GO TO TARGET FOR HELIUM TANKS, MUCH CHEAPER THERE. Over-all experience fine, customer service was okay and they had very basic party items... Not a lot of selection for Bridal or Bachelorette party items.

This is a specific thank you to the two ladies who were working the balloon counter, and the manager of the store -We had placed an order for some graduation balloons over mobile, but somehow it was placed for a store in Michigan instead (definitely our fault). When we went to pick up the balloons, not knowing this, the Dublin store of course didnt have the order.The manager was able to look up the order across all stores, find where it had been placed, and then he and the ladies were nice enough to fill the order in the next few minutes while we were there rather than us having to wait another two hours, which would have been completely within their rights.So thank you to those three people for fixing a customer mistake and being so polite *and* nice about it!

Nice and well organized store, courteous helpful staff, good bargains when you buy while on sale or clearance. We Visited this store twice, both times staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location on Sawmill road close to Sawmill road ext on I-270 on north side.

Their Halloween stuff was in short supply, but that is because it was August. Staff is awesome, will be going back.

Not a good experience. I was charged $18 for blowing five balloons and was told a wait time for 40 minutes when there was no rush in the store. Theres a big scope for improvement in professionalism.

Not much out of the ordinary just your commonplace Party City if you ever been to one you know that theyre pretty much copy and paste just different location. On another note I will add that one of the staff members was very rude an elderly lady who was trying to refuse the sale of purchase of a Barbie doll based on the fact that she could not find the price of it.

The store looked great! Two friendly employees helped me with what I needed. When I checked out the cashier was rude, not friendly at all. Although she did apologize for tossing my bag on the counter.

They had just what I needed to complete my frosty the snowman costume. The person who took my phone call even set one out for me at the checkout counter. How thoughtful.

I never usually take time to write reviews but my experience was especially poor. Went to get a couple things for a shower. My two year old was throwing a fit, because that’s what kids do. I’m 37 weeks pregnant so trying to move quick, I asked the front desk person, zac, for a specific foil balloon (twinkle twinkle little star) to which he immediately said they didn’t carry. I checked online before going and they did have it. As he continued to provide dirty looks for five minutes while I searched the list, I found the exact balloon I had asked for. He simply was not willing to help. He instead wished to stand behind the counter, glare and play on his phone. Completely unprofessional and rude. I will gladly pay more and give another company my business from now on.

Great store, clean, very poorly staffed. One cashier left to do the job of 2-3 people. Orders were forgotten, long wait times and not many customers on a Sunday morning. Customers that came in 20 min after us were helped and left with their balloons before ours was finished. Staff needs to work together better. I dont know that I would come here again.

Party City is good place to buy party stuff. But I personally feel, this place is little expensive than other stores. They have all kind of party stuff , so if you are ok to give little more money for party stuff in one place, then you can go there....

The skills one must have to throw a party combined with the population that encompass a city. yes this can be a dangerous one two punch but I was just window shopping and it was kind of fun.

3 hr wait to have balloons up on a Saturday morning was crazy. Had to go elsewhere. Still have good party stuff thou just be aware of the wait time on the weekends.

This location seemed really big compared to come of the others Ive been to in the past. However, it was very clean, and nothing was out of place. I was able to go in and find what I wanted without any complications. The only thing I will say is they may need a little more help on the floor. The line got really long, and there was only one person up front to help with both checking out and balloons.

This was a great place to get all the supplies I needed for my daughters graduation party. There were many choices and many different color schemes. If you buy a package of themed balloons they will fill them for free at anytime as long as you bring your receipt. There were items for weddings and birthday parties and other themed parties. The prices seemed very fair and the employees were friendly.

Score!!! I found a basket filled w 75% off graduation supplies which I thought they would have been out of. However, the other discount baskets were thrown about, things out of their wrappers, so much disarray that I just didnt go through it. The cashier on the other hand was awesome! So helpful and polite. I felt like she really enjoyed her job, which is rare these days.

I recently bought some Bubble Guppy themed decorations from here. I was impressed with the selection of themes. I will say some of the licensed products are a bit pricey. The party favor(junk) wasnt too bad price wise though. Over all the selection is really great.

The wait is ridiculously long for balloons. It is a very cool place but i dread going because of the insane wait. I have never waited less than 30 minutes for them to blow up some balloons. The workers do not seem to have any sense of urgency whatsoever. They were very nice but very slow.

The new location is bigger and nicer than the old location in Carriage Place, though its harder to get to. As big and nice as the store is, its horribly understaffed; when I was in getting some balloons filled, the cashier was the one filling the balloons--so she had to stop my balloons to ring out customers. Their selection is good, but the prices are significantly inflated (pun not intended) for a lot of stuff.

Quite a good selection in stuff for parties. You can just as good of stuff online on Amazon honestly but if you need it now you can definitely do it here at Party City

Party City has amazing selections of decorations, party favors, treats and accessories for any festive occasion. Plus its a great place to take our kids and let her pick out a toy as a reward for good behavior, without risking a full-blown toystore splurge!

Lots of main stream characters and birthday stuff, but not much in the way way of generic (Jurassic Park vs normal dinosaur print). Very specialized store (its in the name!) but with a price point reflecting it. You may find what you need for the price you want, but maybe not.

Recently came here to purchase Halloween costumes for my kids. I couldnt find a staff member, so I waited in line at the front to tell the cashier. He then radioed whoever was back there and then told me I could pick them up in a box at the back of the store. Then I had to wait in line again to check out. It seemed like such a poor set up and a waste of my time. I used a coupon, so I was pleased to get the costumes at a decent price I guess.

Staff was nice, but they didn’t have anything I was looking for. Like, plain yellow party hats for a kid’s party... also, balloons are cheaper at Kroger. I wish I would have just gone there.

Thus is a great place for kids party supplies. I knocked 1 star because service can be tricky and it is pricy. That being said they have a great variety of favors, bags, plates and utensils in every color shape and size.

Great merchandise extremely poor serice. Great banner maker but staff is unsure how the machine works. This is consistent at two locations.

Store was messy and it was hard to find enough party supplies in the themes my daughter liked. The checkout layout is narrow and laid out very poorly.

This place was ridiculously busy. For the first time I met an employee that was not very helpful. She was at the register and simply didnt seem to be in the mood. I bought a lpt of balloons. One entire dollar to blow up 1 balloon is ridiculous! For one set, my total was approximately $16 and $14 of it was helium. For a different set I was at 1 location and my mom was at another buying the same thing, I was charged for helium and she wasnt.. The sign said no charge but the employee I was dealing with was not changing her mind. I needed to get to the party and decorate so I paid the money and left.

Shop in store

Came to the store to try and find decorations, could not find an associate. Finally found one and they did not have what I needed, soccer decorations. Then opted to at least get soccer balloons. The line was a mile long with one associate working the cash register. The associate I found helped me get the balloons told me to skip the line and go cash out at a different register. The associate then left leaving the lone cashier and me out of line with no one taking care of me. Finally two other associates came to the front register I assumed to help, but NO just stood there. All the while ignoring me, who was told to get out of line. Needless to say did not purchase anything and left very upset.

Everytime I go there its because I checked everyother store for something they dont carry, but party city always seems too. I should start going there first. This location is always stocked and clean. There is never a long line because they always have multiple cashiers on.

Its great how many themes and color options for parties. One negative is how slow service can be at times.

Unsurprisingly, you can get any of the common themed party items (fiesta, bachelorette, luau, Disney, etc) pretty much any time of year. However, it is expensive. And at this Party City in particular, we asked an employee to get a chili pinata from aisle 6 or whatever. But she was basically incapable of either understanding or believing us and it took like 10 minutes to get one item. Idk if she was developmentally challenged and im being a jerk, but it was unbelievable how difficult getting her to grab an item we had already located was.
