Noah did an amazing job making sure my car was in good hands with the mechanics. Everyone was extremely nice and by far knew what they were doing *including the mechanics*. They were also able to explain things to me in a way to my understanding,(because I’m not exactly a car person). Anyways, from the two times I’ve been there, I’ve had amazing experience. I even learned a new thing or two walking out. I had new tires put on my 2011 Acura TSX and it feels so much more safe and reliable. Not only with the tires being new, but knowing they were the ones that worked on my car. I do highly recommend taking a visit here when in need of getting your vehicle worked on. Especially if you care strongly about taking care of the wheel you’re getting behind of.

He spent time explaining in detail the work the Service Tech did, all the checks they reviewed. I felt very good about how I was treated and the work that was done.

Dallah was very helpful in the sale process and made it easy. James helped me get a better rate on financing than I was able to on my own. Highly recommend getting a car through them.

My niece went to this dealership trying to purchase a Fiat. She is new to getting credit, and not a very high credit score yet. I tried to co-sign for her, she was told to needed to get a better co-signer. I did not appreciate being called a bum in front of my niece, especially when I have 2 cars that have not a payment missed. Maybe I have had some credit issues but he dosen`t know my situation.GTM

Crown FIAT was a great dealer to work with on buying the brand new 2016 500X. I was greeted quickly by Avery McConnell who listened to everything that I was looking for and helped me compare and contrast the different packages and trim levels. I had done a lot of research about the 500X, but Avery was able to add some insight. Not only did Avery listen to everything I was looking for, he even put up with all my questions and took me on 2 test drives. You can tell he cares about his customers and works hard to make sure he closes the deal. Plus, I have to joke with him about this, the bonus bottle of water he bought me when putting gas in my new 500X was awesome... it really was. It was 90+ degrees and I was dying of thirst! When closing the deal, I also worked with Steve Looney. Steve worked to find discounts for me and we were able to agree on a number without a headache. He then went the extra mile and worked with me and my insurance on figuring out all the information for my new vehicle. It is so new, the insurance didnt even have the model in their system yet. All that was taken care of. Steve also worked meticulously on putting the front license plate holder on my car. I would have freaked out if it wasnt straight, and he was incredibly careful about it! Great work! He is also taking care of getting my new car detailed since the detail guy was off the day I bought. Finally, the part that no one likes... all the finance stuff! Things couldnt have gone any better though and I attribute it all to Ms. McConnell in the finance office! She made things quick, painless, and made the experience wonderful! All three people I worked with wee great and are real assets to the Crown company.

I had previously gone to another dealership in my home town; I had an awful experience. Truly felt pressured to buy, uncomfortable, and the sales person did not understand my needs. Everyone at Crown FIAT of Dublin was beyond helpful. My sales person Jay Gahm found me EXACTLY what I wanted with no compromises. Jay made the total experience so comfortable and easy. Every question I asked, I got a clear and upfront answer. Jay even took time on his day off to help me on his day off. Great experience, totally satisfied through and through!

We went one Saturday to test drive a Fiat 500. We really appreciated the patience that Doug Carmean had with us as he took us on two extended test drives - one for each driver. We experienced city roads, back roads and highways while he sat in the back and pointed out various features of the car. When I came back to order the car it was done fairly quickly and 8 weeks later we had the car exactly as ordered. We were away when the car arrived and they kept it inside the showroom and didnt have anyone test drive it during that time.We really enjoyed the experience. There was no hard sell - just answering questions and providing us options.

I contacted this dealership via their website to inquire about my new electric car. The website directed me to a texting interface, and the first person who promptly replied said that their service department would be able to help us and they’d have someone call us the next day. I didn’t get a followup and was in the neighborhood the next afternoon, so I stopped by. In person I spoke with reversed, and said they couldn’t service our 500e because they hadn’t sent any techs to be trained on electric vehicles. The dealership strongly advised against buying my electric Fiat and wanted me to buy a gas one instead from their lot. They suggested EV cars were impractical, no charging infrastructure around, etc. we have found chargers all over Columbus, Powell, heck even Reynoldsburg. The used vehicles on their lot weren’t priced. They were going to get some more used cars in soon so I left my card because who knows, right? Took about 2 or 3 days for an email followup that was a marginally customized form message. I eventually found a dealership in Zanesville able to handle my car and look forward to working with a shop that wants my business. It wasn’t awful, but I expected more based on my Crown Chrysler experiences which were much better.

From out of town,I purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 Abarth,almost entirely over the phone, and I have to say I had an excellent experience. My sales rep Don Meyncke was not only polite and professional but he was just great to work with. The sales manager,James Williamson, was a huge help in making this happen. I came here today to show my step father the Alfa Romeo Giulias. I spoke with Don (I think was his name). He came right out and greeted us. I told him right away that I wasnt in the market to buy a car just yet; I mentioned that when I come back, I might trade in my 335i. He still took his time and really showed my step father around, showed him the various vehicles. He spoke with us at length about the cars even though he knew we werent there to buy.He wasnt trying to sell us a car. He spoke to us purely as an enthusiast. And it showed. He has a lot of pride in the cars that he sells. My mom who has been a long-time Acura fan is convinced her next SUV will be the Stelvio. Meanwhile, Im pretty sure my sister would love the Abarth. It was a pleasure to speak with Don at this dealership, and when it comes time to buy a new car, this place will definitely be the first (and probably last) place Ill visit.

I went into Crown Fiat only thinking about test driving a Fiat 500 and a week later drove out in one! Jay Gahm, my salesman, was patient, friendly, very laid back and zero pressure to buy, buy, buy. I have been an SUV owner for 16 years and never expected to like the Fiat as much as I did and do! This was the lowest pressure sales ever and the easiest. Thank you Jay, because the other dealer across town that begins with a G and ends with an N has been less than desirable the two times I have purchased cars from them in the past.Jay completely respected my timeframe (I do not buy same day nor even next) and yet followed up, answered questions and provided us with additional information we had not thought of to help us make the best buying decision. I would recommend them without hesitation and Jay was great!

Just purchased a preowned 2014 Chevy Cruze LTZ at this dealership after shopping at a few other dealerships in the area for this specific car. Avery took my phone call today, set up an appointment right away, and had the car cleaned up and at the front by time I showed up for my appointment. Financing was a breeze, Steve was incredibly helpful. Both handled my car buying anxieties very well! I briefly met the financing manager Terry at the end of my sale, also a very friendly personable guy who made my experience great as well.

Worst service experience ever. The service rep was rude and aggressive and damaged my car! My new Fiat 500 was ridden with problems, many of them being the dealers fault. They did very little to help resolved the issues. Thankfully we have Ohio Lemon Law.

I have tried to reach their service department via phone at least six times including leaving two voice messages. I have never been able to talk to anyone outside of the receptionist. Must not be very interested in actually servicing Fiats.

Service department had car (2014 abarth) for a month to replace the turbo and reinstall some OEM parts diverter valve and throttle body. Then they gave car back didnt have restriction of warranty had to email them to get that done. Gas tank was empty warning light was on when picked up, going to gives us a free oil change. Interior of car was muddy upper door trim upon further inspection both front windshield a pillars are warped very badly showing they were removed and something with weight was placed on top of them, they want us to bring car back in to set if warranty will cover the a pillar covers. Also a HPSI Motorsport thumb drive and aftermarket air filter are missing technician did take care home so service manager denies responsibility. Whole interaction with Fiat from purchase has been a huge headache also car doesnt hold any value lost $8,000 the day it was driven off the lot.

I drive 40 minutes (past the other dealer in Columbus) to have my car serviced at Crown Fiat of Dublin. Anytime Ive needed parts for Enzo the Abarth parts were ordered promptly and available in a few days. I look forward to many years of continued great service at this dealership.

Just drove over 1,000 miles to buy an Abarth Cabrio from Crown Fiat.To find the exact car I wanted I went to the Fiat website and put in all of my :wants. I sent an email to over a dozen dealers explaining what I wanted and what I was trading-in.Steve Looney was among the first to get back to me. His was not a blanket reply that the others sent.Most others said Thank you for your inquiry. I will get back to you soon. Steves was personal and asked for more detailed information about my trade. Naturally, his was also the first with a quote for my trade-in.Steve also gave me the best deal, so we made the sale over the phone. The car came with more options than the others for less money. I drove over 1,000 miles to get my new Cabrio.I was met after hours by both Steve and Patrick Paddy Joseph. They couldnt have been more professional and cordial. The studio was the nicest I have seen; everything is first class.The deal was exactly as described. Paddy went over the features of the car including some hints and suggestions that arent in the owners manual. Again, the personal touch. I appreciated the full tank of gas for the trip home.There was no pressure to finance through them, although packages were presented at closing.After arriving home, some of the other dealers (all of whom are closer than Crown) are now getting back to me. Too late.I totally recommend Crown Fiat without any hesitation.By the way, I love my new Abarth Cabrio!

The sales person Patrick Jospeh was amazing . I would give him 5 stars personally but I was not thrilled with the dealership . I buy and trade vehicles as often as I change my hair . In my opinion this was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with . Well , not the dealership ....just the sales manager . He actually began raising his voice because I did not want to pay his asking price . Also , if you do not finance through them , the mgr will refuse to sell the car to you . Again , I would never go back unless I knew that he was no longer working there . If you do stop because they have a vehicle you are interested in , ask for Patrick . He tries to go above and beyond to help the situation .Also , ladies dont go alone . The sleezy mgr will compliment your looks and talk down to you the entire time . He told me , word for word females in todays society , think they have something to prove ....

I build a Fiat, POP 500c ,Rame-color, tan top, 5-spd, brown interior online the night before my visit to Crown Fiat. I wanted to show my husband what the interior looked like because the pictures didnt show well. My husband called and asked TIm what the cross street was to find the dealership (we had never been to the dealership), Tim was very helpful and gave us the cross street and we arrived within 5 minutes. Tim was busy assisting other customers when we arrived and Jay told us he could help us...we saw a Fiat Rame 500 without the soft top. I told Jay I build a Fiat, POP 500c, Rame with 5 spd transmission. He said we may have one inside...we walked up to the car I build the night before. Hook, line, and sinker...it was a test drive with Tim and we purchased the car...trading in a freshly serviced VW bug. I have had 3 VW bugs and I was unhappy with the new body style and began looking for another style of car...the Fiat is fun, has great fuel mileage, easy to park, and has all the bells and whistles...I love talking hands-free to my husband safely while I am driving. The safety features include seven airbags and back-up buzzer in case someone or something is behind me while I am backing up. Great feature! Tim as great, Jay was very helpful, Jody was amazing closing the deal in a few hours, Nick had everything packaged up neatly, and Tim completed the sale with final instructions on all the fabulous features of the new FIAT 500c, Rame with tan top, and 5 spd transmission. I am looking forward to the free car washes, 10 oil changes, 5 tire rotations, free roadside assistance, and putting the next 100K miles on the car I built...Thank-you for such a great experience!

Awful (non) experience. Filled out the online form requesting service but nobody contacted me... after 5 days decided to call in, but was put on hold and then told that the service manager was unavailable, and that all I could do was leave a voicemail requesting service. Absolutely ridiculous! Im going to try Berkeley, see if they actually service Fiats there...

They will work with you to a point...but like any cheap car company theyre too cautious with letting you experience their cars.
