Big shot out to Dena and Yonan! They did such an amazing job! From the help of picking out flooring to the technicians installing our flooring very professional. The guys wore masks the whole time in our place! I would highly recommend to family and friends!

My experience at Yonan was fabulous! I needed new carpet for my master bedroom amd foyer. The sales staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me the highest quality and helped me to stay within my budget and get great looking and long wearing carpet. They listened attentively and helped with design questions. The installation crew was timely, friendly and cleaned up everything. They helped moved the furniture and went above and beyond.

Dave Coulam and his team came through in the 11th hour as we prepared our house for sale. Everything went smoothly which feels pretty rare for us some days. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable about his field and was able to help us come in a little bit under budget. We loved him so much we invited him back out to replace the flooring in our new house!

Issue with seams after a year. I sent photos in and got the reply;It just looks like they are small snags in the carpet. Thatwould not be considered a manufacture defect.The best thing to do is just trim them with a pair of scissors. Do not pull them because they will run the length of the carpet.During purchase and on site visit I specifically discussed potential seam issues, I was assured there would be no issues.

We saw many wonderful oriental carpets at Yonan, and were particularly taken with a small Karastan on display. Unfortunately, we needed it in a larger size which was apparently no longer being made. Our salesperson conducted an extensive search, and located one in a warehouse in another state. We appreciate all the special effort that got us our perfect carpet!

Yonan Carpet One installed solid oak floors in my family room and dining room. They look stunning! I get compliments from my neighbors all the time. The two men that came to my house and installed the flooring were very nice and very professional. They let me choose from a wide variety of stain colors and then took it from there. They told me if I noticed something later, to just call and they would come out right away and fix it, but I havent noticed a thing I didnt like. Wonderful experience - I would highly recommend them.

Ok. Lets start with. Store was laid out grate. Lot of nice stuff, but if your not to clean and wearing fancy clothing or expensive watches they will not talk to you

My expierence has been terrible. My carpet is defective. I firmly believe this carpetwould be considered seconds. All you have to do is walk across it and it pills, little balls of yarn everywhere. Each time I vacum , I have a canister full of yarn. Theowner David YONAN WILL DO NOTHING, EVEN TOLD ME HE WAS TAKING LEGAL ACTION against me. HE WILL NOT stand behind what he sells. Myinsurance co paid over 4,000.00 for this garbage. I have a small house this wasfor living room,dining room and hallway. I feel as if I have been ripped off, by a manwho should not be in business scaming people with defective products.
