Just purchased a 2021 wrangler at crown! We ended up ordering one directly from the factory with help from Roger. He walked us through each option and made the process super easy. Our original ETA was over 12 weeks- but much to everyone’s surprise- it arrived in just over 2 weeks. Update- after we got higher up involved, finally our vehicle got fixed this Friday, after 10 days of lost use of the car. Really wish the dealership could hold up a higher stand for the technicians and do the final checks like they supposed to.. expected better for this is an established dealership and had good reputation, dont let incompetent tech or short cut ruin it...My husband sent his Chrysler town and country 5 days ago to the service department, and it was supposed to be done yesterday, then it wasnt, we waited till this afternoon, and he picked up the supposed to be fixed vehicle, he barely maded home before he realized the car is not fixed , it has more problems than when he dropped it off. And its not drivable, almost caused an accident. my husband open the hood it was left a mess - very unprofessional service, we had serviced our car there before, never so bad..

Took my vehicle there to get serviced for a squeaking noise, I left it there all day until they called me saying it was fixed. I went up there and got in my vehicle, as soon as I started it, it made the same noise they said they fixed. The guy told me it was dealing with my starter, but because it has not failed they cant replace the part due to it being under warranty. I said it is failing its making a noise, he then told me that since its already documented if my warranty expires they will still have to fix it. I asked if I can have some paperwork stating that he said its in his notes and he cant provide that.A week later I received a call asking how my experience was, I told her what happened and she took my information down and said the Service manager would be calling me back, because that did not make sense. I still have not heard from any one, and that was July of 2021.

I try to give benefit of the doubt. Im a pretty understanding person. I took my car there a few weeks back. Picked up my car without having a single conversation with a single person there about what they had done to MY car. The one whom the vehicle is titled to, insured by, and paying for the service. The excuse I got was well your fiance was the ones whos name was on the profile. Wrong. I am the who set up the appointment. I am the who who called, and tried to contact them but they seem to only call back my fiance because he just so happen to call from his phone the morning we had my car towed there to check in while on our way to work. If you want poor communication this is the perfect place!

I went in here interested in the new Jeep 4xe. Jacob was quick to assist me, showing me all the great features. I wasn’t ready to buy quite yet but they (Jacob and Darius) managed to work with me on a payment I could afford and I put a deposit down to hold the car. When I came back to pick it up they had paperwork ready to go (as I previously explained I would be in a rush having my toddler with me). While I filled out paperwork Jacob pulled out some toy cars and played with my son so I could focus on understanding the deal.
