They were so helpful, and so personable. I have a painting project, and had to order a corded (I hate throwaway in 3 years, battery operated toolsl) random orbital sander. It came in 2 days, and then they helped me match colors. Same price as home depot, with 10 times the personal service. I will shop there again! This was Roush Hardware in Dublin.

Stopped by Roush Hardware today and was immediately greeted by several employees at the front desk. I had a chainsaw that needed some service and the guys in the shop took great care of me. In less than 20 minutes I was out the door and on my way with a fully functional saw. It is hard to find a shop like this these days and especially one with employees who enjoy their job and are pleasant to be around! Without a doubt, I will be back with all my power equipment and hardware needs.

I used to come here when I was 5 with my dad on Saturday mornings and loved the smell of popcorn when I walked in. Now 30 years later the place is still running like a well oiled machine. Honestly I can’t believe I’ve been going to Lowe’s or Home Depot for anything when I can get in and out of this place with helpful advice in 10 minutes! Their rental selection is great as well. Ill be making regular stops here from now on.

Staff was very helpful and I found everything I needed. Took my toddlers and they even had a little shopping cart for them to push around, which we most definitely used to carry our purchases.

Usually a firm supporter of local businesses even though many items here are more expensive, will not be coming here at all anymore as I drove 20 minutes to get over here(driving past Lowe) and they closed a few minutes early instead of waiting until 7. Even showing up a couple before close I still woulda had my item and been out before they closed. Online ordering or big box from here on looks like if I can rely on them to be open when supposed to be.

1st if you need anything Traeger they have it in stock or can get it. One of the only stores in the area that routinely has everything you need in stock.Also one of the only places in Columbus that sells Jonathan Green lawn care products. So if you are doing a lawn repair/overseeding/etc they are the place to go. Great people also.

They barely have things, maybe one or two of tubes of sealant. Those are old... Tried to ask for help, walked on by me. Register, all they could do was complain about wearing a mask and how they wont enforce it. Nice attitude.

Neighborhood hardware store with everything that you need, Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always there to help. They also offer equipment repair and tool rental. The store is easy to navigate and they offer free popcorn to munch on while you shop!

Sometimes the small things can determine loyalty.I asked to simply have a key cut and apparently they can only cut keys that you purchase from them. Understandable I guess except for in my case they don’t sell the key that I need cut. So much for the friendly local hardware store...I ended up at Lowes.

This is the first time I have been to this roush hardware. I was not disappointed. The sales associate was knowledgeable, very helpful, and was actually interested in the success of my project. I really didnt spend that much money but the sales associate took apart off the shelf and tried to modify it so it would work. you dont get this type of service or attention at a big box hardware store.

Exceptional little hardware store. Bigger stores have a customer service department... Roush has actual customer service and employees that really care. They also manage to have almost everything Ive ever needed from a hardware store in a much smaller footprint than Lowes or Home Depot, so Im back to my projects in half the time. Shopped here with my dad for things when I was little and its still my go-to, they have been providing a 5 star customer experience for decades. Also of note: when you call them, the first voice you hear is an actual person.

I like to try and support a smaller hardware store, prices are a little higher and they dont always have as much selection as some of the larger stores. But the staff is always very friendly and happy to help in any way they can!

Best staff in a hardware store. VERY helpful. Maybe a couple bucks more than bigbox, and maybe just a little less in inventory, but they have so much of what you might need and popcorn to boot. I believe they are locally owned. Support local businesses as best you can!

Will support local business over big box every opportunity I get - assuming it offers a good experience. This is a no-brainer. The staff is awesome. You might pay a little more than a place like Lowes, but the service is worth the difference. They will tell you exactly what you need or dont need, and if they cant they will advise you to buy and bring back whatever you dont end up needing.

Bought my first push mower with these fine people, the two gentlemen (floor staff, and cashier) were genially awesome and super talkative and talked to me about my personal life along with giving me proper information about some questions I had with their products. We have been going to this store for years and have always been impressed with the service and staff. But this one took the cake. Our 23 year old daughter went to get screws for her license plates for her new car. The man who helped her not only made sure she got the screws but then proceeded to go out to her car in horrible weather and put the plates on. When she told us this, we shouldnt have been surprised, given the level of service that this store has provided for years. This employee (I wish I knew who he was) deserves a huge shout out. We will always be customers here.

Good general selection of hardware. They also carry Stihl products and accessories including chain saw chains. They rent landscaping equipment, including overseeders, dethatchers, log splitters and more. Call for information, the rental equipment does not appear to be online. Helpful employees. Fast checkout.

We have had 2 window screens replaced by Roush Hardware in Dublin - their work is done carefully and thoroughly and I appreciate receiving guidance for questions on various household projects.

Ken is seriosuly fantastic, I had broke a stud off in a turbo on my Audi. Lowes was zero help at all and had none of the things I need. This place is old school its easy to find what you need, and the people that you ask tok help you actually know how to help you and know what they sell. This place is the best hardware store around.

Real helpful staff there, even though they didnt stock the parts i needed, they still brainstormed with me on how to work around my problem and their suggestions do work! Man they really care about their customers here. I just needed a hammer dont ask why cause honestly i dont recall but man thats like what? 20 bucks maybe on a good day and they treated me like i was spending like 200 bucks on something. The value of time is such a valuable commodity and i cannot thank these employees enough for their time. They helped me out a bunch and i hope this place thrives cause they deserve it. Next time i need tools and im in columbus im gonna hit this place up
