Awesome store! The bear builders are super sweet. All of our questions were answered and the online shopping was explained when we couldnt find one of the bears we were looking for. Just be aware that because of COVID the hours posted here might not be accurate so its best to call ahead and check that days hours. Also be there at least an hour before closing because they have to stop letting people in a half hour before the store closes so there is time to complete the build a bear experience. 🐻

My children absolutely love Build-A-Bear workshop. They love being able to pick out their own stuffies and seeing them be filled with love. They also love the silliness of them putting the heart. I love seeing them smile from start to finish. I love the whole process of being able to go through each and every step by themselves. From picking a stuffy, stuffing it and choosing a heart and even making your very own birth certificate. Sometimes my kids get stuck on naming their new animals. Build-A-Bear workshop keeps it simple by suggesting names for them. One of the best experiences of their lives. The last time they talked about it for months...

Very considerate service and a wonderful experience for my two small children. They have a lot of great options and not just stuffed bears. There are Pokemon and Star Wars characters as well. The Bear builders were very helpful and provided us direction through the whole build.

You guys made my sons day with his new Paw Patrol dog Chase! Plus he had a lot of fun picking out the clothes for it too! Money cant buy happiness, but the smiles the experience and doll brought to his face and mine are priceless. Thanks!

Very clean and organized. Social distancing and masks were being followed. Fun experience and no pressure to get a bunch of add ons.

Love this shop, unfortunately the bear we were looking for was online only, be careful of that, makes me less likely to visit the real shops.

Wesley is the greatest. He is terrific with helping little kids that are indecisive. And very patient. The rest of the staff were very kind and helpful too.

My Build-a-bear experience at Tuttle was amazing! Wesley, the person who helped us shop was so fun and very kind to us. They treated me with so much good energy although I was a full grown adult buying a stuffie for myself. And the cashier, Giselle, was also super kind and was very helpful. They both didnt fail to tell us about the current specials, and I appreciate all that they did! ♡Thank you for making my trip the best experience in any store that I have ever had.

Great place for kids to personalize bear

Great experience! Staff were so friendly and made the experience so memorable. I was really impressed with how they kept the experience fun but safe (due to Covid). We will definitely return. My kids and husband (yes my husband too haha) had a great time building Baby Yoda!

Everyone was amazing in help us getting our bears for the nephew and niece. Even with all of the social distancing they made it very enjoyable! We can not wait to take the kids in to get to pick out more!

I had such a good experience here. My friend and I are in our late twenties, but we wanted to try BAB since we never had the opportunity to go as children. There was no judgment from the staff whatsoever. They were all very proactive in helping us and super friendly. It started the day before when I called to ask if the one I wanted was available, and the staff member specifically went and checked how many they had left. Everyone on staff was so helpful and patient with every step of the process. Thank you Dawn, Ally, and Kristen for a great first-time experience!

Very clean store, with lovely staff members that are here to make this the best experience you could ever have! I have purchased many Build A Bears from here and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always nice and in a good mood, which makes us smile as well. The place has recently been redone into the more modern Build A Bear but its lovely entertainment remains the same! No matter how you feel when going into the store, you are guaranteed to come out with a smile on your face regardless of age. There is something for everyone there, so I highly recommend going and building some moments that will never be forgotten.

Took my daughter Julianna on her 2nd birthday but unfortunately she was tired by the end of the night. Thankfully the build a bear helpers were super kind and understanding! She took home a beautiful princess birthday bear and got a cute sticker too!

Not too busy. Olivia was very helpful. We had family from France, and she was very patient while we translated. They also had a very good sale! Two bears, a cat and a unicorn headed for France!

Expensive! Yes! Set a budget if you care... We do. Dont be afraid to tell your kids NO.Bears are cute, so are the clothes, accessories, scents, sounds... Whats not to love?I have to add that I took away a star because at this location, there is a younger woman with brunette hair who does not do very well with special needs kids. Or I should say, did not do very well with mine. Kids are not for everyone, but seeing as how this is a store geared specifically towards kids... I expected more patience.Im not overly upset about it, just wanted to warn other parents.

Wesley was a great host and really made my son feel welcome. This was his first experience in a Build-A-Bear, so he was a little unsure, but Wesley was so kind in helping my son understand the process!

The staff were VERY helpful helpful, bubbly and friendly! They went at my two year old sons pace and made his experience into a fantastic one (even though he was a little grumpy after sleeping in the car on the way there!) I am so grateful and very pleased!

Because you always wanted to spend 50 dollars on a stuffed animal... But it really is a great and cute experience if you have small children, or maybe need a gift for one.

I went Tuesday with my 2 and 5 year old. I had my hands full literally. The male employee was less than thrilled with my rambunctious 2 year old. (To add he had a disgusting appearance for a childrens toy store) The woman there was super nice and made it all better.

A guilty pleasure is to bring the daughter over and build a bear (or a bunny in her case)Kudos to the staff as they can keep smiling even with a ton of screaming kids running around.
