Ive shopped here years weekly spending lots because i love their organics and friendly respectful service. Today i was discriminated against by one of their female employees and will never shop there again.Buyers beware.

This place, this specific store does not follow or respect store hours. I drove with family to buy some ice cream. I parked in the Ralph parking lot around 12:48 am and my son went to the store, a few minutes later he came back saying the store was closed. I checked my cellphone and it was 12:51 am. I walked to the main door, I knocked the door, to ask why they don’t follow store hours. Four minutes later. A man, bold, un his 50’s approached to the main door and said that it is what it is and at this moment, technically it was not possible for me to go inside the store to purchase in two minutes. He closed the door and walk away. I hope this market hired a manager who can follow store hours/policy. Terrible experience considering that it was late night and we end finding out Ralph does not close at 1:00 am instead according how the manager feels.

Mark is amazing one night I was having trouble at the self check out, Cathy said well Im sorry didnt help me was rude left me talking to myself. Thanks to Mark I will definitely come back great employee.

Ralphs is my favorite grocery store. A lovely environment and decent staff.. but...The scales at the produce section measure in Kilogeams (Kg) and not in Pounds (Lb). I have basically gone and basically under-weighed my produce to only be charged more at self-checkout in pounds rather than Kilos. This is fraud to the consumer, I have brought it up to an employee but he seemed indifferent to my complaint.We do not use the metric system in the U.S. for the majority of our products, I dont care what the excuse is, its pretty infuriating that most people do not know this issue.Would be a 5/5 stars, but this is unacceptable.

We bought prepaid visa for the kids Christmas gifts and today as they started to activate they were told that it was zero balance. drained out at a cvs in burbank the next day after my original purchase.. be warned of the scamsTo my surprise 3 $100.00 gift cards empty

I never knew Super Maket Sushi could be so delicious. Ask for Danny and see if you can tip him. I couldnt, but I wish I could. He is an amazing sushi chef. He could have a restaurant of his own if he wanted. Thanfully he is here, and we can enjoy his craft at a portion of the price. If you see him ask for recommendations, and he will recommend, or make the best options. I WILL BE HERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK! Mark my words!Oh yeah the market is good. Well organized, fresh veggies, great wine,, fish and beef options, etc. I just wish they would carry more options for soy chorizo chorizo like Reynaldos or something alike. Ralphs is great!

Wonderful service! I enjoyed how beautiful the store was, and clean! Eric helped me pick my produce, and was so nice about it. Then Harley helped me in the self check out Lane, and was so fun to talk with. There was an older gentleman working in the other than, that also told me have a wonderful day. Im so impressed!!! The lady in the fish/meat department was rude, everything I tried asking was 1 answer, and she wouldnt even look at me when I was talking to her.. I later asked when the meat cutter was normally there, her answer was(again didnt even look at me) tomorrow please give her bagging or fetching the carts, because she doesnt need to be in customer service. You could tell she hated her job! I will not return to this Ralphs, Ill definitely go back to the other location on Firestone where you get great customer service.

Good pizza not enough selection of toppings. I also feel like they dont put that much on so you have to ask for extra. They were friendly but we got a new guy and he burnt the crust so be careful.

A bit confusing I dont know why the cashier asked me to show my receipt to someone else after he charged me. Ive never had that experience before. Now Ive gone from five-star to a one-star. No thanks to the inconvenience and unnecessary extra step.

I called the deli thirty mins before asking if they had hot Mac n cheese and she said yes. I approached the deli asking about it stating I called earlier. The young lady then asked me about the number dialed. I told her 562 one and she then said oh thats this location. The lady on the phone lied to me. Thats bad customer service. She could of just said she didnt have it. I wouldnt have made a wasted trip. Its disappointing when theres no communication amongst the staff.

One of the smaller locations yet more convenient as its located near the 5 freeway. Produce selection is much wider and quality surpasses that of the Firestone Blvd location. For better or more personal service I recommend this location.

Wasss super rude the workers made me cry and I am a sixteen year old I can’t believe they did that to me they started acting like smart a$$es just because I said I’m gonna ask where the mochie ice cream is I really am hurt because the way the two ladies treated me I felt embarrassed and really sad. I went to my car and had a mental break down because I have anxiety and they really did treat me bad. They were being super rude I hope no one ever attends there ever again.. what sick people have the nerve to treat others like that I am still frustrated and hurt....

Clean. Thats all I can think about after running out of a food 4 less. Bit higher prices but Im happy to pay if it means a clean store with no homeless in the parking lot

Ive got to say, this Ralphs is a solid store you can depend on. Ive been a customer for almost 40 years. The staff really have integrity - it is reflected in the cleanliness of the store, the organization of the shelves and produce, as well as the level of customer service they extend to their patrons. Another thing Ive noticed is that they seem to make it a point to hire our local youths. Based on my observations over the years, these future leaders of America are picking up that same level of integrity and work ethic Ive seen in their mentors. Its a good thing to see and it reminds me of the Downey I was born and raised in. Always a pleasure.

Clean n orderly...d one thing I find irritating is all d stores have different layouts. Wouldnt it be convenient if u pop in any branch n find an item quickly if all d branches have d same layouts?

I only go here when I absolutely need an ingredient in a pinch. Everything about the store has been going downhill staring from the cashiers, products, and even the shopping carts!Cashiers who used to be friendly and welcoming have been replaced with bitter old people, or young uncaring kids.There also used to be the smaller shopping carts available, but greedy people in the neighborhood have stolen all but 2 of which are never available. Could have done better policing of these carts.

I Love how the store is always clean organised, great sales on flat meet, organic chicken and much more ❤️ Ralphs also mail me coupons ; yesterday for the first time since they moved most of the old crowd of workers and replaced them with young ones, I was very in pressed with cashier Sal, he was very friendly, helpful and professional in doing his job. I usually like cashieri that had been there for years, the older crowd, because they were always very friendly and with excellent and professional customer service. Good customer service, having patience, respect towards customers and good product on sale ,, not spoil meets; specially fish, are very important so customers keep coming back for more. Thank you Ralphs for helping the community in having great sales.

Well checking out cashier Kathy was very rude had no patience with me will I was helping my grandson. I had WIC coupons and I feel like I was being treated like a low class person. She didnt have eye contact with me when my transaction was done and I payed for my items, she did not even say By have a nice day. Its so sad to see people working for your company to act like that with your customers. I dont know if I would shop there again.

I came to the store to buy beer the lady asked me for ID so I told her Im 40 years old and shes helped before at least 40 times in the last 4 years and she said that I needed it ID so I went to the car and brought my ID and came to her, another lady was purchasing wine and she didnt asked her for ID so then I asked her why she didnt asked her and said that she knows her so I asked her I wanted to talk to a manager and she said she was the superviser and that she didnt wanted to sell me the beer.Her Name is Elizabeth and shes the superviser I couldnt believe the way she was treating me I dont know if its RACISMS or she doesnt make enough money so shes unhappy at her Job .... Feel Bad For HER.

The Manager at this establishment is very rude and not professional. when it came to helping our customers, he was unwilling to assist in any way possible.

Always find what I need....and they already have pumpkins....its the season already????....but this store...the area around it is under construction...avoid it during rush hour and a McDonalds is there as well so traffic can b MONSTER!
