Excellent customer service and timely delivery. I use auto delivery/pre-buy(winter season) and have never needed to worry. Annual maintenance technicians do a very good job. Customer service reps and managers are attentive to customer needs and very helpful. Been a customer for over seventeen years now and was treated very well . Highly Highly recommended

The most tone-deaf, disgusting company Ive ever dealt with. A loved one dies and they harass us when we dont even have control of the estate. All over a yearly maintenance fee for property we dont yet own.Unbelievable, awful people.

Our furnace stopped working on a cold, cold night. I called the emergency hotline and Bob, an on-call service tech, came to our rescue. He was able to get the unit working and restore heat to our home. My family and I thank Bob for his service.

Do not use this company, they are rude and love to rip you off. There are other propane companies that will help you out for cheaper. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!!:)

I’ve found their delivery service for oil and propane very satisfactory. When we had an issue with our furnace, the service was prompt and the technician had what seemed to be a specialized part right on his truck. He was in and out in an hour.

We bought a home and interviewed 5 companies on their policies and then got estimates on work from 4. DF Richard came out on top. They were slightly more than one company, but there policies and timeliness made them the winner. They were the only company to provide the estimate without follow up calls. All the work was done timely and professionally. They did follow up calls and the service for fuel has been seamless.

Dave is an incredible member of the DF Richard team. He made sue we had our heat up and running before he left, which was a challenging process. He was personable and informative. We are so grateful!!

I had them for a few months, but their prices were too high. They over promise and under deliver. Their delivery driver also goes 50 in a 35 down my street with tons of kids out, not impressed.

I bought a house that was already being serviced by DR Richard. Their customer service has been excellent by both the people over the phone and the techs that have worked on my furnace. I feel like they genuinely care which is not an experience that I feel often these days with companies.

Had service with them for about a year, frustrating experience all around. Deliveries were and not on any set schedule. Billing System was a mess, paper bills often did not match online system. Saving Grace was that representatives were polite, and very helpful.

I had 2 boilers installed in 2 units as well as converting propane 2 oil for hot water. The best decision we ever made. Beautiful work, efficient and very professional. Thank you for the wonderful job you all have done !!

Buyer be very aware! This company will RIP you off and then harass you AND your family. They will call u constantly. Require a security deposit?? Never in my 50 years and owning 2 homes, have I EVER paid a security deposit. We paid an UNGODLY amount for our propane over the past 8 months and I dont TRUST their readings at all. I would never use this company and wasnt even given the choice when we rented our current apt! We will be MOVING because we cant choose another propane provider. Absolute most unprofessional utility company Ive ever dealt with. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Always great customer service

We recently purchased our new home and the gas supply was by DF Richard. When we moved in we discovered the furnace was not working properly and called to have it serviced. The service man was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem. After inspecting all our appliances he suggested we have our fireplace serviced as well. A couple months later we had the fireplace serviced, but the service man broke the pilot light and had to order a new one. We were shocked to get a bill only days later and had a broken fireplace for a couple of weeks. We felt that we had to chase down the repair and didnt want to have you pay for a service call that didnt happen. We got the fire place fixed and it works perfectly! After calling a couple times DF Richard made things right with the billing. We were very happy they worked with us.

Have been customer for more than 40 years never had better service ,never ran out oil, always fixed any issues regular tune up prompt service texts always polite and fix right the first time tune up or repair things do break not there fault stuff wears out I highly recommend DF Richard a loyal customer. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I ran out of K-1. (my fault had cked the tank ordered a delivery but was a day late) the oil company that I was dealing with was of no help. I spent the day calling companies. The local oil company in my own town was of no help. D F Richard was kind, pleasant, and caring. The ladies I spoke with ( Dottie, Nancy) helped me set up an account right away. I had a delivery truck at my home the next day, and on top of it all the owner himself came to ck the tank and cked my furnace to make sure it was working fine. I am so pleased I was able to find these wonderful people. Thank you! Thank you! Come to find out they were not taking on any new customers. I call that ABOVE and BEYOND! Highly Recommended!

Very disappointing... after 23 years as a faithful customer, D. F. Richard refuses to service my heating system. I am a new snowbird and my tenants bought their fuel somewhere else. Ive been loyal, but where are you when I need you D. F. Richard? Thanks for having my back!

DF Richard is truly a great, family owned company. I called three other companies to quote me to replace my 30 year old HVAC system. Two of them spent the time to come to my house and NEVER sent a quote along. The other took over a week to return it. I had my quote in hand from DF Richard the SAME DAY! We scheduled the install and it went very well. I am beyond happy with the new systems. My house has NEVER felt better. The staff were amazing and the service is truly top notch. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of headache and call these guys when you need HVAC help, service, and gas/oil. Youll be very glad that you did. Dan, Dave, and the whole crew are true professionals.

Scammers!!! Sends two different bills every month with different totals. Stay far away!!

Their techs mistakes have left a senior citizen in Raymond NH with no heat or hot water and they refuse to fix it! Horrible company!!!!

After being a customer for 35 years, they want to charge $495 just to retain a 25 year old tank because we didnt use the amount of fuel they wished we had.

I have a propane account with them and have used them to install equipment at my home. When I ran out of heating oil, they would not deliver oil because I did not have an oil account with them. I will be terminating my propane service and using someone who actually cares about their customers.

Came one day got nothing done was suppose to come another day never showed and never called then I had to get ahold of them said they couldnt make it for another four days just to move the propane tank moved
