I really appreciate the fact that there are people at the checkout registers! The people are friendly and helpful. I’m not a fan of self checkout. I also appreciate the fact that employees wear masks and sanitize carts. The Good & Gather products I’ve tried were very good.

They dont put a lot of center isle stands to sell things and the isles are wide enough for 2 carts to pass each other. The products are nutritious, high end, and interesting. Stores are well lit, well designed, and the carts are smooth. I feel rich shopping here even if Im not.

I like the selection for the most part and how nice the store is. I do wish that the stores offered more selection in the diaper/training pants section. Having smaller packages so that you can try things out first would be nice, over only offering the big boxes. I also like the savings options that target offers.

Wish I knew her name as I would tell the manager of her great customer service. Everything I got I could have order from amazon, next day delivery for same cost. Her type of customer service makes me come into the store & possibly purchase something else (I happened to on this trip & spent an additional $50).

I couldnt find a dice pack. Jorge helped me locate the spot on the shelf the item would be located. Seeing that it was out of stock, he got me the 2 packs from the back storage area in less than 2 minutes! Incredible! Michael was also great at checkout, sanitizing the key pad, being quick with the transaction, and just overall providing professional, friendly service! The manager-Lori always greets me too! Friendly staff, clean store, and great selection, it is always a great experience here!

So I bought luggage online adult luggage and 3 days before my trip they send me freaking kids luggage, which isnt what I ordered. So I go to the store and try to find a quick solution because my trip is now 3 days away all they offered was a partial refund and while asking if they could maybe have another ordered and expedite it. She cut me off and gives me a partial refund!!!!!! Nothing including my shipping cost or taxes considering it

Workers are friendly; cashiers are available. Two young men met us in the checkout line and loaded a large item without us having to ask for help. Returns are usually quick.

Some of your prices are quite high. $7 for body wash for example. Clothing is also rather expensive unless you shop the clearance rack. Need more wide width shoes. However, its always well stocked, the people are always nice, and theres never a long line at checkout.

Very unimpressed how unprofessional some of their employees are. A team lead, mark was acting aggressively, and raising his voice at another employee. Not a very good impression for target having a person with violent outbursts as a team lead.

Second time I have been to target since March. Went home was charged an extra time for an item I didnt get bout 2 not three. Opened one of my teeth whitening packages and it was empty open the second one and it was empty. Out $60.Call and I would need to return to address the problem. I dont go to the stores. Like I said second time since March

Unable to find a specific toy on the shelf that Target website showed as available in the Dubuque store. Target employee Jorge noticed us searching and looked up the UPC which showed as one left. Jorge asked for our names then said hed look in back. He quickly returned with the toy and saved the day. Excellent example of connecting with the customer and providing outstanding service.

This place is my go-to for electronics. I went in today for some non-essential needs and some supplements. I asked the pharmacist if he could help me find a zinc supplement. A female pharmacist said she thought they might not carry zinc supplements, (five stars for honesty,) and a male pharmacist directed me to purchase Zicam. Made no attempt to help me find anything. I wasnt looking for that kind of product and so I searched on my own. What I came across was a multivitamin with zinc in it. I mentioned to the pharmacist what I had found and he said in a disinterested tone, okay cool. He then initiated a personal conversation with a different customer recognizing her from his high school years. Not impressed. Wound up putting it back because I didnt want to settle with not quite what I was looking for matched to a somewhat unpleasant experience. But I suppose Ive never gone to Target for their Pharmacy before. I will say I like everything else target. One suggestion: Please bring back the slurpy machine.

The whole thing was so disorganized, I was honestly shocked to see this from Target. I had my mom pick it up as Im injured and had her listed as authorized to pick it up. I got both a text and email saying the order was ready for pick up, and even called to make sure it was okay to pick it up the following day. When she got there, the staff said they couldnt find my order in the system. After some time, they were able to locate the order but said it wasnt filled. Then they checked the inventory and said they werent sure if they even had everything to fill my order. After 30 minutes they were finally able to locate all FOUR items it took to fill my order. Then they asked my mother how she was planning to pay for it even though I had already paid online, receipt and all. So then she had to wait even longer as they called the manager up to sort out the payment. In the end they gave me a measly $5 gift card for wasting our time. It was the complete opposite of what a pick up is for- it would have been faster to go in and pick them out ourselves. I will never use this system of ordering again and will make sure my friends & family know not to waste their time trying.

Wow! The new bar for pick up has been raised! What an awesome experience! I tried this service because my daughter is ill and i didnt want to take her into the building. I only ordered 2 things through the app- which was very easy to navigate. How smooth this process was was more then i expected. On top of that, the young employee who brought my purchases out was courteous and very helpful. I will be using this service from target again over other stores because of how quick and stream line the whole process was. Target had set a new standard.

Bought a cell phone at your store that was supposed to be compatible with the net10 network. Spent over an hour and a half trying to get the new phone to work, but net10 people could not get it to work. Website said that this phone was net10 compatible, but that is a lie. I like it that I can go there and get groceries and get vitamins or t-shirts clothes for my grandchild all in one place adding this .I was early for pick-up and I was hoping I would be able to having to go check if it was close to being done. But the cleck came to car and said to could take 4 hours it had been 2 hours wish she could have checked because 10 minutes later I got notified. I would have waited it was not busy.noone else there. My friend who had a similar experience said a nearby store went in and checked and few minutes later she got her items.

I got charged tax on school supplies today (Aug 2) during the Iowa sales tax holiday. I realized this when I got home. I tried 3 times to call and the phone rang and rang and then just said disconnected. Everyone check your receipts!

Always friendly staff and willing to help. Also the decor and clothing are amazing quality! Target is always my go-to place to shop!

When I got to the store, I noticed there was a drive up section of the parking lot. I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPTION TO DO DRIVE UP. When I asked the clerk IN THE STORE if I could have had my order brought out to my car, she said yes, and tried to show me on the App how I could have chosen Drive up. THERE WAS NO OPTION FOR DRIVE UP ON THE APP!! Unless Drive up becomes an option for my orders online THIS WILL BE MY LAST ORDER EVER WITH TARGET.

I love target, but today my experience was awful. I was spoken to very rudely by an employee. I was asking a different employee her opinion on something I was thinking about buying and this other employee came by and said, in a very rude tone with a voice loud enough for people around us to hear, that I was not able to speak to said employee while she was working and that I needed to leave her alone. I was incredibly embarrassed and felt uncomfortable in the store for the rest of my visit.

Busy holiday season and the store is crazy busy but Jorge in Roy’s was so pleasant and helpful. He went out of his way to track down and find a toy I wanted to buy and got it out of the storage room.

BEWARE... Target cancelled my REDCard with no warning. It wasnt expired and I was going to use it to do some online shopping. I spent the night adding things to my cart only to find out my card doesnt work. I contacted their customer service. I was hung up on twice now. The third time they finally told me they dont reactivate the cards after they are closed. I was not informed in anyway that they were going to cancel my card. Shouldnt have to re-apply for a card when I already had an unexpired one. I will not be shopping here anymore.SignedUnhappy Customer

Was looking for the card game Skip Bo and I could not find it. I asked an associate Jorge to help me look for the game. He wasn’t able to find it right away so he asked his boss Evan to help too. Just when I thought they were all gone Evan found it! Thanks to Evan and Jorge for taking the time and looking for this game during this crazy hectic time of year.

I couldnt find what I was looking for so I asked one of the staff members to help me. She looked at me like I was dumb for asking about something I saw on the Target website. As she typed it into her scanner she star mumbling things about me, as I was right next to her... I decided just to leave but want to grab some cookies before I left. When I got home I saw a hole in the bottom of the bag. The cookies had tiny bite marks on them!!!

It sucked today... Half the stuff in the Clarence was not marked down and 3/4s the stuff I got rang up different every time they scanned it.. so it was a big waste of time ...... if the people who put the tags on stuff and who put in the prices in the computers could just do it right the first time then alot of people would be happier.....

Just not a pleasant experience like most other targets. My biggest gripe was items were not properly placed on shelves, and quiet often with missing prices. Employees were openly and loudly chatting about personal issues.

Called to see if they I could return an item that was purchased 14 days ago. They said they would not take it. Even though speaking to target representatives through call center (And past experiences at different target stores) they are supposed to allow me to return as the return policy is 30 days and Im WELL within the window. Think my target days are over since Dubuques target is the only one close.

Customer service was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The pick up process was very easy to handle.

I FREAKING HATE THIS TARGET! I’ve lived in big cities with target super centers that are quadruple the size of this store and they all have shelves stocked full most of the time and organized, and with employees who are happy to work.I can’t find anything in this Dubuque target, everything is ALWAYS such a wreck. Employees are rude and cut you off when you’re walking around shopping. I choose Walmart over this Target all the time.It seriously doesn’t matter what time you shop this target, ITS A FREAKING WRECK.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST.I ordered two storage bins for in store pickup. Everything was fine and I got an email saying that it was ready. I drove from Illinois to Dubuque, IA to pick them up and when I was already in Dubuque I get another email saying that they no longer have them. Not a huge deal, they cant help it sometimes. I call the store in hopes that I can just get two different ones. I called and someone transferred me to customer service and I wait on hold for 25 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. After waiting that long, I hear a click and the phone hangs up. I call back two more times and instead of someone answering me, they put me on hold right away. I call back a FORTH time and someone finally answers. I explain the situation again and asked if I can get two different bins. She explained that I would have to do another online order, which is no problem. I asked her since I waited about 30 minutes and I was already in Dubuque, if I could come right away and pick it up instead of waiting another 30 minutes. Youd think after all that had happened, theyd throw me a bone. Of course not. She said there was nothing that she could do and that Id have to wait the allotted time for my order. I have worked in retail/customer service for almost 10 years and that was one of the worst experiences Ive been in.
