We were stranded in Dodge City with a car that wouldnt start. Not only did they tow it in, but they fixed the problem quickly. They are friendly, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They werent our first choice, but we are delighted no one else could fit us in the schedule because they did it right and made us feel like we were important to them. They are now our first choice any time we are in Dodge City!!! Thank yous are well deserved!!

I took my truck in for an alignment. I rito them that the front end was all rebuilt and just needed to be realigned. I also told them to call if there were any other issues. 3 hours later I call to see if my truck was done. They told me no because the wheel bearings were bad. Now I know they were ok because I just rebuilt the whole front end. So now I stuck with a truck that cant be driven all because these people couldnt take the time to pick up a phone and call me to let me know. At this point I wouldnt recommend them to align a wagon. They cant seem to just do what they are asked to do without trying to sell you a bunch of parts you dont need.

Good place to ask a lot of questions about tires.

We had gotten a bolt in our tire that our plug kit was insufficient for. Took it to OK expecting to purchase a whole new tire. They looked at it and said they could replace the tire but that they had a boot kit that would fix it perfectly at far less cost. We took that option. We were saved over 200 dollars that in Jersey would not have happened. These guys are amazing! Truthful and all about top notch service. Not about the dollar. If ever you need tire service these are THE PEOPLE TO GO TO! I will be back with my other vehicle for more work. Theyre awesome. Love them!

We were driving through Dodge City and had a tire issue after calling and going to multiple tires places and being told 2-3 hour wait, we called them and were fixed up in around 30 minutes!! Amazing service!

They have great customer service they get you what you need the way you want it you get out of there and youre done for the day

After working there for 6 months the techs do their best, however the manager is not only the worst i have ever worked for. But seems to get some kind of sadistic satisfaction by chewing the guys out.

Heres to hoping I wasnt scammed. (Ill have it looked at. I was asked how often I drive, and if used was ok..(At least they were honest.) It looks* new. Friendly...

Had a meeting in town for several hours and needed some tire work done. Called OK Tire and they made us an appointment, drove us to our meeting, and picked us up (in our newly vacuumed, and washed car) at our meeting later to drive us back to the shop. Quality, friendly service.

Just needed a tire patched took an hour to do and also the price was $19 and none of my other tires were checked for leaks or aired up. All the mexican shops in town charge $12 and it take less than 20 minutes to patch a tire and to do a quick check and air up all tires. Its a couple of bucks difference but the service and the attention to detail is really what made this experience a one star.Editing my review because they have redeemed themselves and have helped me a ton with diagnosing my car totally recommend the mechanic Raul he doesnt beat around the bush and explains in detail what is needed.

We stopped in at 8 a.m. on our way to Colorado to replace worn trailer tires. They took care of us immediately--on the road by 8:30! Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and professional.

We are traveling thru town and our uhaul trailer lights stopped working. Raul was able to get it fixed and got us back in the road in less than an hour! Super friendly staff

Paid 100.00 for two used tires as they had to order tires in . He kept my good tire without asking me. I drove off maybe two miles and my tire light said low tire. I pulled over and it did not seem low. I had my son waiting on me to pick him up. I had a flat 25 miles down the highway. My son changed the tire and put on the temporary spare. My son immediately called ok tires to tell them what happened however it was closing and we only had a bout 17 more miles to home. He said bring it in when we are open and we will see what we can do. He would not credit me back for one tire and would not give me my good tire back which I wanted to keep for a spare. I told him I lived an hour away. I only have the temporary spare on and didnt want to drive it an hour back especially if he wont give me my good tire back. He didnt care at all. So Im taking the tire here in my home town to see if its even something that can be fixed. Ill never go to OK tires again. Poor poor service no care or concern for situation

Drove out here from Iowa to work for a couple of weeks. Got a nail in my tire on the way here. Stopped into OK Tire at the recommendation of my local employer. Parking lot was full and it seemed as though they were very busy. Spoke to owner Jeff who said it would be about 30 minutes before he could get to me. It was actually about 10. Tire fixed and on my way in no time! Very impressed with service and enjoyed talking to Jeff about a mutual interest hobby we have. Great guy!! Highly recommend! I very seldom take the time to post reviews but this company is very deserving of my time.

Don’t go to this place, they do not want your business. I stopped by to get a tire repaired. They had no interest in, and sent me on. It’s a holiday and I am 200 miles from home.

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty to help when I had a flat tire and we’re very friendly!

I had a blowout a hour and a half into a 18hr drive . I driven four hours on my spare before I came to them. They didnt have the tire I needed but was able to find me a tire that would get me the rest of way during my trip!! I didnt have enough money to pay for the tire and they worked with what I had !! I highly recommend them, everyone was very nice!! And very very helpful!! Wouldnt mind having another blowout just to see them again 😉

These guys tried scamming me for 2k when I just went for an alignment.

The mechanics here were great they fix the fuel pump in one day was able to get me back on the road after the blizzard and they pick me up from the hotel

Called in and was told that if I was there by 11:30 they would change tires on my truck. Drove from Montezuma which is about half hour and got there at 11:10. Was told by the second guy when I got there that he just could in no way do it. Will never do business there. Extremely bad first experience.

SCAM ALERT! Traveling cross country we blew a tire, got towed here, they sold us a used tire at the price of a new tire which BLEW OUT AND SHREDDED WITHIN 5 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE.

I would not recommend this shop to anybody especially if you are from out of town and schedule an appointment with the possibility of repairs and take off work to be available and not only the repairs and alignment not taking care of but this shop attempted to reschedule me for almost a week later
