I was in with my daughter on 10-15-21 to replace her windshield. Very cool, clean, service waiting area. Zack was very helpful and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Made an appointment a week in advance. The automated system scheduled it for me. I planned for the appointment by taking time off of work (could not be done anywhere other than the shop itself due to calibration). The very day before my scheduled appointment I received a TEXT message that my appointment had been canceled. No phone call. No explanation. Just canceled. I assumed it was a mistake. I attempted calling the shop several times and going through the automated prompts was getting me no where. Finally got through to a person who was able to tell me why it was canceled (parts not available) and I would have to then reschedule for another week from now. Lost wages for two days now. And still have not received any phone calls about my previous appointment or when I can actually come have my wind shield replaced. Extremely disappointed in this businesses way of communicating and scheduling. I hope the repair is not as disappointing also.

Very prompt and professional. I have used Safelite twice now and would highly recommend. You can schedule anything online and they handle everything with your insurance company if filing a claim. Actually...its so much faster than taking your vehicle into an auto or glass shop.

Great experience. Great at communicating with me, before my appointment. Once I was there they let me know how long the process was and let me know that the weather might play a role in whether they could complete my install that day. I needed to get eyesight recalibrated along with replacing windshield. They were one of the only places that could do this for me in my area. It took exactly how long they said it would and since I had already spoken with my insurance all I paid was my deductible. Would totally recommend.

The service technician did everything professionally went out of her way to make certain everything was done if I asked her a question about the windshield she replied back explaining the steps or the way they did things. She was nice and polite about everything. I stayed outside watching and learning how Safelite Auto Glass did their job .

Had booked the earlybird appointment for an extra 15.00 was told at 11:30 when I finally was able to get the tech on the phone that his manager sent him to do other appointments first but was supposed to call me but didnt. He was still not going to be able to get to me until 3pm. Which would be great if I didnt have a flight to catch. Why do people feel it is ok to commit to provide services and then not follow through. It is sad that people have such little integrity these days.

I live 90 minutes away from the in store location. After driving this long drive I was told my 10am appointment was double-booked. That I should expect to wait a couple extra hours on top of the couple of hours needed to make the repair. My time is my most valuable asset and this company does not value my time so I will not reschedule any appointment with a company of this magnitude.

The service I received was excellent, everyone there were very friendly and helpful, the Technician (Bobby) did excellent work and was very friendly. Before he started working on my windshield, he told me what he was going to do and things that might happen, while repairing my windshield. Thank you for the excellent service!!

After pre paying for my windshield online only to make it to my appointment and find out after leaving my car for hours to be serviced that the safelite company order the wrong windshield and wouldnt put my old windshield back in which forced me to pay 125 in towing fees to a different company to do my repairs and Im still yet to get my refund from safelite

After missing the four hour window for our appointment, guy finally shows up. Guy breaks the windshield on my 2017 Volvo then tells me its going to be an arm and a leg to fix because of the sensors/cameras in the windshield. Overall a terrible experience. If I would have known I needed my deductible on standby I wouldnt have booked an appointment. Now I get to drive my nice car around town with a 36 inch crack until I have 500$ to shovel out for a new window. Find a local glass shop. Dont be left holding the bag like me.

I usually do not do reviews, but this was the best customer service me and my husband have received in a while. Stephen was fantastic and I highly recommend him. He was out of the door before we opened our car doors to introduce himself and knew our information without us having to tell him anything. He went over everything and even fixed the parts that were broken from the previous owner. He is the best hands down and I recommend him to the Dothan, Alabama area.

Drove in from Atlanta and had a problem with the windshield wipers working properly after the glass was replaced yesterday. Chris, the manager took care of it himself in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service! Well done Chris and Safelite!

After an attempted repair by a Safelite technician, my windshield cracked a great deal more. This is okay as this happens sometimes. The technician told me that I could get my repairs done at the Dothan, Alabama shop the following Saturday. I had him make me an appointment for 8:00 AM. After the repairs I asked if they offer a military discount and was told that Safelite offers one. I was then told that I should have asked the technician at the time that he made the appointment. How could I have known that at the time if I had not been told previously. The shop did waive the $10 disposal fee but this does not compensate for the discount offered by the company that I have earned.I had to return to the shop to have a metal cover piece that covers the wire mount for my rear view mirror. Maybe a post installation checklist would make it possible not to miss this step.

They always do a good job. My rating is about pricing. Their last quote was way higher than the last 2 times I had my windshield replaced. I follow big rigs so I get pelted a lot. I got smart and googled windshield repair in Dothan AL. Called all of them. All were cheaper. My last on list was way cheaper than anyone else. Auto Glass Medic. Kevin even upgraded my windshield with one that had tint to it. He said its the same price so he doesnt know why the others dont do it. It was less than $200. I was so happy. I asked about the little pings that can happen and he said they repair those as well. My daughter wanted me to ask. He said he doesnt like to charge over $65 for repairing those (the whole windshield). So if you have quite a few take it there. On the corner of Alice and Fortner. Hope I saved someone some hard earned $$$

Awesome staff. Brought my 2019 ram in to have back glass replaced. The new glass was damaged so had to leave it over night. Hillary got me home and took great care of me. Would have given 5 stars but the techs scratched up some of the molding in my truck removing the back seat , a little disappointing since I’ve only had my truck 2 weeks and I’m super ocd about things. They also left the bed of my truck full of broken glass and a water bottle. Also noticed when I got home the back window is installed slightly crooked. Like I said I’m super ocd and notice everything!!

Scheduled an appointment originally for 12AUG2019, then I get a notice the day of my appointment that it has to be rescheduled due to them not having the parts. Then tried to reschedule for the 13th, but due to an address change for the appt. they once again inform me that I have to be rescheduled to the 14th. Today rolls around and I finally get a call an hour before the appt. window closes informing me that Im going to have to reschedule again to the 16th due to workload. This is unsat, I wouldnt reccomend them until their management and personnel in charge of scheduling pull their heads out of their a$$. I will not be a returning customer after Friday if and when my windshield ever gets replaced. Incompetence all around.

So we called to get my grandma car window fixed because it was broken into they told her Tuesday that they would be there 8am on Wednesday then called her at 12 saying that the man would be there at 5 then called her at 5 and said they would come today on Thursday same time 8am it’s now Thursday and is 2:42 and no one has called her to inform her of the situation and nobody still hasn’t come to fix her window this s her first time trying to get service with safelite and the service has be terribleIt’s now Tuesday of the next week nobody has called and her window still isn’t fixed this is the worst service I have ever experienced if I could rate no stars I would I’m going to have to speak to corporate

Been waiting since May 2018 to get a windshield leak fixed. Been there 9 times and it still leaks.
