I was very impressed with Richs courteousness and thoroughness before he even had me as a paying customer. He took a lot of time to talk through things with me on the phone before even seeing the car. Once we dropped off our BMW, he took nearly 45 minutes to go through all of my concerns, went on a test drive, and explained history on known issues for my specific model / engine related to my concerns. As well, and I appreciate this the most, Rich was honest enough to explain what is and is NOT worthwhile to fix on a 10 year old car that has the use-cycle that ours does. I am happy to have found Rich and Performance Autowerk as I now know that I have found an honest and reliable BMW repair shop.

Evan is a MASTER at his craft! I have brought every car I own to him with outstanding results. HE truly cares about his customers needs and the cars he works on. Extremely honest and competent service. Evan has given awesome attention and care to my classic BMW M5 as well as our Mini Cooper and BMW Wagon. Always on time and always on budget. Evan also maintains one of the cleanest repair facilities I have ever seen plus he is super nice. The shop is also really, really close to a BART station so its convenient too.
