I have called everyday for two weeks to get in touch with the credit department at this corporate office. I have yet to recieve a call back or assistance. Their corporate office is very unprofessional. I have been a loyal customer with them and sadly they act as if our service means nothing to them .

Bonnie Green has got to be your worst employee. Not only is my credit report messed up because someone isn’t doing their job properly, but I’ve called and left messages for this woman to try to remedy this situation and so far only gotten a hello and a disconnect. So I guess we’ll go with a dispute, followed up by the FTC if it’s not fixed. I hope your company knows the law.

Farmers Home Furniture in Thomasville stay away from it!!!! I spend over a 1000.00 for my daughters bed and mattress and still don’t have it! They told me they have other things they have to deliver and I’m not in the delivery book even a contract was signed to send it to my house today!!!!!! I told them I want my money back and now I have to wait on it. She couldn’t tell me how long it will take to return my money. Unprofessional and arrogant! No customer service skills!

Farmers Home Furniture in Clarksville Tn is the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. Not professional at all. They scam you into getting the insurance then when you need to use it it’s a hassle. I have been trying to get my furniture repaired since last summer. For a whole year I have called multiple times and been told that they will have someone call me back and never received a call. They simple don’t care.

I brought a beautiful kitchen set. But my problems are with the finance department. First they lost my paperwork for direct withdrawal for payment. Then started come to my house during covid-19, then once I did get caught up I ask them to take 2 payments a month they did then stopped taking payments for two months then when I called and asked why they stopped they started back but not consistent. Never ever again.the worst place

Back in October I got furniture from them the girl who helped me she told me that if I didnt like the furniture I could send it back. Well two weeks later I decided I wanted to send it back and they set up a day to come get it .but never came to get it. So two months went by and my payments got behind I got them caught up. They filed magistrate papers on me . Demanding me to pay money on the 1st of every month. I called and talked to the regional manager. He basically said I was stuck with this bill and furniture..and didnt show any concerns . Basically this place likes to take peoples money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service this company calls itself giving is a JOKE! Take your money elsewhere, pay a little more, and be a satisfied customer. You have to follow-up numerous times. You leave messages, the manager doesnt call back. You call them, the manager refuses to talk to you. What kind of operation is this? Oh this is the McDonough store by the way. I have taken the time to read all of the other horrible reviews and experiences and I am certainly NOT surprised. Do the owners even care? I guess not. Then I call to speak with the manager Ginger, who by the way promised me a call last week that I never received, and she tried to blame it all on the other manager. Really? Where do they find these people they call managers? I work in Corporate and have for over 21 years and I assure you that this type of service would NOT be acceptable by any means. My replacement product has been sitting in the store apparently since last Thursday. Today is Monday, and guess who had to call. Yep! You guessed, I (the customer) did. And I was met with attitude/frustration from the manager as if I had done something wrong for calling. She then says, well get it to you tomorrow. I said, okay, do I just sit and wait all day for you all? Is there a specific time? Ridiculous! This company needs a SERIOUS makeover! But lets start with some proper training on simple customer service skills for your managers and employees.

Got a refrigerator in June 2019. Used an amortization chart to figure out the payout for March 2020. Got a money order for payout, and label payout/principle only. Told the rep in person this is the payout. She applied over $1,000 as a regular payment. I called Corp. they later put it on my credit as if I still owed it and paying on time. Would not show as paid out. Then in June stop reporting. Then miraculously they place an account on my credit report dec 2020, and then called me for a dec 2020 payment. I am waiting for them to repossess and to report bad on credit karma. Waiting on them to file suit, because in the first 30 day of suit I will respond and get it dismissed. I had the rep in that same day of payout to give me a printout of my parent history and it included the payout amount. It also should how she refuse to close out the account so that the interest would accumulate. I have been waiting on this predictor to figure out that they are the prey. I will never deal with them again. Corp did not fix it in March 2020. So they can start the mess mess that I am going finish. Preditorial.

Honestly I am grateful that this store helped build my credit up, but honestly they dont care about the customer. We have had a couch for not even a year that is still being paid on that they will not fix or credit me towards a new couch. We also bought a tv that the RCA cables have still yet to be fixed. I honestly will be paying them off and recommended to never enter this store again. Enclosed are photos of my couch that is just a year old. I do not have inside pets and my children are above 5. My previous couch bought elsewhere did not have this many problems. I am hardly ever even home to sit on the thing and when I am I prefer to sit elsewhere worse mistake ever.

Dont get anything from this company because the Cayce store showed my daughter a bedroom set that was priced 1238 display told her that only was wrong was the corner of the dresser was only damage and others will be brand new. My daughter jumped on it. My daughter has been renting from farmers for like 3 years. So after told my daughter she didnt make those statements contacted her because I was there and she made those statements in front of me as well so Im a witness. Then I contacted the cooperated manager told him as well. what happen but justice. If I was wrong I would say am but this manager totally lied to make the sale and the delivery men were quick n my wall once. I know the damage wasnt from them. They have great furniture, never get the display, always do brand new

Bought a couch last year from Farmers in April, the couch broke in November, spent 6 weeks trying to get the couch fixed or replaced, finally got the couch replaced and got the new one, in April the new couch from them broke, have been on the phone with them 2 months to get this one fixed or replaced and still getting the run around. Went as far as calling corporate and the district manager wont even return my call. I paid them off and guess they got a big profit from me but I will never buy anything from this trip off again!

The lady in the Cartersville office was absolutely the worst person I have ever had to deal with ... I have had my furniture for 8months and never missed a payment I got behind for the month of August and called to let them know that I would be paying on Thursday when I got paid . She began to tell and scream at me telling me she was gonna file a civil suit telling me that I was gonna pay it that day or else.. Im so amazed that someone that acts like that to a customer has a job their... As soon as I get my furniture paid off I will never step foot in that store.. I called today and the lady that took my payment was Kathy imler really sweet and understanding even apologized for the way her credit manager spoke to me over the phone . This is the Cartersville office the credit manager is Tonya hooie... Im so upset that I was talked down on and spoke to like a dog just for being a little late for the first time .know one should have to go threw what I did... I will never purchase from a famers again...

I went too my nearby farmers Furniture.I was very upset at the fact my account I have been on my account for over a year and the lady is going to ask me tomsteop outside . As much money I have spent I pay more than what is asked and I get treated like cause I am trying to get down to.the bottom of it why my account balance is not going anywhere.
