My stylist was LuAnn and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so pretty in all the dresses I tried on and she showed me everything I wanted to. My dress ended up being her pick! I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone looking for a dress.

I came in from Columbus to buy my wedding dress at Lavender and had a fantastic experience! Frankie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive, and the salon had a large selection that rivals bigger salons in Columbus. I loved that we were the only party in the store - it made the appointment really relaxed without having to worry about crowds or distancing. I found my dream dress and had a great time doing so!

Did you recently get a call that your wedding dress isn’t going to arrive in time for your wedding?! I did! I was exactly 11 weeks from my wedding when I was told that the manufacturer of my dress was closed due to Covid and they didn’t know when they could reopen and that I needed to buy a new dress!Luckily I found Lavendar Bridal Salon in Dover, Ohio! They got me an appointment immediately, had tons of dresses in different sizes that I could buy off the floor and even had a dress that I loved that they could order brand new, in my size, in my budget within 3 weeks!!!! They were so great and an absolute life savor! Huge selection and I would recommend for anyone but especially the brides on crunch time!

I had the best experience at Lavender Bridal Salon. I had been to a few shops before coming here, but this Salon was by far my favorite. The selection was great, the sample dresses had a range of sizes, styles and designers. LuAnn was my stylist and she was AMAZING! She brought dresses I wouldnt have picked for myself, but I loved. She paid attention to detail and was so friendly and helpful. The other stylists that were there were also so friendly. To anyone look for a wedding dress I would HIGHLY suggest making this place your first stop.

I absolutely loved my experience at Lavender Bridal as a bride. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the store is clean and spacious. I had shopped around at other stores for my wedding dress, and Lavenders customer service and selection were the best by far. My bridesmaids, mom, and grandma accompanied me, and they all agreed that Lavender was the best experience of the day. Frankie helped me during my appointment, and she was amazing and so helpful in picking out dresses and giving me suggestions. I just purchased my wedding dress here a few weeks ago! I tried on about 14 dresses until I found the one. They have a great set up where you try on your dress in a room and walk out and put on a little fashion show for your guests you brought with you. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The minute we arrived they brewed a fresh pot of coffee for us and gave us waters. Great customer service and great place all around!

I can not say enough great things about Lavender. This was my second store for dress shopping. I worked with Courtney and she was amazing! She would show me the price before taking the dress into the room for me to try on. I never felt pressured to try a certain dress on or to buy one. I knew my silhouette but not the color. Tried on multiple colors and found out I loved something different. Once I found a dress I liked and it came in that color, they took another dress and placed it under the tulle so I could see what it would look like in that color. I ended up saying YES to the dress. So happy I went to Lavender!

I scheduled a last minute appointment while home for Thanksgiving. They were able to get me in and I was able to have 3 guests during COVID. I wanted my mom and grandma to be a part of the experience. I live in another state and will be having a destination wedding that my grandma will not be attending so it was important to me to share the experience. Upon my arrival I worked with Frankie. She was wonderful! She was very friendly and personable. She listened to me and what I was looking for and also managed my family when they wanted to see me in other styles. I left my initial appointment conflicted on what I wanted and liked so she was willing to meet me last minute before I left Ohio so I could try on my top favorites again. Fantastic customer service and flexibility to my schedule! As for their dresses, they had a great selection and budget friendly prices. They had all sorts of styles and sizes. I specifically was looking at fit and flow styles. Some of their designers allow for customizations. I highly recommend Lavender Bridal and working with Frankie!

Spent close to 3 hours at Lavender helping my best friend pick her wedding dress. Staff was so fun and helpful and the dresses were absolutely gorgeous to pick from. We needed a dress off the floor as the wedding is soon, and Lavender definitely came through. Nearly a year out from my wedding, I decided to start browsing for dresses just to get an idea of what I wanted. Lavenders happened to be my second stop and I was not disappointed! My son was the best man in his best friends wedding. Something very tragic happened to the brides mother and the wedding had to be postponed. My son explained the situation and they told him sorry but his $110 dollars is now theirs. They would not reschedule and would not work with him. The owner of this company does not care if you are burying one of your kids, she just wants your money. The owner has very poor business sense because she just tripped over thousands of dollars to pick up $110. One of my son is getting married and guess where Im not getting the wedding parties tuxedos, bride maids dresses and wedding dress ( I do that so they can put that money down on a house). Now times that by 5 kids. I may not be as smart as the owner of this company but I do know that keeping someones money for a service that has not been rendered is illegal. What are you going to do pay a attorneys retainer to get less money. The owner of this company knows that and play it to her selfish advantage. Smart business move Lavender Bridal .

I love this boutique. I bought my dress here about 6 months ago. They have helped me every step of the way. Between the dress, accessories, tuxedos they have been so insightful and personable. Best experience EVER. My first wedding dress shopping was a disaster. So I prayed this place would help me find the one. The atmosphere was already wonderful just from walking through the doors. Lavender and Courtney provided topnotch customer service throughout the wedding gown buying process. I went to another salon and wasnt comfortable, but Lavender exceeded my expectations. My wedding is in Australia and Lavender made sure my dress was in on time, even making calls to check the status. There were shops closer to my home, but I am happy I made the drive here. Courtney was excellent and has even helped me with accessories after I picked up my gown. She made the perfect gown and veil suggestions. I highly recommend Lavender.

All the consultants that were around while I was trying on dresses made me feel so welcomed - like they were just as excited as I was! I did end up going to look at 2 other shops that day, but, I knew when I left Lavender that I had found the one. (The other bridal salons did not compare to Lavender, AT ALL.)I went back less than a week later and said yes to the dress! I loved the big rooms, the platform with all the mirrors, and the quality of the dresses. I couldnt recommend Lavender more!

My shopping experience at Lavender Bridal was really incredible. I called to book a fitting appointment and was able to get in the same week. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, checked in, and began looking through the different styles of dresses with my consultant, Courtney. She was very knowledgeable about the styles and was able to pick dresses she thought I’d love. I had no idea what I was doing, but Courtney made me feel comfortable and lead the way.After picking a slew of dresses, we went into the fitting room to try them on. I had Courtney’s undivided attention which made me feel cared for and excited about going through this experience. During my time trying dresses on, another consultant, Frankie, became available and offered her assistance as well. The ladies worked together to pick out a few things that I never would have picked myself, and I quickly fell in love with a dress!I was able to work with the manager, Brandan, on a price point and was able to purchase my dress that day! I couldn’t believe how kind and attentive the staff were at Lavender. A lot of bridal shops just churn people out, pressure them to buy things out of their price range, and don’t give the attention a nervous bride to be needs. That was not the case at all at Lavender! Everyone was truly wonderful, the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, and I left with my dream dress! This boutique was a wonderful experience, start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough! I live in the Cleveland area and drove over an hour to visit them, which ended up being so worth it! So even if you live a bit of drive away, it is worth your time to go and check them out. She was pushy in a passive aggressive way, looking to just make a sale. She made it adamant that we didnt have enough time to order most of the dresses. The younger girls, Frankie being one of them, were very sweet and helpful. We would have preferred to work solely with one of them. Overall, my sister had a very overwhelming experience and she did not purchase her dress from Lavendar.

Frankie was absolutely amazing during my first time dress shopping! She really knows her stuff, giving me all kinds of options and tips! She has a fun/sweet personality, made me feel so comfortable with EVERYTHING!!!

If youre looking for a wedding dress, this is the place to go. After being disappointed by the small selection of other stores, Lavender had so many choices. I went from not finding a single one that I loved, to finding four that I was torn between. My stylist Frankie was also amazing. She was so sweet and kind, and made our experience so enjoyable. I cant say enough good things about Lavender and Frankie!

I found my perfect wedding dress at Lavender Bridal Salon. All of the staff are very helpful and they take their time to help you find the dress you want. I live in Knoxville, Tennessee, but I am originally from Dover so it was an obvious choice of somewhere to visit when looking for a dress. Im very glad that I did make the trip to go home to check out Lavender because their selection was better than the store I visited in Knoxville. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dress for her upcoming wedding! I wish they had been around when I was attending dances in Dover in high school.

I had such a great experience here and found my dream dress! I had been to countless shops and had been looking for a dress for months. The selection here was so much better than anywhere else I had been and after trying a few on I found the perfect dress! The staff was wonderful too and very patient. Definitely will be recommending Lavender to other brides!

Frankie knocked it out of the park getting to know myself, my fiancé, and taking the time to learn about my style. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend their salon. Excellent customer service, great selection, and clean and friendly environment. I went to abbott’s right after this and it was an entirely different experience (dark and dingy and terrible customer service). I would recommend Lavender to everyone!
