Had my Wrangler and Tundra windshields replaced. Phenomenal job and quality materials. Previously Ive had glad replaced with Safelite through insurance and was not happy with the quality of the glass. Three guys are awesome and I enjoyed dealing with Tim.

This is my go stop place for windshield replacement and repairs. Been here twice for and they are great at what they do here.

They lied about their price, on the phone he quoted me 1 price with tax and all of the fees, so I went there to get the work done, they did an ok job, when I paid for it he still said it was the price he quoted me on the phone but when he ran my card the price wound up being higher. My personal opinion is STAY AWAY, THEY STOLE FROM ME!!!!Nothing about extra charges was explained to her or me, NOTHING!!!!

Awesome service, friendly staff, and quality work. I used Glass Medic of Dothan for the first time after having the rear window glass busted on our family vehicle. Contacted and spoke to Tim (owner) and he immediately went to work finding the replacement glass. Asked me a few questions, took my cell number and asked if he could call me right back and he ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK within minutes saying he found the glass I needed, he had it on its way, and that it would be at his shop the next day. Told me to have my vehicle at his shop in the morning and he would call me back when it was ready.Tim called me when they started working on my vehicle and gave me a time when it would be ready. However, he called me back one last time and said to come pick up my car an hour ahead of schedule. When I got there the glass had been installed correctly and it was like it was never damaged at all. Fast, fast, fast service with excellent communication with his customers. Glass Medic of Dothan had proven to me their are still businesses that provide friendly service with reasonable prices and value their customers. If you need any type of auto glass service I would highly recommend Glass Medic of Dothan you will not be disappointed.

I broke the rear window on my ford f-250. Within 2 hours of contacting them they had me in the shop window replaced and on my way. Great fast friendly service. Second too none. Thanks guys for all the help.

I have had to go here 4 times and every time the service was world class. One job was for my mom vehicle and 3 for mine. One job was really serious. Tim is wonderful and he makes you feel so comfortable as a customer..No job to big or small for these guys...THEY ROCK!!!

Great and professional crew. I called them at noon to make an appointment ASAP. They were able to get me in early the next morning and ordered an overnight delivery from Montgomery for my windshield. Good prices and quick work!

Last week I got a small crack in my windshield. Rick assessed the damage and advised me that it was (thankfully) a quick, simple procedure to repair (rather than replace) my windshield. The work was so good that I can’t see or even remember where that crack was! Was previously a Safelite customer. They always do a good job. Their last quote was way higher than the last 2 times I had my windshield replaced. I follow big rigs so I get pelted a lot. I got smart and googled windshield repair in Dothan AL. Called all of them. All were cheaper. My last on list was way cheaper than anyone else. Auto Glass Medic. Tim even upgraded my windshield with one that had tint to it. He said its the same price so he doesnt know why the others dont do it. It was less than $200. I was so happy. I asked about the little pings that can happen and he said they repair those as well. My daughter wanted me to ask. He said he doesnt like to charge over $65 for repairing those (the whole windshield). So if you have quite a few take it there. On the corner of Alice and Fortner. Hope I saved someone some hard earned $$$
