The service I received was outstanding!! The way Jessica broke down and explained everything to me was stress relieving and super easy. I knew once I spoke with her I was in good hands. And the rest of staff is phenomenal as well. If you’re looking for your forever home and want the process to go smooth and be set up and living in your home stress free, this is the place to go to hands down. I went to 3 other companies searching for my home and this is hands down the best customer service you will receive in the state!!!

This was the poorest customer service Ive experienced in a while. Jessica came from a room & I introduced myself. I asked about a few homes & only one was on site. She gave me the key & provided me with unclear directions on how to get to the home. Looks like to me that if she wanted a sale, she wouldve guided me. As u was walking to find the home, I asked another salesperson who was showing customers a home. Needless to say, I viewed the home, loved it, but refused to say I wanted to go further with my decision. When I returned with the key, Jessica came out & asked if I had any questions. I simply said no & left. They lost a sale today. If you judge a book by its cover, you just might miss put on something. Clayton Homes is where I shouldve gone to in the beginning...Mr. Taylor handled business!!

Actually I was trying to get a number but I really do have an issue that really needs addressing but Im am not gonna just put it on here yet because I always give a business the benefit of a doubt to rectify the problem before I make a negative comment as i am a business owner myself is there a number I can contact someone during business hours or an email?
