Does not say company name when picking up, just says hello? Ask about a part and only says I only deal with Volkswagen.

Went here to get car checked and was told what was wrong (a cracked hose) and was told whenever he replaces the part the whole thing will break and wanted charge over $500. I can get past that stuff but was told it was a part that does not exist
