The guys at Cedar Cross Service Inc are courteous, competent, and gave me a quote well below the other two places I checked out. I love that they explain what you need done, why it needs to be done, and how urgent the issue is. Sam is a very honest and generous guy. Doesnt nickel and dime us the way other shops have in the past. Friendly and professional. Recently my Honda has had some serious issues and he went out of his way to call our local Honda dealership to get their input, and eventually referred me there so that my car could be fixed more quickly. He could have kept my business but did not want to inconvenience me. Really good guy, will always go to Cedar Cross whenever I can.

I cant say enough great things about this place. We moved to Dubuque a year ago and a friend highly recommended we take our vehicles here to get fixed. They actively saved us money, had great phone skills, have great customer service, they actively saved us money on multiple jobs, and the mechanics are really normal people. We will always take our vehicles here.

Moved to Dubuque a little over two years ago, and was recommended to go here by a friend. The people here are great. Every time that my wife and I have to take our cars in with an issue they explain things in a way that we can understand, and their prices have always been good. We have really appreciated their customer service and the quality of their work over the past 2 years, and we will definitely continue to come back as long as we are in Dubuque.

The company I work for uses Cedar Cross for all of our vehicle repairs, and have for the last several years. They are excellent, extremely affordable, and knowledgeable. The best thing about them is when we bring a vehicle that has multiple things wrong with it, they tell us what the most significant thing to get done first is, so it doesnt break the bank! Would recommend them to Anyone!

I had my ignition fixed at Cedar Cross Service. They fixed it just fine but after looking at the bill I noticed 2 charges that didnt make sense. One was $18.00 For where the ignition interfered with fixing the ignition. Another $18.00 charge for where the air conditioning interfered. This charge was infuriating due to the fact that my car had no air conditioning. I feel these extra charges were just a way to rip me off. Ask for an itemized bill and be sure to look at your bill and find these extra charges!!
