EDIT: after posting reviews the manager reached out and was very understanding when I informed him how one of the staff addressed the issues I had. He himself sent in a work order and had the issues fixed within a few days. If you have issues I suggest taking it directly to Dan. He will get things done.Terrible experience with a customer rep/ salesman after they completed my sale, no help, good luck getting anything accomplished as far as repairs or fixing things that should’ve been fixed from the get go. He cared more about making money than ensuring I was in a home that won’t fall apart within a year of living in it.

Matt Nelson sucks had us drive all the way from California and didnt do his job and we had money in hand smh just sad do better.So I have been harassed since I made this post by Matt Neson because he wants me to take this post down I have txt for this harassment and his response to this post is a lie that I have a date that I sent him all paperwork bad business

I called this location to get a quote with a promise from Chris that he would call back the same day. He never called. I called the next day and was told he wasnt there so I left a message. I called back the next day and was told he was with a customer so I left another message for him to call me back. I never received a call, so I called back the next day and left the same message. No one ever bothered to call me back. Another location received my business and they were very happy to help me and make a sale.

Was Greeted my A gentleman named chris he told me he didnt think i could afford one of their mobile homes i left will never return because you cant judge me off my looks im also reporting them to the BBB

Not pleased from that point on, Incompetent salemenship, starting from financing on. *Do Not expect a resonable interest rate when you have Excellent credit score. * Do Not expect when asked Total pricing for set up & delivery, to be True. Be prepared, $8,500.00 - 10,000.00, of out pocket. *Modular home was delivered W/Out a Air Conditioner Unit. Promised it would arrive in days, *Not, 3 Weeks following, installed. After Several Calls for the Keys, they also came 3 weeks later. So if your experience is like ours, expect to look at your modular home sitting for 3 weeks after closing. And Wait Patiently To Move in...

The sale person was very nice

My wife and I have a purchase agreement from clayton homes for 191000 well septic porches footing with rat wall block around bottom of house. After arranging our own financing we are now told it will cost approx 12000 more due to a clerical error. I reccomend you shop elsewhere. I have a copy of agreement if anyone doubts me. We will be taking our business else where.

My parents purchased a new trailer from Phil...the trailer has sat here for 3 weeks now with a promise from Phil that techs would be out to complete some needed repairs. This is just another company that is all about the sale...very lacking on the follow up service. Buyers beware!

Me, my husband and two kids went to this location and were completely ignored by the staff. The two white couples that arrived on the lot AFTER us received a guided tour of the homes. This is the first and last time that I will visit this location and I made sure to share my experience with friends and family. Wish I could give zero stars.
