Great place to buy name-brans clothes at great prices. Friendly owner and staff.

Went in to buy dress clothes. Bought almost $70 worth of stuff and before Camey would check me out said “ I need you to pull mask over your nose.” I had a mask on, with plexi glass in front of us. If making money for thr store is that important maybe you should just say I can help you here, instead of something petty that has been going on over a year. VERY RUDE of CAMEY. Will never shop there again. Management needs to teach her the right way to talk to customers.

Drove 40 minutes to shop at this store and walk in the door at 5:54 (tho king I have a good 2 hours to shop) and was told the store closes at 6pm. Very disappointing!

Love this store... employees are always so friendly and helpful. Beautiful clothes...reasonable prices. Best second hand store anywhere. Beats platos closet and uptown cheapskate hands down.

Change your hours on Google. Super inconvenient to drive all the way here and then you be closed.

I dropped off a basket of clothes several days ago. The employee seemed angry with me when I told her I didn’t have an appointment, saying, “Just so you know, we’re by appointment only.” I got a text a very timeframe later (maybe 10 mins) saying my order was processed. They purchased 1 item. When I got home, it was very obvious by the way I had folded the clothing that the employee didn’t even look at all my items. I had great brands: Free People, Banana Republic, etc. all in excellent condition. It’s just very frustrating when you spend time cleaning, folding, organizing, driving, dropping off, picking up, etc. for an employee to not even look at all your items. I had a great experience there prior so this was disappointing to say the least.

OMG!!!. What a great shopping experience....somehow this outfit came together piece by piece with the help of the employees. In fact they actually put this together. There are new tags on each piece.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by multiple employees. They showed me where to look for the size and shirts I wanted and within a half hour I found 6 shirts that actually fit great. Compared to an hour or more in the mall where I couldnt find anything that suited me. I will definitely be back to this store. Great customer service and a good variety. Thank you!

Great shop! Got my wife a nice purse and spent about 1/4 I would have (minimum) and it was quality. The lady working was nice and willing to accommodate a non-fashion expert like me!

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Allie and all the staff at this store. They are wonderful. This store, Compared to other clothes mentor locations, is so nicely organized and set up in a logical flow. The staff are great! Allie pulled all kinds of cute things for me and helped me to find a great outfit. Even if another clothes mentor is close to you, this one is worth the drive.

One of my favorite places to buy and sell. Even if you strike out (dont find anything) the staff is super helpful and polite. If youre looking for something particular this may not be the best spot, but for those of us who love a good deal or find this place is great.

This is one of my favorite Clothes Mentor locations... for buying AND selling! They dont buy everything, but they are fair & kind. (Kindness goes a long way in this business!) The store is big, bright, & well organized. Their prices arent cheap, exactly, but I dont mind paying a little extra for the quality secondhand items + positive experience. I drive nearly an hour to shop here.

Wanted to give me $15 for items that in total was over $100. Huge rip off / low ball offer. Waste of time. Told me it would take 15 minutes, ended up taking over 30 minutes.

Negative 5 stars! By far the worst store Ive ever been to!! I dont mean the pricing or selling to them. I mean customer service or should I say lack of! Rude sales clerks! Unless you come in wearing Louie or dressed like you have money you will not be treated well or at all. It was literally like a scene from Pretty Woman. My sister & I went in after work, as she wanted to sell items, we were told to hang out in the store & they would price the things right away. That never happened. We walk up an hour & a half later and no one ever even touched her bin of items. In that time I had shopped through the store and found a couple things that I wanted to buy. I waited by the check out for 20-30 mins before even getting any type of help. The ladies At the counter made sure to help people who wanted high price things out of the cases but never asked if I needed help. Then when someone finally did help she was rude as if she didnt want to. She asked for my phone number and I gave it. She responds so are you in the systems or what? Not sure what you mean. She then insisted I sign up for the rewards program. I declined and told her no thanks I wouldnt be back. She then, only then did she start trying to be nice. Im a very humble person so I dont need to boast my income but respect for all customers no matter how they look after a long day at work. Ill never shop there again!

Great store! First time there and got some great things. Nice sales people. Very well organized, very clean, upscale brands.

Employees were helpful and welcoming at this location. I really liked the selection, and the store was well-organized. I pointed out a small hole in one item that I purchased and they took 50% off with no problem!

Staff is extremely rude. Would give negative stars if i could. Would not recommend. Hopefully theyll go out of business.

I was told to wait in store for about 20 more minutes while they finished going through my sell. The only problem with that is that their boss kept talking to them keeping them from doing work. There were no customers in the store but they found it more important to talk about life and upcoming schedules that. To help the customers in store. I will not be coming back to this location because of the terrible service.

This location is bigger than the other two Ive visited. The staff was great. They asked a few times if I needed help or if I needed a cart. All of the clothes I tried on were clean and in good condition. Highly recommend this place

I used to love going to the place, but not so much anymore. I unfortunately can agree with the other posts about the customer service, its just not there anymore. I would stop in after a long day at work just to look around and if something caught my eye I would probably purchase it. But now when I go in its feels like an inconvenience. I get it, the public can be cruel and rude, but that doesnt mean the employees have to treat the next person like that. I deal with rude people all day long and the last thing that I want is to go to a store and spend my money just to get treated rudely. Ex. of my recent experience. I asked an employee about their hold policy since they are having a sell this weekend. The employee was somewhat nice in responding, however another employee over our conversation, walked over inserted herself and said, no we cant do that they dont even let us the employees do that and then said so the answer is no! Again very rude. So I will probably not be back for some time or ever and sadly I have several co-workers that probably wont be back either. I might try a different location. But I would rather pay full price somewhere else then to be treated like that. 😕

Really shouldnt advertise cash on the spot if you consider on the spot 2 days later and another 3 hr round trip just to sell.

Huge inventory of nice clothing and pretty well organized. Prices seem fairly high to me. They are however, VERY picky on what clothing they accept for resale.

This Clothes Mentor location is a little bit more middle-aged-rich-woman than the Henderson Road location, which can be good or bad depending on what youre looking for. You will find a lot of clothes that would be appropriate for a white collar job, and they had a decent shoe selection for 10+ foot sizes. I managed to score a size 12 pair of Lane Bryant pumps and a size 11 pair of open toed heels that should work for me.The selection of denim was not quite as extensive as Henderson Road, but I found another good to pair of 10 talls that I bought. Now I finally have enough jeans again! Gaining weight sucks.

The customer service my sister and I received was horrible. Had a associate just walk up to us and ask what are you looking for?. Not what can I help you find or is there anything specific you are looking for just what are you looking for.... other locations I have been to ate great.

I visited the store a few times and I like some of the selection of bags and accessories but to sell some things there is like impossible I wear great quality clothes and carry nice handbags it made me feel very uncomfortable to do business with them this has happened twice with my experience there I have a friend that said the same thing I will start shopping back at Gahana and Westerville its not out of my way there because I live 25 to 30 minutes from the store thought it would be convenient.

I would have to agree with Linda. The customer service was poor. I dropped off clothing to sell and was told to return in 30 minutes. I did; they purchased two tops from me and then returned my other garments. A dress they returned to me was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off 30 minutes prior. Needless to say I will not be going back.
