christa stubben

Ive almost always had a pleasant experience here. Really friendly, great customer service

They like to follow me around this store like Ive stolen something because I bring my own canvas bag. It wasnt even subtle this last time; the guy just stood at the end of the isle and watched me shop. At the register they thoroughly search my bag like theyre looking for secret compartments with hidden contraband. To Walgreens: youre wasting your time by focusing on me, and youve now lost a customer because I do not especially enjoy being harassed.

This is the WORST place to get your prescriptions filled. You wait in line forever when going to pick them up. They call you and tell you that your prescription is ready, get there and they tell you it’s not and will have to come back tomorrow to get them. They have done this to me sooooo many times now also where they say my insurance doesn’t cover the med they fill monthly for me and my insurance covers. Literally every month, it’s covered but I have to explain to them EVERY TIME. Even tho it’s the med I have been getting for ever. Also the medicine I’m on is for a serious health issue. I suggest if you need your medicine on time DO NOT FILL IT HERE they will make you wait and play games for days until you finally get what you need. I’m done going here. I’ve dealt with this too many months in a row.

They cant correctly fill a simple perscription if their life depended on it! For the past 3 years they messed up my perscription!! Why I waited to switch...is my error! I trasferred to Hartigs.

Got here 20 to close and already closed up. Not too happy.
