Love shopping here. its clean & organized. employees very nice. they disinfect carts, and anyone over 55 I believe or maybe 60 gets 30% off every Tuesdays. My only complaint is that their prices tend to be on the higher end. Goodwill prices are way better & you pay much less.

Not coming back ever again. The manager was really rude. Purchased 2 chairs but wouldnt fit my car, I asked if I could take one and pick up the other one after since I live 10 minutes away and I had already payed. I understand it they cant help the customer but the way the manager talked back was so blunt. The worker that was helping me carry the chairs out was more helpful than the manager.

I always find something fun here! It’s a great place if you want to dig around and really do some thrifting. Prices on some items do seem a tad overpriced though, in comparison to some other thrift stores.

Large store with A TON of selection. I come to this location for cookware as well as framed art. Thrifting for jeans or t-shirts etc. isnt really my thing but there dozens of racks to pick through. The parking lot is my only issue with this location. The donation drop off line gets backed up and makes it hard to navigate the lot (visited on a weekend*).

This location is probably the best one in the immediate Bay Area but I seriously suggesting driving up to the one in Vacaville. No idea how its so different but it really is. Prices too. 5.99$ for a dress unlike this place where I saw as high as 17.99$ This place also had a lot of stained clothing. HOwever, they are probably some good deals and there is a huge parking lot and a drive up/drop off area so you dont have to get out of your car for donations. Good idea Peeps!

I called in Saturday June 5 ,2021 around 1pm and asked what was the guidelines for dropping off items and what type of items did they take I was told they would take anything except beds. We drive from Brentwood to Dublin to donate the items when we pull up to Savers we were asked if we had furniture we said yes and then we were told oh we are not accepting furniture today. I spoke with several managers and one said we haven’t accepted furniture all day another said we have met our limit for today we just don’t have room. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER TRY TO DONATE AT ANOTHER SAVERS AGAIN. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Since 1is the lowest star rating I can give I gave a one but if I could choose it would be a 0

Store management is a joke, if there were any. i found a piece of used toy. the price tag on it is $2.99. i hesitated, because such used toys can be found anywhere, but decided to buy it. so i waited 10 minutes in line. but, at the check out counter, their store manager said this toy should be $4.99. either she did not manage her price tagging team well, or she is on drugs today. either way, they are not holding themselves responsible. i cannot believe a thrift store can be so unprofessional. this would be my last time visiting this store.

Easy way to donate during a pandemic. Make sure to follow the signs to drive up and line up. Savers attendants will tell you where to go next. You’ll park out front when it’s your turn to drop off your items in a large green bin. There was a bit of a wait on a Saturday afternoon but the team is very organized and friendly.

Beware, they wont take a return even 1 minute after you purchase a product. You have to donate back what you just bought. What a scam and a poor business practice. Stay far away from this establishment.

I used to go here a lot and find awesome fair priced items, especially in the toy section. It is becoming more rare now to find these things, and if it is even just a little good, they will upcharge the heck out of it and put it behind the glass counter. I still go here sometimes and find an occasional gem, but it’s not like it used to be that makes it worth the 15 minute drive for me.Anyway I took a picture here of something I thought was hilarious where they were selling some plastic dollar store dinosaurs for $7-8 😅

Nice store. Fair prices and friendly staff. Clean store. update: since my review things seem to have changed. Staff is still nice but every time i am there i hear the people in the back tossing things around. Something is broken every time. The items are not even wiped down. They are put out dirty. They dont check anything. I have bought 3 electronics in the past 3 visits and not one works. If you are going to charge people for these items then you should at least check them and give them a wipe. The managers dont seem to help at all. The line can be backed up and they dont jump in. The just stand there and look around. I waited for 15 mins at the front counter to see something and the manager called someone and walked away. Would have taken a second but thats too much. I walked away and did not buy anything.

I always find too much at this shop LOL. They also happen to be the only thrift shop in the area of it still takes donations of furniture so I will be taking them some treasures today or tomorrow.

Really clean, mask mandatory (always a plus). Didnt spend much time in there due to time crunch, but as of right now a 4/5. I got 4 items for $14, mostly tank tops. A little on the higher prices compared to other cities. Will try to go again soon for a longer period of time. Maybe it will change my rating, maybe not.

Unfortunately, they only had 2 leather jackets mixed in with the Light Jackets sexton.

I like this place. I never go here looking for anything specific to buy, but I always leave with 4-5 items every time I go. Cool to walk around and see all the random stuff they have that you never even knew youd want or like.

Great thrift

Prices have gone up...Used to go weekly...staff is no longer the same...Its obvious management has changed...Not a happy plave to go to any longer.....Once again prices are over the top...Very dissapointing....

Seems like there is new management trying to improve the store by raising the prices way to high, i been to this store for the last 4 months, but in the recent weeks prices really went up, please SAVERS dont forget all the items u get are donations, and i dont expect your prices to be dirt cheap but, but not like its been going these past weeks.

I was disappointed making the drive out here from Milpitas. We used to have one at our location before they shut down and their prices were competitive. This Savers, maybe due to the high demand, seemed to mark their prices higher than even Goodwill (Ive been to 10 different Goodwills in the Bay) so I spent a few hours and walked out with only 2 VHS tapes. Albeit they have a huge selection of items. If I were to compare this to one of my other best kept secret thrift shops, Id scavenge the other one over here in a heartbeat.

I cant help but be addicted to this store. As much as I try to only buy ONE outfit, I swear I got a weeks worth of outfits. I didnt have a goal to not wear the same garment twice in a year but.. pretty soon that subconscious goal will be met.

I travel quite far to give my donations to Savers! They treat the donations with respect when you drop them off and there are a lot of shoppers so that the charity really benefits! I always go in and find something I love and use the discount coupon they give donors.

This place is big , especially for a thrift store. Fairly well laid out , seems like enough room for a lot of people and not be all over each other. Huge selection of clothes for women and men but I noticed it was somewhat limited for the boys clothes. Maybe because there isnt much left of them to donate by the time they have finished with them. Anyway, they have a large selection of just about everything. Seriously ,there are quite q few electronics and household items most of which is reasonably priced. For the most part its pretty good in most aspects of shopping except I think the clothes are overpriced. I mean ,its used! But not so high I wouldnt buy some things. I would buy more if it didnt cost more than I think it is worth. Employees all seemed helpful and friendly. Its worth the hours you end up spending there.

FYI this donation center is closed due to smoke until further notice and has been for the past week apparently.It would be very helpful to update their voice machine message accordingly so that customers hauling stuff to donate would know that beforehand.

Had a terrible experience donating here. The guy who took it was very rude to us. He told us, they only accept things that are donated that are Pristine Meaning, we need to clean up and make it look great to donate so they can sell it. I will make you a deal, you pay me for my things and I will make sure it is pristine. I would recommend do not shop here and find other places to donate. I would prefer to throw things away than go back to this place.

A very rude person won’t accept our donation from us. Chairs and tables had few cosmetic scratches but in perfect usable condition. Felt very bad throwing it the dump but I had to return my rental van. If you have items find somewhere else not this place.

Visiting from Kentucky and was in awe over the size of the place. I grew up in the area and recognized the old Mervyns building. I picked up a few deals on jeans and a cute blouse. Lots of items to check out with very reasonable prices, especially for California. The cashier was very nice and the place was clean.

I like this thrift store it is sorted by color, makes a treasure easier to find. A little pricey for a second hand store but it has quality items!! Love the sales and discounts forRecycling!!

Amazing selection of shoes, purses and jeans. All in great condition. Friendly staff. The only downside is that theres always items scattered on the floors. Always worth the trip!

I give them a 2 star Savers started out great but the last year and a half it seems as though the items they have marked I have been locating for much less brand new at target Walmart and local stores today I saw a small skeleton for $8 missing a leg The greed and mindless pricing forgetting this is second hand not department store shopping

If you want to buy from a thrift donation store. This place is huge. Its like a department store with all types of items. Clothing all types and sizes. Some new, slightly used, and used. You just have to look through. I bought 2 new, and 2 slightly used shoes.

It is one the nicer thrift stores I have been to, although I wish the prices were a little lower. They have a rewards program. If you spend $100 you get a discount the next visit. Wish the rewards didnt expire after 30 days. Overall it is my favorite thrift store for now.

A wonderful collection of clothes and used toys. They r still pretty pricey for used goods but things like their board games r always in good condition!

A few items here are crazy cheap.My router died... Could not wait even for Amazon.While looking for computer shop... Went to savers.... Got 130$ working router for 5$.6 months it is working like charm.

Lines are always kind of long and the store is messy. However there is a wide selection of items. Prices are a little much for used items. Careful when donating items that you get a coupon worth what you brought. They will not punch the last hole making your coupon worthless unless you donate again.

I stop here once a week to explore the variety of wonderful things I have found. The fully stocked Labrynth board game for 5 bucks, the Clone Wars wheeled vehicle for $15, the At At for $20, books at a cpl bucks each, cups, Lego, toys, electronics, clothes and tons more. I always walk out with a deal.

It has a great amount of treasures, prices are low! So of course, great deals for people on a budget or being frugal. I made it in the last 30 min of the day before close up shop, and I plan on making that place a stop on my list of thrift shops to go to now, most definitely!✌

So much fun to just wander around the store. The front is all Halloween now which compresses the store but everyone is calm and patient. I rarely come out empty handed. Prices are starting to rise but the selection has grown. I go at least once a week.

Ive watched these prices skyrocket over the years... disappointed that this place is no longer a discount store. TWO DOLLARS for a pair of USED HANES UNDERWEAR is just obscene. I can get an entire pack of the same underwear brand new for less. Only idiots think theyre getting a deal here

This store is pretty large and has a really good selection of clothing and some furniture. And usually have really good deals for items. Each day different colored tags will have a 50% discount. If you are part of their rewards membership you can get certain coupons and early alerts about different sales. Every time that I’ve gone to the store which is pretty often, the employees are really nice and I don’t really have a hard time finding items. The only thing is that sometimes the fitting rooms can get really packed and on the weekends you have to wait a while to try on clothes so just be prepared and dress accordingly so that you can just try on some clothes in the aisles versus having to go in the fitting room if you ever go on the weekend when is the busiest.

Great thrift store that has a massive supply of items! Each time you come back you are likely to find totally new items. Savers also makes donations very easy and hassle free. You will also receive a coupon to use inside once youve donated so its a win-win!

Very good thrift store with a large, clean selection. Ample parking and they offer discounts when you donate, which is rare and excellent. :)Dublin is a pretty upscale area, so sometimes the prices are a bit high, but all in all, one of the better thrift stores around.

This is a huge place. It has clothing appliances Sporting Good items just about everything that you ever find in a home and for family living.Its fairly well organized but its still somewhat junkie in appearance. Most of the stuff is tagged or marked for price. You can find all kinds of kitchen appliances for $5 to $20. I went in looking for a cane for temporary use. I found one for $2.99.

Menswear section seems smaller than other stores but otherwise a good selection of merchandise. This must be one of the largest Savers in the Bay Area.

Savers is an awesome place to find clothes, dishes, purses, furniture, etc. Some of their plates were surprisingly overpriced, but their cups and coffee mugs were a good deal. I found some beautiful work clothes here for reasonable prices and some of it even had tags still on.

Cool, one pair of shoes was really nasty dirty. And it had a price tag in it.

One of more well organized and clean thrift shop locations Ive been to (as long as you dont go near the electronics area). Why buy new when theres stuff with lots of life left in it and youre keeping things from going into land fill.They always seem to have a wide stock of stuff, when the family goes in weve had good luck finding things we want. They do a better job at keeping the clothing sizes sorted than some of the local name brand locations (Im looking at you Sears and Target!). In general Ive had good experiences with the staff as well. Must more helpful, and generally more friendly, than some of the other thrift stores around as well.Tip: If you are going to visit take a bag of clothes or stuff to drop off. They will give you a discount on purchases made that same day if you come in with a good donation. Give some, get some.

Loved going here, great service not a member, got a vintage mechanical chiming wall clock for 19.99$! Great deal, I go online and see the same clock for 399$

Great selection of items here with stock that rotates frequently due to the large volume of donations that come in every week. Clothing, shoes, furniture, sports equipment, and many other items can be found here. There are also a few changing rooms. Some items arent in the best shape (broken, missing pieces) and would require a lot of fixing/cleaning, but still costs average/same price as other items in the store, so youll really have to look around for the best deals. This location is usually busy and bustling with both customers and donaters. You can do curbside donation. Customer service isnt that good, but overall selection and variety of items is good.

My favorite Savers by far! Although the two in Reno come close. Always fresh, different products, large, clean store. Great quality products. Nice staff. I live in Fremont, but make excuses to get over to Dublin or Pleasanton so I can stop in here and see whats on sale. Decent prices.

The store is large, stocked with some nice finds and the staff friendly and accommodating. My two stars reflects the pricing structure that the Dublin Savers store implements. For 80% of the inventory here - the cost is, in general way too high. You could argue that name brand clothes, quality tools and components that wear well with age and items in great condition reflect the price but Savers appears to slather these same prices on generic, overly used and overly worn products as well. I would love to see Savers staff put a little more effort into pricing products appropriately rather than relying on across the board pricing and using the internet and eBay to tell them how much a product is worth.
