I think I own stock in this place by now, lol! In all seriousness though, they have the best employees. They are helpful, attentive and kind. This is the only place we take my family shopping for shoes and most of my kids school clothes are from here. I coach softball and am happy with the selection they have, it isnt huge but it gets the job done without being overwhelming or having to walk around a big department store. For real though, the employees get all the praise! Keep up the good work!

We stopped in Saturday afternoon, June 5th, and the three young men working were absolutely fantastic. My son needed basketball shoes as he was starting camp that Monday. They didn’t have the shoes he wanted in his size but brought out others they had and he did find a pair! While we were waiting they were getting us to try out the chairs set up on display. (They were comfy and we totally would have purchased if we were looking for them! Lol) We had a lot of laughs and I will say it was the best experience I have had. Customer service was top notch!

I ordered shorts to be delivered to store. I NEVER received a call. Then almost 2 weeks later get a text stating my order was canceled stating I didnt collect my order. No email, no call, no text stating order was ready for pickup. I would have picked them up if I would have been notified.. Called the store today and sure enough shorts are here. I have already paid and they arent letting me take them because they say it doesnt show on their end that I paid. Now I have been at the store for over 30 minutes waiting for them to figure it out. Terrible customer service

Good deals minus the selection in store. The employees are super nice and helpful.Selection is everything. I’m a person who doesn’t like to wait for my items by buying online. I’m not gonna spend 200 for shoes and have to wait 3/5 days .

We always find great deals at Hibbett! They have original selection as well. Not going to find the “normal” thing you will find at all the sports stores. Love Hibbett wish there were more around my area. Every time we are in the area with a Hibbett it is a MUST STOP!

Sold out of everything from the team I wanted. It was the weekend before Christmas but really. A Midwest team in a store in the Midwest.

This Place does not honor the sales they put up they lie and false advertise their products my salesman name was Jacob which he knew nothing about any of the sales there nor could he remember what any of the sales items. This is not the first time I have been misquoted on an item I was also misquoted on a Bo Jackson White Sox batting practice jersey until I went to the website and showed them the price. This is bad business ESPECIALLY when you are a MVP rewards member. And yes this was at the Kennedy Mall in Dubuque Iowa
