If you are buying tires they will behave well. But if you go for anything else like tire rotation or complaints with the tire, these guys show their real “customer service” .I have been getting tired from them for more than ten years for all my cars. Every time I go for any after sales issues, we founding them really below par. Some times I felt some discriminatory behavior too.This year i have finally decided enough is enough, I am switching shops.

Horrible experience. They guy at the front desk today is a liar. He said our tire could be fixed and even guaranteed that it could at LEAST be plugged. That was not the case when we got a call saying we needed a whole new tire! When we said what the previous guy said they acted like they didn’t take any responsibility and the guy at the front desk acted as if he didn’t say to us that our tire could be fixed. There was NO ownership of anything. We also called corporate on them. Horrible customer service and they are not honest. If I could give zero stars I would.

I am very disappointed after visiting this location. My vehicle had a vibration at highway speeds so I went to Discount Tire to get them fixed. They confirmed the new tires were defective and we ordered a new set which will be in the next day. So far things are good. I go to my vehicle and noticed 4 new scratches in the driver’s side fender, with in a foot of the same tire they removed from my vehicle and deemed defective. I spoke with the store manager Raymond, he immediately denies that any one there could have done this, and proceeds to motion how they remove tires from the vehicle. Raymond told me that it must have been from a car in the parking lot. After asking him what the next step would be, he replied with the remark that I am making him submit a claim to the corporate office. I replied that I am not making him, I am asking him. His attitude and demeanor was very off putting, as it was clear he wanted nothing to do with my complaint. After taking all of my information, he simply said Thank you. I would not say “Thank you” is the appropriate response. I am not thankful that my car was damaged. I would have expected an I am sorry or some empathy. I can see why there are multiple complaints for rude and inconsiderate staff at this location. I do not believe they are doing it intentionally; they simply lack the training and skill set needed to handle these situations.

Great service at the Sawmill Road store. Jason is the man. He helped me find what I needed for my vehicle, took care of unexpected problems, and went the extra mile to get the tires I needed. Super fast and quality work! These guys get it done!

I called a couple days ahead to set my appointment and they actually got my car done hours before they were to work on it. They are fast an efficient. I would highly recommend to go here for your new wheels and tires.

Rihanna Thursday ordered two Michelin tires price $580 promised delivery on the Monday following tires werent there totally be back in there maybe on Tuesday or Wednesday still didnt show up told me that they were do but they dont know went back on Thursday said well there any Kansas oh please but well get them into you before the end of the week if they didnt show up I was going to cancel surprise surprise I canceled they didnt show up and they didnt really treat me very fairly

Got off work early due to being over staffed. Cool! But then...received a phone call from my son that two of his tires had been knifed and he had to be at work in 1 hour. Not cool! He had tried to drive it not knowing it the two passenger tires were flat. As soon as he realized something was not right he pulled into a stop that was a tow zone. So much for early off! Discount tire on Sawmill Rd closes at 6pm. I got the wheels off and raced over. Arrived at 5:50pm. When Raymond (sales person 463) heard my story he quickly got both tires on the rims and had me done at 6:20. I have been a Discount tire customer for years, but service like this makes me a customer for life! Huge shout out to Raymond and his crew. You guys deserve a bonus.

We had a wonderful experience with this location. With all the uncertainty and cost that comes with replacing tires and the integrity of tire shops, this place was incredible. They helped us meet our budget on new tires, they were kind and courteous, and had our vehicle ready as promised. Great job! Brought in our Subaru because one of the tires had a nail in it. They patched it for free! Pretty minor service, but really appreciated. If it holds, it saves us from four new tires right now, otherwise we will go back because of the great service we get there.

Pricey but prompt service, courteous employees, good reliable work. Recommend that you make appointment in order to not have to wait extended times for your vehicle service.

My husband wanted to buy 2 new tires. He waited 25 minutes in line with only one person in front of him. The employees were just chatting, including the manager. It was 10:00a.m. When they finally decided to “help” him they told him his tires had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They said they called the manufacturer to check! Then they offered a substandard replacement.My husband called around and found his tires were available at many other places!We have been loyal customers for 20 years. The fantastic employees they had a year ago are all gone and the replacements don’t care at all.We will not be returning.

I have been there several times and the service was great. Last month I went there for a quick tire rotation and balancing, and paid 40 bucks out of my pocket because I didnt buy tires from them, which was fair. I waited an hour just to get my car serviced, it was a busy morning. When it was finally my turn, they called me into the service area and told me one of my wheels was bent. At this point they were still polite but after they finished everything, they called me into the service area again and just walked away without explaining anything. It was super awkward because I didnt know what to do. The guy who guided me into the service area just straight up stared at me and later I figured out they wanted me to back out the car myself. It was an incredibly awkward experience due to lack of communication and it was my first time ever moving cars in an automotive shop as a customer. Im not trying to be Karen on this but I think they could do better.

My tire pressure light had been on for a couple days and I knew I needed to check the tires. I happen to be going by the location on Sawmill Rd and thought I will take a chance and stop and see if I could talk one of the technicians if they could check the tires, but when I pulled in, this location had a large sign over one of the bays saying Free Tire Pressure check. I got out of car and one of the gentleman came over and checked and took care of all 4 tires. I was on my way feeling safe. It is awesome that the store offered this service. Thank you 😊

Dev was Awesome!!! I arrived at 10:00 for my appointment and he quoted me til around 11:15 but they were done early, fast and friendly service. The location is fairly busy but they always seem to be working hard and efficiently to get things done !

Josh and everyone else was great. I called around and have tried several tire places. NTW used to be the best. Discount tire is the closest to NTW. They are knowledgeable and have a system in place. Most tire places around town have inexperienced managers and help running the place.

Stopped into Sawmill Road location to simply get air in one tire. I was completely ignored. If it isn’t bad enough they had rap music turned up way too loud, one employee even appeared to pull his personal vehicle into the garage while I was ignored. I do thank them for preventing me from purchasing over two-thousand dollars worth of new tires from them.

Found a low tire light on my dashboard and stopped in, no appointment, @ the Sawmill Rd location. Was assisted immediately and diagnosed with a bad sensor. They immediately started the replacenent, did a free tire rotation at the same time, and I was done in one hour! Great experience!

I stopped in as a “walk in” and was happy with the professional service. I remained in my car almost the entire time to maintain social distance guidelines. They fixed the leak in my tire and didn’t charge me. I need to buy new tires soon and I’ll be sure to check them first.

Beware all customers! After going in for a seasonal tire change over this June 2020 I found all four of my take offs damaged from removal! There was a cut going into the center of tread on each tire in the exact same spot. The management at first denied any responsibility then a second manager 15 minutes later said the cut in the radius of each tire is unusual, and will do their best to look into the damage and helped process the claim. The claim was then denied for damaging all four of my winter take off tires! Now I am left to purchase a new set of tires this fall for my vehicle because I do not feel comfortable driving on the tires Discount Tire damaged! This will be the last time I use Discount tire for any service!

I just want to compliment the great service I received at the Dublin, Ohio store. I had purchased some new tires about a week ago and received great, quick service on that visit. Unfortunately, yesterday, I hit a huge pothole that blew out a tire and bent my factory rim. I went to the store and they set me up with a steel rim that I could use until I can get a replacement OEM rim. They also had to replace the tire with a new tire due to damage. They took care of me quickly and had to order the tire and they installed it today. They were super busy in the store, but snuck me in to do the quick change. As I was there, i saw the entire staff work like a well oiled machine. Everyone was super busy helping customers, but all working hard and working fast to get through all the customers. I was really impressed. Even with it being so busy, all the staff was extremely friendly and willing to take the time to help out each customer answering their questions. This staff could be used as an example on how to do business right! I will definitely be back as my other vehicles need tires.

Great customer service from Russ, Raymond and the whole crew. Their prices were the best around. Even though the tires I wanted werent in stock, they had them the next day. The price online was the same as the price I paid in-store. The only surprise was that they finished faster than they expected!

I went to get a price on tires. Talked to the salesman and told him what I wanted. He checked out my car and came back in. Then some other employee (never introduced himself or talked to me directly) proceeded to interrupt and tell the salesman what I needed. Said the same tires that I currently have are not available. Not true. I went to another discount tire and they will have them for me (if he had listened he would have known there was time to get them). Not sure why the staff doesnt listen to customers. In the past this store was the best. Not now

Giving 5 stars for the simple fact my car indicated low tire pressure and I was nearby Discount Tire. They checked my tire pressure not just on the one my car was indicating was low, but all four! And during the process they actually talk to you and joke around! This to me makes it seem as though they are treated fairly and love what they do! Kudos to the staff!

Classic bait & switch tactics used at this, & probably all, Discount Tire locations. One of my tires was losing air steadily, but it held air for half a day. Over the phone they said they do free repairs on tires. The manager in the store said they would need a backup plan in case the tire was irreparable. He said they couldnt put a bad tire back on if it was deemed by them to be bad & they wouldnt be able to put on my spare because it is over 10 years old. The spare has never been used. So my only option, if they werent able to repair it, would be to purchase a new tire from them. Seeing how they are using these tactics, I wouldnt trust them to not tell me my tire was bad (even if it were not), just so they could sell me a new one. I drove my car there, so the tire held air & I should be able to leave there the same way, as long as the tire still holds air. I will never go to this business again & hopefully my review turns others away.

Had a flat tire, driving on spare. Arrived 15 minutes before they closed, while getting out of car guy walks to door locks it, smiles and walks away. Mind you this is after calling 5 minutes earlier and told to come down they had correct tire in stock. Will never use their services.

So bought my tires here, and got the hazard ins. I have been back FIVE times for repairs because my job is so hard on my car, and it seems like Im constantly running over nails, screws, you name it. They always get me in asap, are always friendly and take great care. Cant recommend enough!

They use the latest road force balance technique for balancing tires. Very quick. Yet only charges half of what many dealers do. Though I didnt purchase my tires from them, they provided me with free balance and rotation. Unlike some other shops, work is done in open space so one can watch the whole process.

Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. I was impressed to be greeted outdoors, almost simultaneous to my getting out of my car, a friendly representative with a clip board approaching me as I moved toward the store entrance. I was happy my wait was actually shorter than the time predicted. I liked being asked if the wait time initially specified was acceptable. I was very pleased to have no charge for the speedy, efficient repair of my flat. The 2nd representative who returned my repaired car, a young Asian American gentleman, was absolutely professional and delightful. I was extremely gratified that my car was returned conveniently to me at the store door nearest where I would leave the store. This was a very positive experience. I love your service.

Much better than the Lewis Center location. I had ordered tires to ship to Lewis Center, when I arrived the manager claimed they were really busy and up to a 4.5 hour wait. There was only 3 bays being utilized and the manager and another employee at the counter with little to do. Call the district manager and had my tires shipped to sawmill rd. Tires were installed within 30 minutes of arriving.Great customer service.

Great service here. Suggest an appointment first thing in the morning and be there early. Even when I have had first call appointments Ive waited. People are lined up waiting to get in because they also take walk ins. So Im not really sure if the appointment is a gimmick or not but Ive heard them say your guaranteed being seen than versus a walk in. Decent tires and rebate/sale options. Ive always bought and had tires fixed here. I like the road assurance guarantee if you get a nail or a flat theyll replace for free-provided you buy the coverage when you buy the tires. Its only about $25 a tire. It has paid for itself several times in my case. Ive never used the dealership because they offered me a lesser tire for a more expensive price. Try this place.

This is a fabulous tire store. They offer free air checks, if you didnt buy there. I bought tires there without paying for the warranty. When I had a problem and came in, they offered for me to buy the warranty retroactively, saving me a fortune.

Selected tires and made appointment on line. Staff was welcoming and had all my info and tires available. Was not asked if I wanted anything else and paid what I was quoted. Had a small delay finding my fourth tire but tech came out and kept me updated about the minor delay. Great service with a friendly and professional staff

I bought a set of Continentals from here over a year ago, and they were ~$100 cheaper than anywhere else. After driving over a nail recently, they discovered the tire needed to be replaced and offered to cover it under warranty. They even gave me a loaner tire to drive on while I waited for my tire to arrive. Discount Tire has earned my business for life. With low prices and really good service, there’s no reason to go anywhere else.

Received an estimate from Tire Discounters and decided to spend some time comparison shopping. Discount Tire sold the tire brand & make that I was interested in for $43 less each-that is, $172 savings on 4. I was also given a 10% discount for military service!Oftentimes, your first impression of a business is made by the first person that you come in contact with and that sales associate was Taylor Hall (name obtained from business card):patient (not hurried), attentive, knowledgeable and informative. Spent time explaining tire tread and how it affects your driving and safety. Only con is that he didnt tell me that the road-hazard insurance certificates, for replacement and/or refund of purchased tires, were optional. I truly dont believe it was intentional or deceptive & its a good idea to have this insurance since the warranty only covers structural problems with the tires.So, I was told after purchasing the tires that they would be delivered around 10 AM the next day and they were. I was given an approximate time it would take for installation and they finished 15 minutes earlier than expected. The service technician that installed them (Chan) came to the waiting room to explain what had been performed and when I should return for a rotation.Another associate, Chad Seslar, also part of this exceptional team, further addressed my concerns regarding tire alignment, insurance and inflation.I highly recommend this business at this particular location and feel assured that service after-the-sale will be just as commendable.

I wish there was a negative rating. This is the slowest tire store I have ever been to. Plus they DO NOT take cars as they are in order of arrival. they take them in any order they want. It took over 3 and a half hours to get 4 tires put on. And 5 car were taken in front of us. New management maybe??????? Better trained help????????

For some reason it wont let me leave a review on their website so I thought Id share here. Whether I come here to get tires or just have them inspect a wheel because I suspect its leaking. I have always received outstanding service from the team here. I highly recommend this store, it swayed all of my tire buying or maintenance away from Tire discounters where Ive shopped for the past ten years.

I went to Discount Tires as requested by the Nitto Tire Company for a warranty claim. The assistant manager, Bill Gouty, did an awesome job dealing with Nitto for me and got all 4 of my tires replaced with a different Nitto model under warranty. Bill went above and beyond for me even though I didnt buy the first set of tires from them! Excellent service!!

Long wait but they were busy on Friday afternoon before Thanksgiving. This wait was 1.5 - 2 hour shorter than other places I called. Since I had bought these tire from Discount tires. There was NO CHARGE! They were courteous and organized and a little quicker than they predicted.

I called and spoke with Chuck on 12/30 and asked for the bottom number fully out the door price advising that I was actively shopping around. On 12/3 I sent my daughter in to get the exact tires/service I discussed the day prior. Apparently because she was a young girl she got there (not knowing that I called yesterday) and they charged her an extra $100 for the exact same thing. Even though I got a refund for the difference Im not sure I want to do business with a company who exploits those who dont know better. Its extremely disappointing

I was well over an hour late getting there from the scheduled time of my appointment. Everyone there was so helpful and nice and worked with me through everything. The level of service at this location has only improved over the years. Employees with great attitudes, knowledgeable techs that are able to give me honest answers, and they have always honored any service agreement I had for several sets of tires purchased here. Even dropping in without an appointment at lunch time, they got me in for a free balance & rotation in under 45 minutes and they were happy to hustle up and do it right.

Ive done business with Discount Tire for longer than any other company, pushing 15 years at this point. I just moved to Columbus and was pleased to see the company open in Ohio. I swung by yesterday just to see if they could get me in, but per usual, they were booked solid. However, they scheduled an appointment for me today and held the tires I need. Highly recommend shopping at this store. The employees and managers here are customer service pros.

There is a reason why these guys are my go to place for tires: Honesty. They dont charge you to check your tires and they will tell you honestly if new tires are needed or not. So yeah, they might lose a sale, but they gain a good reputation and a life time customer.

Ive bought three sets of tires here and been very happy with all of them. No problems at all. And they encourage you and remind you to have the tires checked, rotated, and balanced regularly, and theres no charge for that!

I had an appointment at 10:30am to get 4 new tires put on my 2011 Mazda 3. They told me it would take about 45min total. I started to get a little nervous when my car wasnt taken into the garage till about 10:50am. They were busy, so I wasnt complaining. To my surprise they were done putting the tires on 15min after it went into the garage. It was good to see employees at this location running back and forth, working hard to get their costumers back on the road ASAP. It was also pleasant to have no hidden fees when I payed the bill. Highly recommend this Discount Tires. They did a great job and were very polite.

Ive had some unfortunate luck with tires lately. One lost its seal and it appears another had a valve stem that went bad. Both times I came to this location and they were able to fix both tires at no charge. Other tire places wouldve been quick to simply recommend a new pair of tires, but these guys were honest about measuring the tread and recommending to repair rather than replace. They repaired the tires for free even though I didnt purchase them there. I will absolutely be back here when its time to replace my tires and would recommend others here as well.
