I visited to have my regular service having my oil changed and tires rotated. As usual I waited and everything was done in the allotted time. The service writer was very cordial and helpful and explained all details of the service as well as informing me of Nissan suggested additional maintenance.

Prices are very high. Needed brakes and rotors. They wanted $1800 wow. Got the done at another shop for $700. Dont buy a battery from dealer either. They added 1 hr of labor to the cost of a car battery.

After they sale you a car the respect, dignity and customer service is out the door. I started having minor issues with my car about “68” days after I made my purchase. I took the car to Hertrich and was told the total to get one of my issues fixed would cost $500. To sale me the car they were nice.After the sale is made management along with other employees are awful and unprofessional. Great customer service needs to be displayed all the time when dealing with customers. Hertrich employees clearly know nothing about good customer service.Update: Brittany called me two days after my leaving this review. I explained everything in its entirety to her. She told me she would forward my information to the dealership manager and he would get back to me. Unfortunately, Brittany is a liar. To date, today ( 9/4 /2021 ) and after several months no one has reached out to me regarding anything. As stated, they all exhibit poor customer service.

Sales agent was courteous and knowledgeable. Told me the different options related to the S, SV and SR Sentras which helped narrow my selection. Had enough selections so I could find a car with the right exterior/interior for my liking. Got a $500 incentive bonus also. Discussed financing options for my consideration. Got financing at low interest fixed rate also. They even delivered the car to my house since I couldnt get another person to come out with me while I completed the paperwork. P.S. The financing agent was the same one who handled the financing for my daughters car a month earlier. By the way, the sales agent I worked with was Marcus Poland. Count me satisfied.

I am very meticulous about my vehicles and I brought my 2019 Frontier in for a LOF and tire rotation. I had an appointment. I was taken immediately upon entering the garage. Amber the Service Adviser had worked with me previously and again was very polite and accommodating. She took my coupons and gave me the best deal I could hope for. The work was done in short order and I am very pleased.

I must say the customer services was exceptional. My home dealer is actually the Lincoln dealer down the street. Mike helped me initially and he definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and was the one who referred me to the Nissan dealership. I was skeptical that the customer service would not be the same as Mike when he sent me over to the Nissan, but to my surprise Deb’s customer service was just as exceptional as Mike. Rob even did a good job at explaining his assessment with my car.....I was very pleased with how they took care me and I hope that they get the acknowledgment they deserve!!!!!

My car had a 45,000 mile service, Amber Ferrer did a complete walk-around of my Rogue, and came back into the waiting area and also mentioned the “sulfur smell” in my vehicle. The smell was identified, my battery was changed, and I was made fully aware of any concerns that needed addressing, and ended up spending less than I had anticipated.I received excellent service all around, including the complimentary car wash!

LYING DEALERSHIP!!!Do not expect this dealer to honor any deals through true car. I got a true car deal from them on Sunday. I then spoke to them to confirm all of the terms on the phone. I had an appointment to pick up the car on Thursday. The dealership is over an hour drive from my house so I wanted to make sure they agreed to the terms and they said yes over the phone. Once I got to the dealership on Thursday , they said they would not honor the deal. They said because of the shortage of cars now due to the chip shortage they will not honor deals on true car. Because they can now charge more.Did they not knows this four days earlier when they agreed?This dealer should be penalized by true car to not allow them to use their service. Go to another dealer that treats customers honestly.

At first i wasnt satisfied with the service, but then the manager made every effort to accommodate me and satisfy my concerns. I was interested in the safety features of the Altima SV like blind spot etc.. Thoroughly enjoy the Apple Car play and the display. Wish it had the around the vehicle camera like my wifes Rogue, like that feature. But overall Im satisfied with vehicle.

We came in for 30,000 service. We reached out beforehand as we thought some of items may have been done in last service as we are watching our finances as my husband has been out of work for 10 months due to the pandemic. They let us know that only the cabin filter would be needed. When completing oil change and tire rotation they let us know the cabin filter still looked well and could hold off till next service. I appreciate the honesty on letting us know rather than just changing it when it didnt need it.

My experience at this dealership is satisfactory so far. I purchased a certified used 2013 Pathfinder last week. The sales guy (Winston) was very good. Next, they introduced me to a pugnacious brat to complete my paperwork, who throughout the entire signings... was stuck in attitude heaven. Paperwork got done somehow and i took possession of the vehicle. Three days later, my pathfinder wouldnt start. Towed it in for repairs and waiting...Hopefully it all goes well. might subsequently update my review depending on experience.Update:As expected, my car was repaired and functioning as it should have. Also, I appreciated the manager reaching out to me concerning the issue mentioned above. Its always important to maintain a decent relationship with customers and everything seems congenial going forward. I hope it can remain so.

Sales is great, service is a scam. Walked in knowing exactly what I needed, told the service advisor who basically said Im not qualified to know what I need. Little does she know I worked as a service advisor for years so I know a few things. She told me that if they just do what I want they cannot and will not guarantee their work which Issac the assistant service manager said was true. NOT THAT THE PROBLEM MIGHT NOT BE FIXED BUT THAT THE WORK THEY DO WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED. Wow! Who runs a business like that? I recommend you go jiffy lube before getting your service done somewhere they cannot guarantee their own work.

I asked to have my car diagnosed for potential catalytic converter failure. In addition to the diagnosis work was performed without my authorization (replaced a brake switch for a recall), and the work was done improperly causing the cruise control not to work. The service writer told me that the cruise would not work with the check engine light on. He was wrong, and after arguing with me about it realized he was wrong and apologized.Performing work on my car without authorization is a violation of my right to choose what work is done and by whom. It should have been discussed with me and my authorization requested. That your technician installed the part incorrectly, thereby disabling my cruise control is reason for concern. That your service writer chose to engage in an argument with a customer when he clearly did not know what he was talking about is also cause for concern.

Your parts and service was willing to go completely out of their way to help reprogram a Infiniti key faub which we thought was lost. Were from Chesapeake Virginia and had no way of getting a replacement. Porter Infiniti of Newark NJ offered to deliver faub next day. You have an outstanding staff. I came there for service but your mechanic refused to service my car, claiming that my oil pan was damaged and he wasnt going to change my oil unless I pay 350 for a new oil pan. Well I had a mechanic look at my oil pain an there wasnt any damage to it. Only a scrape from where it looks like it from a tool to unscrew the cap. Seems like a SCAM to me... I dont think that was good Customer service. I came fora 75.00 oil change and they try to pull a SCAM on me for 350+. Im not stupid. I guess I will be going somewhere else for honest service!!!!! Maybe another location..........

PLEASE NOTE: Management active in responding but months later no response to this review.We were pre-approved through Capital One. We found a vehicle at another location which this dealership had transported to their location for us (much closer to our home). We came to look at it, and even though there were some minor cosmetic flaws inside and outside, overall it appeared to be a good fit for us. They agreed to give us more for our trade than we owed for it, so we agreed to buy the newer car. The detail shop cleaned it up, and we took it home. We had to return the next day to sign paperwork because the finance manager was not present.Upon getting home, we realized that the detail shop, when removing the other location’s decal on the liftgate, dented the liftgate. My husband removed the Hertrichs sticker (which was placed higher than the old decal) and noted a nice sized gouge. They damaged the paint/door trying to remove the old decal and attempted to cover part of it with a sticker, quite obviously placing it higher on the door than where the old decal was attached.When came in the next day to sign paperwork, it was to be financed through Citadel. I repeatedly stated “only Capital One” in correspondence with the salesperson and in person. We included that statement on our preapproval form they told us we were required to sign. (A coworker told me that if you already have preapproval through your own bank, YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT OR SIGN THIS FORM. Prospective buyers please do keep this in mind; I was unaware.)I mentioned this to the manager, who was immediately defensive and honestly quite aggressive. He repeatedly said: “I was just trying to give you a better deal,” as if I should not be upset that they QUITE intentionally disregarded our clear direction because it was for *our benefit* - supposedly. He also repeatedly said: “I’m sorry you feel that way,” which is in every circumstance an absolutely insincere, FAKE apology. Every word he said was evasive, defensive, and sought to avoid responsibility for deceitful and dishonest business practices. He demonstrated absolutely ZERO active listening and assertive communication skills. Not once did anyone offer/attempt to start the paperwork over with the PROPER bank. They kept insisting that we should use Citadel because “80% of our customers finance through them” - surely they do, if you get a nice kickback from it.We also pointed the damage to the liftgate. They “investigated” and were supposedly told by the staff at the other location that the gouge was present BEFORE transport. My husband does auto body work and went over the car with a very fine tooth comb because he pays particular attention to small details. He found problems the average buyer would never think to recognize. Why on earth would be NOT notice a major gouge? We could prove nothing because no one had pictures of the vehicle before (again, supposedly) because it was a fairly newly received trade. We asked for our own trade back and left the newer vehicle with them.After thought, we decided we would still buy BUT finance through Capital One. As I said, my husband does auto body and will probably fix it better than anyone else, including the “dent and scratch guy” they were going to pay to do a cheap, relatively temporary fix of their negligence and incompetence. I told the salesperson we only wanted Capital One. After work, we went in to sign. The paperwork was still for Citadel financing. We refused to sign and stated again that we wanted Capital One. The finance manager claimed to have “no idea” of this “change” and was pretty upset over the last minute work. We found that we had a low rate AND saved $7/mo financing through Capital One.I expect nothing better from Hertrich, whose reputation is well deserved.tl;dr: If you can get more money for your trade and a decent price on a vehicle, it’s sort of worth the swindling, disrespectful, outright lies, and dishonorably dishonest business practices. Once they sell you the car the great customer service stops. The car has had issues since the day after we bought it. It’s definitely a lemon and should be in the scrap yard and Nissan knows these cars have multiple issues but they are still on the lot. Buyer Beware if you go to this dealer.

Debbie was my service person and was very nice and helpful. However Isaiah was not. Debbie was asking me to come down to the third desk to get me checked in. There wasn’t anyone at the first to desks. A gentlemen pulled up and had his door open. I could not get past him and Debbie kept waving for me to come down. Isaiah came from the back after driving a car around and was yelling that I couldn’t walk behind the rope and 6 ft. I tried explaining to him that no one was behind the rope, Debbie was calling me down and I couldn’t get around his customer. He would not listen to me. Then when I was checked in she asked if I was waiting and I said no I asked when I scheduled my service for a shuttle to Kent General. Debbie asked Isaiah if the shuttle driver was there. He snapped and said no, he didn’t know if she would be in and they probably wouldn’t have a shuttle. I could not wait so I had to walk to work and it was very hot and humid out. I ended up being late for work and a meeting. Then Debbie called me and told me I needed new tires and it would be $855 for that. I told her I would call back. I only have 25,000 miles on the car so why would I need new tires already. I called Firestone across town because they are trust worthy. Actually the only reason I stopped going there was because they didn’t have a shuttle service. I called Debbie back and said no to the tires, picked up my car and took it to Firestone for new tires because I wasn’t about to give Nissan another penny after how I was treated that morning. At Firestone they checked my tires and showed me how I don’t need new tires and my treads are fine. They were truthful and lost a sale. I respect them and will go back to them again for my service. I am a manager at the hospital and if I ever has a staff member talk to a patient, family member, visitor, another staff member or physician like he did to me they would be in a corrective action. I have sent multiple people to Hertrich Nissan for vehicles but after this incident that is over. My lease is up in February and I am seriously considering not going back to Nissan. Its a shame how your employee treated a customer. Im sure I am not the only one. I have been dealing with this dealership for 8 yrs. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I told the salesperson what i was looking for, a light color Murano with light interior. He showed me one, i loved it and purchased it. There was no haggling. The paperwork took a long time but went smoothly once i had to sign the documents. The financial person was able to find me a better rate than initially offered. We inspected the car after it was cleaned and did not notice any issues. It was late when the purchase was complete but the salesperson offered to drive my new vehicle home and i drove him back to the dealership. I couldnt have asked for better service.

I bought a 2017 Nissan titan from hertrich as well as a 370 Z. My salesman pilar I consider a personal friend of mine and when Becky was working as a service advisor I was very happy with the service she provided however the technicians that are employed here are worthless. On my first oil change I mentioned that I was getting a fluctuation in RPMs from time to time. I was told there was nothing in the TSB’s and that they could not re-create what I was describing. I was advised to keep driving it. The entire life of the vehicle I’ve dealt with this fluctuation in RPM and around 100,000 miles it started to get worse. I took it back to the service department and they told me that I had a misfire issue. I’m not throwing any codes for misfire for the entire life of the vehicle and ask them to confirm that I did not have a transmission issue. I was told again that there is no TSB pertaining to my symptoms. I talk to a Nissan master tech from another dealership and he advised me of the TSB pertaining to my vehicle and rpm fluctuation. I made another appointment to bring the vehicle back in so that they could check that TSB to my vehicle and lo and behold my TCM program was listed on that TSB. Now I’ve been driving a titan for three years with a bad transmission And basically was told to pound sand by the service department. I asked them why they didn’t address any transmission issues when I ask them if I was having transmission problems and they told me that they would not have looked for a transmission issue if I didn’t tell them that I was having a transmission problem. It’s my understanding that a customer is only required to disclose symptoms of a problem not direct the service department on which direction a diagnosis should take. I have a complaint into Nissan corporate. I have never been so displeased with a dealership in my life. I have only ever bought Nissans.

Sales person Freddie was personable. I rated a 3 because of management. Spent 30000 on a car, and had to fight to get a full tank of gas when I signed the papers. I also had a noticeable scratch on the door, and was told it’s cosmetic and not our problem. In Maryland, the Lien holder has the final title. I was called daily by the new finance guy, telling me I had to produce a duplicate title which I knew I didn’t. He said the management was making him call... which after meeting said management I can believe it. I traded in a truck that needed a major jump or a battery to borrow to start it... I had a new battery at home but it was the wrong size.. I offered it up to get the truck started so it could get to the dealership, which I did, but was then told I had to talk to said management to get the battery back because it came with the truck...I was told I’d have to pay for towing if I couldn’t get it started.. a dealership without a tow truck? Highly doubtful... The final straw was when I had to take off work to arrange to have the vehicle inspected in Maryland so they could take care of the paperwork for titling/and tagging... not one thing was offered for compensation for my time and trouble. I have purchased 3 cars from there and this by far was the worst experience. Sorry .. they really let me down on this one...

When I pulled into service the service writer was there to take care of my needs. She was prompt and attentive. She asked what my concerns were and if I was waiting for it or dropping it off. I told her I was waiting. A short time later she came to me with a concern about my rear brakes and she then took me to show me the issue. I then told her to go ahead and fix the issue. I was given a price quote but when I picked it up the price was muck less the she expected. I commend them on their honesty. Great job all the way around.

Starts out pleasant, ends up PRICE GOUGING EXPENSIVE (and they know and dont have to wonder why people DO NOT go to a dealership but even more historically ripoff HERTRICH for service). Lets start with topping off brake fluid $49.95. FOR BRAKE FLUID? REALLY? Oh and it gets BETTER. They found out I have a warranty service and LET THE WRACKING UP OF CHARGES BEGIN!! Something that should have cost me about $200 cost me almost double AND A HALF of that. NEVERRRRR AGAIN NEVER Thier reputation IS TRUE

Brianna helped me find my car and made my night so much easier! I was inexperienced in car buying and I felt overwhelmed and a little stressed going into it. I picked a car to test drive and she had it all ready for me before I got there, she helped with the credit application process to cut back on time, and even made suggestions on cars I may like and found me the perfect car and color for me!!!
