I purchased a refrigerator and have had nothing but problems with the icemaker. They replaced it once, put back the original one because it worked better than the replacement. .. I gave up on it but now the whole thing keeps falling off. They had to come out to fix the door handles as well that became loose. Now Ive been trying to get ahold of them to fix my icemaker. No response...... I will never purchase from them again. They dont deserve even one star.

Fantastic customer service and follow through. I purchased a dishwasher over the phone for my Mother, they were able to install and remove her old one the next day. The installers ran into some issues but worked diligently to get it set up. I highly recommend Dubuque Appliance Center.

I bought my dishwasher and refrigerator for my kitchen there in 2014. I also bought one for the garage in 2015. Delivery was timely both times. Installation was efficient. In May of 2017 I had a problem with my dishwasher and called on Saturday; they came to Lancaster on Tuesday to repair it. They have treated me very well. I would recommend them.

Jeff and Alex, the service to the home guys, were really quality help. They were polite, intelligent, helpful and professional. Good reflection on the company!

They brought a washer that barely worked for 2 months, then when it needed fixing, they didnt bother to come look at it, just told me they would order a part and call me in 2-3 days when it came in. A week later when I called, they said they never wrote down my number, but it would take a whole week before they could fix the peice of junk they delivered.

I have been fighting for a week to receive a part for my dryer. Part was on order on Monday - they never called Tuesday when the part was supposed to be in. Called back Wednesday and was told they had decided to order a cheaper Whirlpool part but the warehouse was out so they reordered the Samsung part - hence the lost days. Thursday goes by when the part should have been in and still no word from Dubuque Appliance. We called back on Friday and was told - Oh, hey - that part didnt come in with our shipments today. Well get it on order again. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating when I could have ordered on Amazon from day one, but I tried to shop local first.

Our refrigerator broke down unexpectedly and they made a special effort to get a new one installed ASAP. With all appliances about 12 years old, we managed to purchase 4 pieces at once and they gave us a great bundled price. The installation guys were thorough and friendly.

Dubuque Appliance Center did a great job of helping select the kitchen appliances and the installers were efficient, polite, careful and helpful in explaining the functions of the new equipment. I would defiantly buy from them again.

I would not recommend Dubuque Appliance, their Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. We had an issue with our refrigerator, and it took 3 calls to just get someone to come out and look at it. Days later we called back to see if the part was in, and found out that they ordered the wrong part and would be another few days. In the mean time we are without a refrigerator. It took 2 more calls to them without any return phone calls when promised to finally get the part replaced. Now the refrigerator is leaking water, and trying to get someone to come back out and look at it. let me tell you when they want their money, they will call you(and by the way they are trying to charge us for every time they come out, even though they were at fault, and still dont have it fixed.) I would be very leery about calling them for repair.
