Been coming here since about 1999. 2 different vehicles. Dustin Literal has been my advisor for a long time. Crown always gets to the root of the problem. There is one time a particular problem took several attempts to diagnose it. In the end, they credited back any parts that werent the problem and I only paid for the actual troubled part. Shuttle guys are great. Service is excellent. Very safe location of town. It is a dealer, you will pay top dollar for repairs (we all know this already), but sometimes it is worth it to know someone that knows your car type well is involved and that they wont sabotage your repair or mess it up like Ive had others do.

I’m not a newbie to buying new cars. I say this just to ensure you understand this ain’t my first rodeo. I’ve bought new cars in the 70s which was super fast and easy. I’ve bought new cars now days. Which of course is kinda painful. Paperwork etc. I can honestly say, this was the slowest, most painful buying process I’ve had. The negotiations were over immediately. I already new what they wanted and what my trade was worth. So why the delay??? I think it’s to make you so tired of sitting there you don’t want to argue about extended warranties and gap insurances. I didn’t need gap but did take the warranties etc. It was so bad I doubt I would buy there again. On top of it, I’m from Pa so they couldn’t do the title work. I waited patient like I was told for the paperwork. But nothing. Days of phone calls after the T-tag expired I finally got someone on the phone who fedexed the paperwork to our title company. I’m going to say never again. But it’s a nice clean dealership.

I just bought my second truck from Crown. Each time it has been a pleasant, professional, and fairly speedy experience.This time I had the pleasure of working with Everett McSavaney and Cody. They worked together to get me a fair deal on a beautiful truck. They also helped with some aftermarket accessories. I know buying a car can be a hassle, and you have to negotiate, but these folks are friendly and really want to make long-term customers. I know I could go back in tomorrow and ask for some help and theyd be right there to make it happen.I want to add that Ive had the pleasure of working with Josh in service over the last couple years. I originally was extremely disappointed that my A/c compressor went out in my 2018 vehicle with 50,000 miles. I was told the repair would be over $1400 due to all the factors involved. That hurt, considering I had only purchased the van out of our lease a few months prior.I had an extended conversation with Ty Ramsey about the lower average cost and any way to maybe save some money. I was considering taking it to another place. We just bit the bullet and went ahead with the repair. Well to my pleasant surprise the Total when I came to pick my van up was $1156. That kept some $ in our pocket and I appreciate it. We have always and will continue to use Crown for our repairs. Thank you Ty!

Was glad that he made time for me and also recommended some places for lunch which were in walking distance. Work was completed in a timely manner and without any issues at all.

We bought a used Acura MDX in June. The front end of the vehicle started making noises A few weeks after. Several weeks passed before I took the time to call and have the car checked out. When I did, Alex Greenland had it fixed in 24 hours no charge, no hassle....only professional and excellent customer service.

Josh Ward took great of my car. I had a small oil leak and they were able to find the issue. (Oil was not leaking from spot were it was dripping). Additionally, during the normal inspection they found an issue with the brakes and were able to fix that problem before there was an issue.

I’m a shocked the service department at Crown is rated so highly. My experiences with them have been very subpar to say the least. Their service members are not very friendly or professional. They are rude and provide very little detail on what’s going on. Every time I’ve came in to receive service, I’ve had to wait longer than 2 hours and leave with my requests unsolved. I needed a new part for my Dodge Journey and it’s taken over 2 months to receive it and they still don’t have it. I suggest going somewhere else that is more worth your time. I’m selling my Dodge and will never buy a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler ever again in my lifetime.

This recent experience with my navigation system was outstanding. Ty Ramsey went over and beyond any service expectation I should have had. I am a retired financial services manager and had over 400 customer service staff. We were always challenged to exceed expectations. I had just had my vehicles oil changed two days earlier, at my local Jeep dealership. We were just starting on a trip out of state and just twenty miles into it, our vehicle overheated and we had to stop and let it cool down. Luckly we were not far from Crown Jeep in Dublin, Ohio, and Alex Greenland in their service department, was able to fit me in without an appointment. He found that the coolant cap wasnt properly tightened, most likely when the coolant level was checked during the last service. He was able to have the system flushed, pressure checked and the coolant replaced. Thanks to Alex we were able to get back on the road with minimal lost time. (Thanks Alex)

Always been a dodge fan, and finally decided to buy a brand new car back in 2016 (first brand new car ever, custom ordered and built) and they were on the ball and actually got my car ahead of schedule. been going back to them for the normal maintenance and recently decided to have them install the lowering springs on the challenger to make the car have a more aggressive stance and they did an amazing job with that as well. Dustin Litteral was the service rep i was assigned and he was on top of it the whole way, providing updates and status, building the anticipating on stating how amazing he thought the car looked, they always do amazing work, yes its dealership prices but its also dealership certified techs that know their product in and out so to me its worth that little extra. highly recommend going through them for car purchase and service, especially for a challenger :)

I was able to get an appointment the same day. Great service from Jesse Newland. On time and efficient. The only downside was the car wash. It looked worse coming out than going in. The back wasnt touched. You could see where the brushes stopped and the sides were smeared. But hey, it was free. Next time Ill skip the free wash.
