Not sure how a vehicle that we agreed to buy for 10900 turned into 11900 on the paperwork. Our bad for not looking closely, his bad for being a liar! And no the star wasnt tax tag and title! Watch them closely! Should not have been trusting of a car salesman thats for sure!

MUST READ AND LOOK VERY CLOSE AT WHAT YOU BUY FROM THEM!!!! They seemed like nice people and willing to work with me I asked if He trusted his kids to ride in this truck and he said yes! It was dark and I didnt know much about the truck well when I got home and the next day I looked it over in the day light and the front end was very bad I figured you know I got a used truck so I would b ok with the usual wear and tear. Then I found that half of the rear right brake rotor was missing? ??? And the solution to the problem was there GREAT Mechanic put vice grips on the brake line!! I called back and they said I will give u 100$$ back well I called and called and never got any money and on top of that stoped answering my calls and its not like Im just down the road I live 3 hours away! And I also had a oil leak and coolant leak well a week later found out a blown head gasket was blown SO $$$6000 ITS SAFE THANK U SO MUCH DUBLIN AUTO SALES!!!!!!!

If you want a car that functions, this is not the place to go. This is the epitome of poor business. The negative reviews on here are 100% accurate. Youll be sold a vehicle affordable to your needs, and end up spending double just for the repairs. You wont know about any of the issues because full disclosure is not something to be found here. The used cars they sell are either not tested when taken in, or tested and then jerry-rigged to work long enough to get your soul on paper. Youll complain to them and they act as a savior by saying they have a mechanic thatll fix the issue. Your car will be gone awhile and will be further destroyed. You will call to speak to the person who sold you the car, and they will suddenly be busy after asking so many questions, that they will call you back. They wont. My fiancée purchased a vehicle (more like a lemon) and attempted to speak with his salesman (will not post his name publicly for privacy purposes, but feel free to message me) about the issues with the car, and he said, yeah, thats out of my hands and into the mechanics. Bring it in and we will fix it. Cut to a week and a half later (shouldve taken maybe 2 days to fix including shipping of a part) with no communication as to any progress, and they said he could pick it up. Not only did the part not exist (their story changed to them ordering the part; the end. No installation), but they left things under the hood loose and unplugged. My fiancée was driving with his children in the car when it decided to turn off when he was going 70 on the highway. He was able to restart it and bring it to a gas station nearby where LUCKILY a different mechanic happened to be there getting gas, and tightened one thing so that they could at least get home. He (new mechanic) later ran a diagnostic test and it turns out numerous things are broken and jerry-rigged. After purchasing and replacing two broken things under the hood, it still has issues. Turns out the entire system is completely screwed, and according to our mechanic (who actually stopped working with Dublin Auto Sales), it looks as though somebody intentionally turned off the backlight that would indicate any issues (needs oil, maintenance required, wear your seatbelt, etc). He made it clear it couldve been previous owners, but also made it clear that they would have had a mechanic background to do a lot of these things, and that either way, Dublin Auto should have run a test when taking it in and gave full disclosure if they were so adamant on selling it as is. I personally have dealt with enough cars in my lifetime to know that the car that was sold to my fiancée as is is probably worth 700$ total. Which is less than the deposit put down on it. While all this was happening, I personally spoke with his salesman on the phone one day, and I politely asked a few questions regarding the car and was treated very rudely, hung up on, interrupted my sentences, said he couldnt do anything about the car, and promised to call me or my fiancée back. Not a peep. Youd find the same vehicles in a junkyard. They say they will work with your budget, and then just screw you over HARD. We asked around at a few places and at work if anybody had dealt with this company, and 100% of the people that had, had said their experiences were terrible. We are good people. We are gonna give them a chance to redeem what they have done, and legal action will be taken if they arent willing to fix what they have done. If my fiancée didnt happen to be in a lane where he could force steering to the side, who knows what couldve happened... to him, his kids, and other drivers. I will remove this post if they decide to fix this problem. I sincerely hope they read this. And I hope YOU reading this look elsewhere unless you just wanna be ripped off for junk.EDIT: It will not allow me to respond to the question owner has sent.Sales person was Bill.Fiancée got the run around just the other day. Was sent to both locations to speak with him, and suddenly no one knew where Bill was or how to contact.
